Dental hygienists is awesome!! The billing department struggles with insurance codes, incorrect member ID numbers and so on which BCBS dental denies the insurance claim. I have dental insurance that covers cleanings but, for every visit I have to make 3 to 4 phone calls to get the billing corrected. Eventually Butte Family Dental submits the insurance claim correctly. When paid by insurance Butte Family Dental still sends me a bill stating pass due. Its never ending because of this issue with billing department I am looking for a different dentist to take care of my cleanings with less hassle.

My family and I absolutely love Butte Family Dental! Dr. Gilbreath and Dr. McIntyre are both excellent dentists. We are always in and out in a timely fashion and always receive the best care. From emergency call-ins on the weekend to my 5 year old needing a molar pulled, they have been there each and every time. We highly recommend both of them! Their hygienists and assistants are also wonderful, as well as the ladies at the desk!

Maggie cleaned my teeth and it was my first time meeting her. She is friendly, professional and caring. She did an awesome job. Dr. McIntyre is always great!
