It’s
really
nice
to
see
that
Jio
has
taken
the
first
step
to
employ
speech
impaired
staffs.
They
are
speech
impaired
because
they
are
lost
with
their
cellphones.
Three
males
and
one
woman
all
of
them
speed
impaired.
A
3
Minute
task
to
providing
a
replacement
SIM
card
took
ten
minutes.
The
person
who
provided
me
the
sim
card
was
the
most
pityful.
Because
of
his
speech
impairment
he
will
just
say
huh
huh
and
you
have
follow
him
to
the
wall
to
take
snap.
After
that
another
huh
huh
and
then
follow
him
to
the
counter
Later
another
huh
huh
by
shoving
the
finger
print
reader
to
you.
Remember
him
speaking
only
to
ask
my
mobile
number
After
that
another
set
of
huh
huh
and
again
shoving
the
finger
print
reader
towards
me.
I
had
to
tell
him.
Please
say
something
so
that
I
can
understand
what
you
want
me
to
do.
Just
saying
huh
huh
II
will
not
know
what
you
are
trying
to
tell
me
or
what
what
want
me
to
do.
Enraged
he
just
confirmed
my
number
as
fast
as
he
could
and
asked
for
fifty
rupees
for
the
replacement.
And
then
complete
silence,
I
had
to
ask
the
team
to
tell
me
by
when
the
SIM
card
will
get
activated.
At
last
the
second
person
spoke
briefly
by
saying
within
that
it
will
get
activated
within
15
minutes
and
then
back
to
his
cellphone.
The
last
person
I
think
he
may
be
the
store
manager
of
supervisor
he
took
my
100
and
returned
back
50
and
that’s
it.
I
want
to
go
back
in
time
when
we
did
not
have
cellphones
and
there
will
be
more
productive
discussions
between
the
retail
staff
and
the
customer.
I
wanted
to
ask
about
the
smart
watches
and
the
change
of
store
display
from
what
it
was
before.
Wanted
to
ask
about
the
old
timers
whose
names
I
knew
and
were
very
Co
operative
but
because
of
the
speech
impaired
staff
I
had
to
just
walk
out
of
the
store
without
any
healthy
conversation.
