Been going since I was a kid! Great prices and deals! In style clothes in the juniors section where I ship. A salon that not only stress cuts but waxing and they also do hair styles for dances/proms. It's where I went to get mine done every dance and they did a spectacular job! Also do a great job with my highlights!!!! It's worth what you pay!

JCPENNEY has the best quality of goods for the whole family. This afternoon I saved $174.00. I had the best time all by myself. I am on there online account too which gave me extra rewards for shopping inside the store. Everything is clean and lots of room in the store. Masks are optional. All employees are helpful and courteous to everyone

First time here since it reopened since HX Michael hit back in Oct 2018. Only one register open and I was #6 in line. A self ck out for credit card payers would be nice. I probably won't come back.

Found some really good deals. They had all kinds of sales going on. We'll have to try again.

It's clean but to much for things. I was looking for a pair of Levi's and a nice shirt. Ended up leaving. Went to sams and got the jeans I wanted for half the price. Penny's wanted 69.99 for 1 pair with 30% off and wasn't even close to sams deal 29.99. Ugly shirts for 30 bucks. There not what they used to be.

The managers are incredibly knowledgeable and do everything they can to help whatever situation you may be in. I ordered something online for curbs side pick up thinking that would be easier than going in. Little did I know it wouldn't be ready for at least 2 hrs. I live an hour away, but I was already in panama so I went into the store to see if I could expedite the process. There's no real way to do that with out going through a lot of steps. The manager helping me didn't mind going through those steps to get me in and out quickly. They are definitely good a customer service!

JCPenney has a great variety to choose from, plus, they carry Levi jeans at a decent price.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection. Lots of clearance options. Clean store.

Sales were not being applied. Cashier had no idea why prices were marked on sale. Please just close this store to put us all out of misery

Not a bad place to go shopping. I found a lot of good buys there and there were a lot of items on sale, but could not find something that really. It is in a great location with plenty of other shopping around it so if you don’t find what you like there, you find it close by.

It seems they're just organizing and getting started with merchandise and displays. Customer service/pick up had only one person and dealing with that customer made two of us wait over 15 minutes. I'm sure improvement is coming.

I like this stores so much better than the other JCPenney stores in the area. They always have good sales, and some things on clearance.

Great place for even greater deals.

Only two of the largest retail stores are open at what used to be the Panama City Mall. These stores are Dillard's and JC Penny. The JCPenney has been completely renovated and is a very new and beautiful store, featuring a Sephora. The dillards is also an attractive store with beautiful marble flooring. Also open at the Panama City Mall is the multiplex movie theater but it is now very basic and not the quality it used to be before the main mall closed. Unfortunately the owners of the largest section of the Panama City Mall do not want to reopen the rest of the mall, with the bulk of the smaller stores for business, since the mall was damaged by the Category 5 Hurricane Michael in 2018. Locals are very upset that the owners of the largest indoor section of the mall refuse to have it repaired and reopened for business.
