I recently had the pleasure of coming across an exceptional team at The Willow. The property made a fantastic first impression with its fresh and new apartments at a reasonable price. During my tour with Leasing Agent Emily, I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and personal touch. She was on top of everything and ensured that I signed up without any issues. This alone convinced me to lease at The Willow. Michael, another outstanding leasing agent, went out of his way to assist me with my move-in, making it an experience that was heaven compared to my previous ones. These agents truly know their property and make you feel at home. I would also like to commend the Property Manager, Aimi, for being an amazing leader. She is fun, personable, and makes her tenants feel special. I believe that this property has the potential to grow and become the best place to live in. I extend my gratitude to all the staff and maintenance for delivering top-notch service!

My overall experience is great here (so far). Michael was my leasing agent and he did an amazing job touring the apartment, answering all my questions, easing me reservations & even giving me great recommendations in the area. I even came back a second time to tour because I was deciding between another apartment and The Willow- Michael was so willing & cooperative. The staff is overall nice and welcoming- down to the maintenance guys!

They do a fantastic job of answering mine and my client's questions while on tour, and in a timely manner when we reach out. I first visited this apartment October of 2023, Emily was very welcoming and did a great job showing me the property. I decided to move here because I wanted a home that I know would feel welcomed and friendly with all the upscale things and convenience of the community. Emily is very genuine and nice as she always has been and responds very fast. Other than free six weeks of rent I am happy I chose to live here because it’s very quiet, maintenance comes very fast, and my packages never are stolen. Safety is a must as we also have security here at night. For a new building, I rarely see much of my neighbors but all are friendly too! Oh and gym is very much equipped!!

Since I moved to The Willow Apts this year, I had a great experience working with Michael and Emily. They are the best leasing agents. Super knowledgeable and very professional. Anytime I’ve submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was a changing a light bulbs, replacing/ removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing issues. I have been thoroughly enjoying living at the Willow. From the initial process the leasing team has been amazing. Michael and Emily always are willing to help and go beyond and above for all us residents. I really enjoy the amenities at our apartment. Our gym is spacious, has everything you need and kept tidy. Our coworking spaces are super nice and I love how much space there is. Our rooftop is amazing and I’m looking forward to the nicer weather to get to enjoy the city views some more! Our property is kept super clean and I also feel really safe! All of the residents here are super sweet and I enjoy having good company as neighbors. If you are looking for something close to downtown, deep Ellum without being directly in it, this is the place to be!

Moving into this apartment complex has been an absolute delight! From the seamless move-in process to their incredible attention to any issue, big or small, this place feels like home. Emily and Michael, in particular, were fantastic—always nice and incredibly attentive to any needs. Their dedication truly sets this complex apart. I couldn't recommend it more highly!
