Absolutely horrible. Maintenance is horrible and office people are rude. Neighbors are trashy. They don't give a flying flip about there tenants. Do not recommend at all. Management is illiterate . Do not come for repairs until weeks after you complain. They decide to jack the rent up 3 weeks before my lease was up . Paid rent on time every month but once they moved up the rent (which it should of gone down due to all the trash neighbors u have to live next to) I decided to move so I was 3 days late on my last month. They left 5! Threatening letters on the door. You will NOT get your deposit back. They find every reason to keep the deposit. Worst mistake of my life moving in here. Do your self a favor and take this advice. Worst harassment I've ever had to deal with. They have made it so hard to leave. They told us if they saw boxes in our house during our move that they would assume we were gone and proceed with locking the doors and moving our stuff. I can't say it enough how absolutely horrible this place is. I have a couple friends who lived here and delt with the same thing. -5 stars on this one.

They are a bunch of thieves. Don’t ever rent from these low life’s. I wonder how they aren’t in jail yet. And yeah don’t expect to get a deposit back. Even if you rent the place and never move in they’ll lie and steal your deposit . And back date documents. Barge into your apartment whenever. Just please don’t. Live in your car if you have to. You were warned

This is the worst place I have ever rented! When we moved in, the vinyl flooring was coming up around the threshold of the bedroom door as well as a few holes in the bedroom. We didn't expect to receive much of our security deposit back as we did drill holes into the wall to change shelves and pictures. We received a bill from a collections department for $3,700. They take months to replace the living room light fixture and a year to replace a leaky fridge and then expect us to pay them $3,700???!!. Not to mention we didn't even get an itemized statement from them. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

This place.... Is a joke. I rented an apartment for 2 years from this landlord. It's sad to say, his secretaries, cared more about his tenants than him. I moved in, around March-April. In June. My septic system started up. Foul smells coming from drains, sewage backing up into tubs, sink and even toilet. He refused to being a professional in to fix it. For 2 years this was an issue to the point three times. It literally, flowed into our bedrooms and living room. He had a maintenance man come in, use fans to dry the carpets without.... Having them professionally cleaned first to get the smell of poop out of the house. Very unsanitary.... I tokd him toward the end about 2 months before I was moving. About me leaving town. He said as long as I left the apt clean. I'd get my deposit back and be in the good. Left 1 month early. I now, have a $7800 lease he's suing me for..... I tried calling him to discuss it. He refused to return my calls. I will never late on rent. Even cleaned the grounds of the complex for $50 off my rent (which should have been more) the pool didn't get cleaned as it should have. I also found out. Mold had been growing in many of the apartments there. My advice. Run away from this place.... Especially if he still owns them. I lived there in 2014-2017 so do your homework to see who he was ...

I lived at My Place apartments owned by The Arbors. I had a problem with getting them to fix anything if it needs to be fixed. Our bathtub has no enamel and the handle on the toilet still isn't fixed. We had to use a string to flush it. The price is now way too high for a two bedroom. We paid less on the beach. They allow pets in which I have two dogs. One problem I had was the kids throwing rocks and hitting my car. Another problem is handicap parking being used by non handicapped. We had to park on the side of the street because of the handicap issue. When it was brought to attention we were told it isn't their problem and to call and have cars towed.

Have had rough situations with the office but whenever I go to remedy any situation, the staff has always been kind , understanding and patient. Always resolved on a good note. My apartment is in good condition as was when I moved in. Anytime something needs to be fixed, maintenance is there right away to fix it. The only thing that I feel is a bummer or downfall here is that there are no amenities at all for the price we are charged for these places. A pool would be nice!

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! Those ladies in that office are the most disrespectful people I have ever met. They have no problem coming to people's doors to harass them. I have camera footage of it. They are constantly losing people rent payments and your water will be turned off every other week without notice due to the water pipes bursting in the complex and when they "fix" them you then get mud water coming through your pipes. Definitely a landlord special. Paint peels off the walls. Huge gap between the base boards and vinyl because they did not renovate after they got rid of the carpets. It is like pulling teeth to get maintenance. Better to video your interactions at the leasing office because they love to tell ya one thing and act like they have no clue what's going on the next. And the "man" hans feels like he can just bully rent money from people

Just stopped in to visit some friends and I could not believe code enforcement hasn’t shut this place down yet. Not only are the stairs structurally unsafe and rotting but the door knob just straight fell off when I went to turn it, the place is super old and outdated. Even the oven is from the 80’s. I actually checked to make sure it was in fact from the 80’s. Everything is falling apart. The fact that I could stick my car key through the wood holding the stairs up just lets me know it won’t be long before this place is shut down.
