I sat at the bar with my husband and the service was great. I asked for a large house salad and it was mostly lettuce and tomatoes, very little cucumber, red onion or cheese on it unfortunately. My husband ordered the Smoked Porterhouse and it actually comes out under a glass dome filled with smoke. I didn't get a photo before the lid was lifted. The entire bar started oohing and ahhing, 😂. It was very good, but I can't give it 5 stars as it wasn't as tender as I thought it should be, worth having again though.

This was an absolute terrible experience. I understand we came and hour before closing but doesn’t mean while we are sitting down y’all are spraying chemicals all around us. When we sat down hey didn’t give us bread remind you ( warm almost cold) until we ordered. I ordered 3 drinks they were weak as hell the manager did explain to us that they follow certain steps while making drinks so he handled that for us. My kids fries were cold my wings were nasty but I was hungry only thing good there was my sons kids meal which was steak how cliche. Would not recommend this place at night the service sucks maybe daytime is better

Expectations were not well established during my latest visit. There was a 45 minute wait to be seated, which is not bad for mother's day. The problem is when your kitchen is averaging over a hour to get food to the customers. If the waitress or even the manager would have tried to smooth things over, I would have understood a little better. We were about to ask for our check without our food when we were assured ours was at the window. I ordered a medium steak and got one that wasn't "well done", it was "congratulations!". They did give us 50% off the bill for the wait and food. Stopped by McDonald's on the way home. The waitress seemed incredibly overwhelmed, so we did still tip her.

My lovely granddaughter took me here for mother's day! We went expecting a wait. We had an hour wait I big deal. Although when we got to the table we had a lovely server she was there quickly and did a wonderful job keeping up with our drinks while we waited on our food. That's where it all went wrong! Something happened and our order did not get put in! So one of the managers came to the table and explained this to us after an hour of waiting! The he proceeded to tell us that the meal was on him!! He really saved the day! Thank you to Eric (I think/hope that was his name). The employees were all super nice even after a very long and stressful day. I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend mother's day even with the mishap!

The servers were very friendly and helpful. The blooming onion and wings were very greasy, but okay. The meatloaf and Mac and cheese bites were both over cooked. The seared ahi was cooked perfectly and good. Alright the food was mostly okay, the service definitely made up for it.

So we go here every now and then. This time we met Megan behind the bar. She was fantastic!!!. We didn’t have to ask for anything. She had our drinks perfect and fast, also sweet and interested in our conversation. This is why we will return. Thank you Megan for the great experience.

This location was busy but still clean and welcoming. We had a party of 8. We were seated within 15 minutes. Our server, John, was FANTASTIC. He was engaging and made sure we had what we needed. I really enjoyed his sense of humor. I will request him next time I am there.

Service at this Outback doesn’t get any better. The bartenders are above and beyond! Stephanie and the fellow bartenders never let the drinks run dry. Then after the bar experience there’s the dinning…. In which the server was great, food came out spot on. Then here came the busser Keaton the top personality, made me laugh all the way out the door. So I guess you could say I am a little bias toward this Outback…. Thanks for great service!

just came back from two weeks work trip.. and I really wanted a steak. Outback always deliver when it comes to steaks. I went straight from the airport to the restaurant. ordered some drinks and waited for my delicious steak... it was just perfect. good flavor and cooked to a perfect medium rare.

Service was really good. Waitress and staff very friendly. Staff very nice, had a toddler knock over drink and made a mess. Clean up and took great care of us 4. Great food, very hot and right on. Price was very reasonable and best place to eat so far for us on this vacation.

The food was really good but service wasn’t all that great. Eli kept forgetting some things what I asked for and never put my Togo order in until the very last minute after I asked him to put it in once we got our food that we sat down to eat. I then get my Togo order. I just automatically thought he had my side of fries with the sandwich that I ordered Togo. So I put the rest of my Togo boxes on top of the food that just came out in a bag. I went home after taking my boxes out of the bag and noticed that I didn’t have my fries. I wouldn’t have left a review but that made me a little upset because I paid my money for something I didn’t get and I was really polite to him.

The restaurant appeared to be clean but the waitress was very absent minded and brought the wrong player out TWICE! she then tried to smooth it over by bringing my toppings out on a side cup??? Nice gesture for a nearly $23 salmon plate. They burned our mac cheese appetizer but the manager made it right and brought out a very delicious one. Overall experience is a three star.

Food is good but service is HORRIFIC if you happen to be a Dasher you will wait anywhere from 35 minutes upwards to an hour past order pickup time I have had several customer's be extremely frustrated when I deliver thier food because they had already had thier lunch breaks while I was still waiting for the food.... Ordering directly through them is great but specifically picking up DoorDash orders are a nightmare it's almost as if they push Dasher orders behind all others

Had a great experience! I had steak and coconut shrimp, I loved the gentle citrus flavor the sauce had. The onion petals were good as well! A bit too much condiment but that’s just my personal opinion. The potato soup was wonderful, My toddler tried it and had the rest of it until the last drop. I also had a mango drink (can’t remember it’s name) was the best drink I’ve had in a while! Will be back soon🥰 costumer service was top notch as well!

I don't think my wife and I have ever had a bad experience at this location and for that we're grateful. As always, our server was magnificent and attentive, even after she got more tables and started getting busy. We ordered the cheese fries (because of course we did!) and it was exactly what we both wanted! She ordered the prime rib (because of course she did!) and I had the ribeye. Ooh! I also tried the new chili! (Well, new since the last time I went, and it was fantastic. It has no beans in it, just like I prefer. Like I said at the beginning, it was a great visit!

Sat at the bar and had a very tasty 22oz porterhouse. The bar tender was friendly and professional the restaurant was out of at least 4 things on the menu that we asked for. Seems like the logistics manager is on vacation.

My family and I just ate here for dinner. The server was very kind and polite. No complaints there by any means. Now the food was a disaster. I ordered a medium rare sirloin only to get a med well steak. I can see maybe a shade off in wellness, but an entirely different order is ridiculous. I should have taken note of the couple next to us who had to return their steak for being overdone. I just couldn’t handle waiting any longer for food nor did I care to cause a scene. Just not my style. My son had a cheeseburger which was very close to a jerky burger. My other boy had chicken strips that were VERY overdone and dry which couldn’t even be eaten. The fries were at least good and edible. If I had it my way I would have rather paid my server for the tip of the bill and walked it out. Outback will no longer be on our dining options moving forward. Shame on this restaurant for not making sure their quality control is better managed.

It is rare I give a business a perfect score. Outback surpassed all my expectations! The service was outstanding, the food was hot and fresh while the atmosphere was comfortable. The restaurant was clean. I wish I could remember our server's name as I lost our receipt. She was very professional, knowledgeable and sweet. It was refreshing to enjoy an amazing experience in a restaurant.

My girlfriend and I eat out all over Bay county. We haven't been to Outback in about a year but everything went great. We called ahead and were instantly seated when we arrived on a Friday around 8 pm. Our server, Tonya, did a great job. Polite, friendly, and had great timing. We each ordered the filet and snow crab legs, rare and medium rare. They were phenomenal! Temperature was on point and the sides were delicious. My girlfriend loved her spicy margarita; it's one of the spiciest I've ever had which is a good thing. Great value for the price we paid and overall a nice dinner. We've paid more for less plenty of times elsewhere. I thought I'd leave a review to balance out all the haters that just seem like nasty guests. Between my girlfriend and I we have over a decade of serving experience and we couldn't find a single fault with the food or service. We also know what it's like to serve nasty, rude, unhappy people so again I had to leave a FIVE star review. We'll be back sooner than later!

Tonight was our anniversary, our server was Tanya, the PITA whisperer 😂😂😂 Y’all she’s amazing! She made my sure my steak was perfect and I know she told them just how to make because it’s not quite medium and not quite med well. Tanya was kind, funny, prompt, and most of all, she was responsive. They forgot to bring my veggies and she had fresh ones made, our drinks were kept full, and the bread a plenty 😂. Seriously some of the best service since moving here. Thank you! Seriously, go visit Outback, ask for Tanya as your server and tell her Mj sent ya! PS nope I don’t know her, just know she did an amazing job! I also made sure the manager on duty knew how fabulous she is Tanya if you see this… girl they don’t pay you enough whatever it is

Server was very busy yet kind and professional. We waited longer than expected for our food just to receive a raw piece of $18 steak. It was disgustingly raw. Luckily they cooked a new steak and it was good, but I was done eating by the time it came out for my wife. The point of going out to a restaurant like this to eat is to dine together. The fires were soggy. It was as if the fries had been cooked first and sat underneath the heat lamp. While everything else cooked. They came out all connected into one piece with the cheese no longer melted. Potatoes skins are inedible. They are so so salty. I don't see how anyone could bite into the skin and think it tastes okay. Overall an unpleasant dining experience.

Food is a 4.8 only because the salmon my girlfriend got was just a little to salty we weren't sure why and in small quantities was ok so it didn't really ruin the birthday/valintines day dinner. Overall just a wonderful experience. Is a bit on the pricey side but the food and service was great 100% worth it

Oh my goodness that steak was so amazing and juicy. It was a little over cooked but considering it was Mothers day weekend and slammed it was perfectly understandable. Our server was super friendly. And the margurita was tasty.

The food was pretty good. Steak was a little overcooked but not too bad. The To go service was running about 20 minutes behind. We called about 40 minutes ahead of time and still had to wait. This definitely needs some improvement.

I ordered the prime rib, which was great. The rest was kind of lacking luster. My sides were cold and boring with very few "outside the box" options to choose from. I probably won't be back, considering with tip, it was near $100 for the smaller steak portion of our meals and a single appetizer to split. I wouldn't call this place bad if it's what you're looking for, but it just missed the mark for us. We left feeling over full and under satisfied. If all you want is a decent steak and good mac n cheese, come here. Otherwise, you may want to consider other options.

The food was great, small for the prices. Steak dip was amazing. The waitress took our card to pay for the meal and ended up paying another person's meal with our card. Was not too happy about that and had to still wait to leave.

Fast friendly service with delicious food! I usually get the Chicken Cobb Salad, but this time I tried the Steak Salad and was not disappointed.

Amy was our server and she was great. Drinks were on point. Food was very good. The only thing that could have been better was if the lobster tails were a bit bigger.

Service at the bar is poor. Bartender needs to get trained on service. Ordered chicken strip meal and the aussi chicken meal which took over an hour to get while customers who were seated after us were getting their steak dinners before us. Clue to Bartender if some is getting food ordered after someone else go and check . Thankfully manager on duty went and took care of it.

Had dinner with the family and Amanda D was our server. She was attentive, patient and very sweet. Even with a table full of kids which I know can be challenging she gave us 5 star service. We had a great experience.

I've had an issue with pick up before, but never with dine in. Arrived at 6.04pm, 6.45pm, still no food or offered any bread whilst waiting, yet other tables that arrived after us were having bread brought out, and even got their food before us. 6.50pm the blooming onion came, it was so greasy it slid off the plate. We were given no napkins no side plates and still no bread. My hands were full of grease with nothing to wipe them on. I would have went the bathroom for a paper towel but as we discovered there were not any paper towels in either bathrooms. We mentioned this to a member of staff who was like yeah we're out, same answer when I asked for a napkin to wipe the grease from my hands. I was given a small square napkin from the bar Food finally arrived, mine was burnt, and tough, and my childs was the wrong thing. They took entree off my childs plate and left just the fries. I may have had my food but still no silverware. Total nightmare! I actually used the contact form using the link in the business almost robot like response! No reply! What a joke!

Was there the other day sadly the chicken tortilla soup was lacking 😝😞 not sure if it was just the service or what but my soup was not hot like it should have been it was barely room temperature and even though they took the price of it off my ticket the service was not worth waiting for fresh food ! Our waitress was a little bit snooty. I might be just a plain Jane but every customer should be treated with respect..

Server was very slow on getting our food to the table, waited over 45 minutes. We did not get all that we ordered. My plate was cold when it arrived and my steak was so tough I could hardly chew it. Even the blooming onion we ordered for an appetizer was overcooked. The worst part of it is that we spent $180.00 and that we had taken our daughter and granddaughter out for a delicious steak dinner and depended on the Outback to deliver that for us. Was definitely disappointed.

Never had a bad meal or anything but the best service. Love the consistency. Keep up the great work. One of the best restaurants on this side of the bridge! Yummy.

Our server Taylor J was great and attentive even with multiple tables. Food was good but salty which raised our blood pressure. Taylor was the best server we have had. We only gave 4 stars because of the saltiness of the food.

It was great! We went 10-28 to celebrate our anniversary. Crystal was our server and she was absolutely fantastic! She kept our drinks topped off, brought everything out right away! It has come a long way. Awesome wait staff, food was absolutely delicious!

This OB is very good. Fast, friendly, conscientious service; a rarity these days. VERY good food, too. Again, fast, hot, fresh and reliable. Nice covid avoidance steps in place... THANK YOU. If only more people would be receptive to neighborly conduct we might not be as deep in this pandemic as we have become. Local restaurants are oblivious while the chains have been thoughtful and accommodating. There's no excuse for our national ignorance.

I would have given zero stars but that was not an option. We ordered curbside pickup and were extremely disappointed. I am not one to write reviews and in fact I love Outback and frequently order curbside from other locations. The Outback in Panama City Beach is the epitome of worst restaurant in this chain. We ordered the Aussie Fries, Bloomin’ Onion and the Outback Burger. To begin our Aussie Fries were rubbery, weeping some sort of moisture and matted together in an unseperable mound of tough overcooked cheese. It was as if it had been cooked three hours ago and then microwaved right before we arrived to pick up. The booming onion was burned on the edges, had a raw dough consistency on the inside and had the wonderful taste of overused burnt oil. The burger was so scary that we had to disassemble it and cook the patty in the oven. No one should be served a raw hamburger patty. Where is quality control? Why would the manager allow this type of product to be sent out? The worst part about it all is that in the spirit of supporting out restauranteurs during this pandemic we gave a generous tip before picking up our food and this is the product that we receive in response to our support. I will never order from this Outback again.

After calling to make sure a specific special was still going on and was told yes. Upon arrival the waiter said that was no longer valid. Okay then I was going to order onion pedals and was told that they no longer carried them. It was okay nothing special.

We haven't been to this Outback before but we really had a great experience. Phil was our server and although the place looked pretty busy, our drinks were never empty. My husband got soup, wings, we got an appetizer and I got the bloomin chicken and everything was delicious.

New Year’s Eve I took my family to outback we had a 7 o’clock reservation when we got there they told us it could be up to an hour wait OK it’s New Year’s Eve I understand from there it went downhill we ordered two filet mignon‘s medium rare they were both overcooked we did not get our soups or salad Service was very slow it took us two hours for four people to eat I was disappointed I hope they do better in the future

The only thing the could improve is the speed of service my food was supposed to be done in 15 minutes but it was about 35 to 40 minutes before they ever got it out to my car and they weren't very busy . But overall great service and wonderful food .
