Dr.Bowen, is so kind, caring, and genuinely wants to help you, he makes you feel so comfortable, I usually get anxiety when visiting a dentist, but not with him. His hygienist that assisted me, is very kind, sweet, and caring. I highly recommend them, for the quality of care that I received. I give them 5 stars!

Had to go back for repairs. Everyone very friendly and helpful. After inspecting plate and telling me it needed refined and repaired at cost of $230.00. I agreed. Technician then came back in and said both she and the facility manager agreed it was not done properly 1 1/2 years ago when I purchased. She then said they would do everything at no cost to me. Needless to say I was happy. Went back later in day to pick up and was extremely pleased with another technician who fitted and adjusted plate. Have nothing to say but good things about Panama City FL office. Also front desk personnel were very friendly and attentive to all people who were in office.

What a wonderful group! After dads stroke in 2018 his cognition was much of a challenge. This office worked very well with dad. Shelby went over and beyond helping me file dads insurance to seek reimbursement. Lydia picked up on dad’s anxiety and hearing impairment, she made special effort to make him comfortable and relax and explained things to him visually before each step. Lydia then came to waiting area reassuring me dad was doing just fine. Explaining step by step procedures. Dr Bowen took careful observation of dad since he normally takes blood thinners. And reassured dad he would treat his expected pain. Lydia and the Dr.even assisted in walking dad to vehicle and buckling him in safe. I went to Dr. Bowen for a second opinion. He is a gentleman and has a gentle empathic sole. He told me options and gave a referral to Dr. Paivia for general dental things. His practice is for bigger issues. The front staff is very nice too. Bring a jacket, their AC is working very well. Very good prices on their services. I highly recommend them, wish I would have found him earlier, would have save big bucks. No hidden padded charges either.

Terrible service. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment at 11:00 am with required paperwork in hand and signed in. There was four people in front of me. About four more arrived after me. I wasn't called up for my paperwork until 11:32. They ended up calling everyone back including a lady who's son walked up to the desk and stated they forgot to sign in for their 11 am appointment. They called them back at 11:50. And I walked out. I understand that they schedule appointments in 30 minute blocks but there's no way all eight people were scheduled with the same time frame as me. Absolutely a waste of time and money. I took off work for this appointment and lost out on a full days pay. There were to ladies working the front desk and I can only assume that they were to busy with their cell phones to do their job correctly. I'll take my money and business else where.

Today as a customer I was attended by "Marlenin". This was one of the better experiences I've had out of several visits. As I explained what problems I was encountering (biting my tongue while eating) I could tell that Marlenin was listening. She addressed the problem immediately, explained what they needed to do and how long the repair work would take. An appointment was scheduled for the next day. She was so professional and soft spoken. Thank you. Mary

The office area is plain, but the employees were friendly and professional. The dentures fit the first time. Would recommend the service to anyone.

Panama city Affordable Dentures Office has been the best dental experience I've ever had. To the girls up front, which I believe is the hardest job. They helped me several times over the phone with medication and this was even before my main appointment. The girls in the back are so kind and compassionate, are ready to meet your needs. The dentist was gentle, he listened to me and made sure I didn't feel a thing! Overall the whole office deserves a 10.
