Great tasting sushi. Good service. We came in a half hour before closing and we felt a little rushed but they were still courteous. We tried the French kiss roll and one other and they were both delicious.

Just found this place and my first experience is fantastic. This place is bustling and has an extensive menu. I opted for an assortment of sashimi. Presentation was beautiful and each bite was fresh and delicious. Try the mochi. The staff is attentive and friendly. This is one of the best sushi experiences I've had in a long time.

Takara is one of the best sushi places I have had anywhere in the states! But for sure the BEST SUSHI IN LOGAN! Their service is fast and efficient! And their sushi nearly always is PERFECTION. I love the prices compared to other sushi restaurants as well! Highly recommend!

The best sushi in Cache Valley. The service is always great and the sushi never disappoints. My favorite role is the dragon roll. If you’re really looking for a hearty roll go with the protein roll. The restaurant is not very big so be aware that if you come at peak hours you may have to wait for a little while depending on how many people are with you. My wife does not like sushi so when we go, she gets one of the noodle bowl options.

I have been to this restaurant many times and I always enjoy the food. I always order monkey balls and a sunny side sushi roll. The food is top notch and served fast. Highly recommended!

This is a nice sushi place, service was great, place was clean, sushi was good. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is their portion. We ordered 2 udons and it was just a small pot with probably 2/3 of what you would get at other restaurant. I order a tempura udon and beef udon, tempura udon only had 2 skinny pieces of shrimp… and beef only had a few prices of it too. This is more like a kids portion but we’re paying full price for it.

If this is the best sushi in Cache Valley, I feel sorry for you. The Nigiri pieces are tiny, and the rice is over-cooked. The service was impersonal but not rude. The only thing that makes this better than supermarket sushi is the wide selection.

The sushi is the best in Logan. I've tried almost their whole menu, and you can't pick a favorite. Their miso soup also can't be outdone.

This place is so fast, the food is so fresh and super delicious! Very cheap pricing for the quality of food you get. If you do not like fish or seafood; this is not the place for you.

There’s not many sushi places to choose from in cache valley, but Takara sushi is the absolute best. I have been coming here even when they were Happy Sushi. Always quick to get you seated even when super busy, excellent service, delicious food- even if you’re going with someone who isn’t a big sushi fan, they have plenty of other options.

Truly the best place for sushi in Cache Valley. Our favorite rolls are the Sunny, Takara and Red Rock rolls. They keep my Diet Coke fuller and the food is delicious 🤍

For a non-sushi dish at a sushi place, their teriyaki chicken bowl is pretty good. I felt like the chicken and the rice were perfectly portioned for each other, which is nice because most of the time you’re left with a ton of extra rice. Improvements that could be made would definitely be more sauce and also the price. This bowl cost $14 and while it was good I don’t think it’s worth it at that price point. Or maybe I’m just the bad guy for not getting sushi at the sushi place.

First place that got me actually like sushi. Went here all the time while i was at USU since it was 50% solid rolls and i could still afford it as a student. Best bang for your buck sushi in utah! Now i go here every time I’m up in Logan. It’s a staple!

I've never had a bad experience at Takara. Always good service and have never been able to find sushi that can compete! The happy stars are my favorite and the sushi is always nicely presented. One of my favorite go-to places in Logan!

Wonderful rolls. Love all the spicy rolls. Server was wonderful. We tried the sexy lady roll and kaleidoscope roll and monkey balls. Will go back for sure.

Went when they first opened for the day. The seating was clean and ready. The staff was friendly and nice. The food came quick and was cold/hot as ordered. Even after our party was done and we sat and talked no one tried to rush us out. It was a very nice visit

Everything was super yummy!! We tried fried rolls, golden California, tempura and Vegas roll also got the thin noodles, has gotten a little more pricey. There green tea is amazing tho! Between the 3 rolls, a kid drink my tea, and two noodle dishes it was around $80. The avacados were a little brown but still ok. Our server was attentive and very nice.

This place has excellent sushi! I crave it regularly. It's reasonably priced to be affordable for college students too. They have a whole menu of rolls that are constantly half price ($7-10). Their lunch plates are great on a budget as well.

One of my FAVORITE places to get sushi - I've never gotten anything here that I didn't love.

Great food as always! Two super rude younger girl servers kept giving me and my 13 month old dirty looks because of the mess he was making while eating? (Sorry a baby can't get all the food into his mouth and some might fall on the floor?) they kept talking about us right in front of us and glaring. If they would have waited 10 minutes they would have seen that I always clean up ALL of my babies mess. The floor, high chair, everything. I served for 5 years and that's not how you act. Being a mean girl isn't it 🙃 takara is definitely one of my favorite restaurants but this does change my outlook on it. Don't come if you want a family friendly place.

Delicious, really well priced sushi. So many options, wonderful environment and super fast service! Ate it so fast didn't even get a picture

Best sushi for miles!! I keep coming back! The quality & service are always top-notch & the place is a popular hot spot for dates & families. Ask for a dragon roll to watch it burn with real fire on the table right in front of you! So fun! All of the appetizers are good & the ramen is yummy, too, for those who may not like sushi. Such a verity of rolls! Try them all!!

Pictured are the Mango and Cucumber roll (left) and the TNT roll (right). I've been here a few times, and for Logan, it's about as good as sushi gets, and the price is reasonable.

Takara always has fast service with fresh, delicious food! AND IT'S SO AFFORDABLE! My wife and I are NEVER disappointed when we come. Even if you don't love sushi they have other delicious options and sides. Totally recommend!!

Easily the best sushi restaurant in Logan, Utah. I’ve tried nearly fifteen of their rolls and I’m always impressed with the quality of their food. Their staff are incredibly kind and the service is extremely fast. I’ve tried their dine in and take out options and I’ve never had any problems. The food is consistently delicious. They’re also incredibly cheap for the portion size and quality. The atmosphere at the restaurant is perfect for dinner with a family or even dates. I recommend visiting Takara Sushi to anyone visiting Logan, Utah.

We went during a rush and they were still able to seat myself, husband and two young boys quickly. Food was great and brought out quickly. Our soup was steaming when they brought it out. Seemed a little pricey for soup and for the portion they give you. But I would go back again, very delicious food!

Sushi at takara is in my humble opinion nothing short of the best sushi in logan UT, I love how fast they prepare the food it always tastes the same and amazing! I'm huge on teriyaki sicken rolls and the Teri chicken bowls. The ramen is amazing and just everything I have tried has not been a let down.

For Logan UT this place makes great sushi... prices are great. If you're feeling froggy and want to splurge on a specialty roll (not on the everyday half price menu) get yourself the lobster roll. Game changer! All the fried rolls have a similar taste and texture. I'd recommend you get the ten ten if you want a fried one, and spend the rest of your money on raw/fresh. We usually leave happy and satisfied. Occasionally though we branch out from our normal rotation of rolls and find ourselves disappointed we didn't stick to what we know is good.

Love, love, love this place! Every thing I’ve had here is amazing and their sushi menu is expansive enough that we always try something new. The staff is very friendly and their service is quickly even when they are busy. I highly recommend stopping here if you’re a sushi fan!
