They must've been having a bad night tonight or something...what i received was not 4.5 star quality food. There were 7 strands of long black hair all intermingled with my husbands lo mein. It was repulsive! My orange chicken was cold, soggy, and dry all at the same time. I just can't believe I spent 40 bucks on food that shouldn't have even been served in the first place. Definitely not happy and will not be ordering here again.

Wow, this place was amazing. Brought our son here for his birthday. He wanted to try sushi for the first time. It did not disappoint on the variety and quality of Sushi, also a lot of other Asian dishes available for those who don't like sushi. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

Delicious food, generous portion sizes, lightning fast service, great prices. The Aloha roll and Godzilla roll are delicious!

We had excellent food and service at The Black Pearl. The prices and value were great. My son loved his sushi 🍣 and I especially enjoyed my hot and sour soup. I would go back! Thank you!

We love going to the Black Pearl. They have great Chinese food and sushi rolls. I got the lunch combo which included fried rice, soup of my choice, 2 cheese wontons, 2 potstickers, and the entree (I got sweet and sour chicken). My husband got the Caterpillar roll. We both enjoyed our food and the service was great. We definitely recommend going there when in Logan!

Happy to share that they have a gluten free sushi menu! Had 17 rolls to choose from which was nice.The sushi was delicious and I will be coming back. Featured in the pictures: mango mango roll, Mexico roll, and the spicy roll. I also tried the Alaska and yellowtail jalapeño traditional rolls. I liked the yellowtail more out of those two. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Has a nice variety of sushi items online but insanely rude customer service. The line was packed when I entered the shop and many people waiting in line had nowhere to even stand waiting for their meal. They placed way too many orders with no way to deliver on time. They lost my meal number I placed online and never got back to me. The menu options appeared decent, but the customer service is close to rotten. If you 'must' eat here, then just ask for delivery. It might be a longer wait but don't waste your time dining in here or even asking to pick it up. I; however, will not be ordering here again.

I travelled up to Logan for a night. For dinner, Stanley and I tried Black Pearl for the first time. The outside looked okay. Very tall ceilings and a clean, updated look. There weren't many people there, so we were seated and served very quickly. We were given complimentary little chips along with a red dipping sauce. We ordered 2 sushi rolls and a combination plate. The sushi rolls were okay. They weren't the best. There was quite a bit of rice and the roll was kind of small for one of them. The other roll we got was bigger, but there was this weird minty? sauce on it. I'm not too sure what it was, but just wasn't really too much to our liking. The combination plate came with fried rice, 2 egg rolls, and some meat. The fried rice was a little bland. I was actually expecting Vietnamese spring rolls because on their menu it said "spring rolls", but what came out were egg rolls instead, which I guess makes sense since it is a Chinese/Japanese restaurant. Maybe an adjustment to the menu would help a little for that mistake. The meat tasted the best out of everything we ordered. It was decently seasoned and there was enough to eat with the fried rice. Overall, the service was decent. They came back to check on us and gave us more water. The food was not that good. The place was okay, wasn't the greatest either. I probably will not be coming back again, but everything overall was pretty average.

On the positive, Black Pearl was clean & quiet and the presentation was very good. Especially the sushi rolls. On the negative, the the hostess/waitress had a severe lack of people skills. Leading us to our table saying “Come along” as if we were an annoyance. The same attitude was displayed when we were finished. “Thank you, thank you” while walking away. The skill of making eye contact would be worth developing. Not once during our meal did anyone check to see how everything was or refill our water. Nor was the table near us from an earlier group cleared. We got to look at dirty dishes through most of our meal. No, it was mostly empty. As for the mean itself, my orange chicken was tough and dry. All the others were fine.

Black Pearl is the best Asian restaurant in Logan, always good food. The honey walnut shrimp is my go to. Beef and broccoli is solid, the fried rice is delicious. The lunch special is an absolute deal.

Super yummy sushi! Friendly service and clean atmosphere and decent prices. We LOVE this place. We order from here EVERY TIME we have the craving for sushi.

We ordered coconut yellow thai curry. Portion was good but taste was not actual thai curry. No coconut milk and no thai curry flavor available in that. Sesame chicken was too sweet and hand to chew. Nigiri sushi was good. Rosana the lady served us. She was a very nice woman.

Great food, great price! Liked the atmosphere , the only thing they could work on is a bieng more attentive toward the customers but overall they were very nice and friendly.

I don't know how this place has more than 4 stars. None of us could finish our dinner. It was SO SALTY and general tso's chicken was super vinegary. I've had some awful Chinese food in small towns but this place takes the cake. Now I am hesitant to use google reviews for restaurants in Logan.

Not tonight 😞 the Sushi was said to be the best ever but our Sesame chicken was so dry and tasted tough. We exchanged our cold pot stickers for some fresh hot ones and the dishes piled up around us all evening. I have never experienced this poor service from BP Before. I'll try again and hope it was just a bad night.

My wife DoorDashed this place a week ago and loved it, so we ordered take out here for dinner tonight so I could try it. The amount of food we got for the price we paid was unbelievable! We have enough food to last us probably a week and it was so cheap for the amount we received! I was not a fan of the taste of my food but their menu is so big I’m sure I can find something that I’ll enjoy more in the future.

The lunch special is hard to beat. If you get water to drink, it's only about $9 after an okay tip. I've never waited more than 5 seconds to be seated either. The food is good and you get fairly large portions. I'm almost not sure how they're still in business and just bracing for them to raise the price. I'm taking off a star for service. They're not usually the most friendly and sometimes forget to check on you or bring a fortune cookie. I highly recommend it still for a good deal on some good Chinese food.

My husband and I had lunch here recently. We ordered the sushi lunch and the Mongolian beef lunch. The food was so good. Everything was delicious and fresh, and it was served really quickly after we ordered. The serving staff was polite and reasonably efficient. The sushi rolls are reasonably priced. The menu has dozens of types of sushi to enjoy so if you love sushi this is definitely the place to go. There's also a few Chinese options and I think some Thai on the menu as well. We will definitely be going back.

My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner. We have been trying to find a sushi place that meets our expectations and Black Pearl definitely did. Every single thing we ordered we were SO happy with. The soups, the sushi rolls, all of it. We have just become loyal customers for sure and can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.

We LOVE this sushi joint. The are always super nice in person or for pick-up. The have only ever forgotten one roll in our many times of getting takeout there, and they immediately made it when it was brought to their attention. Great atmosphere for a semi-casual date night!

Great food and amazing people! It's the best price in town. Food is always out really fast and they keep everything clean and tidy. Definitely our family's favorite!

Living in the valley, I have not been here often enough. Good prices and great food. The staff is awesome and the service was great. I love the sushi and the variety of the menu. Definitely a hidden treasure in Logan and I will definitely recommend it.

Got to the restaurant at 7 pm. It wasn’t super busy or full and we waited 30 minutes just to be seated due to the host/cashier ringing out take out orders. When he finally got to us it took him less than a minute to seat us because it was empty. It took him another 40 minutes to take our order. I had to get up and find him, I’m pretty sure he forgot about us. Overall my experience was bad and I left super irritated. Won’t be returning.

I've had consistently good experiences here. Good food, a few vegan options including a couple vegan veg rolls. Great service, quick delivery. Good portion sizes. I like the Buddha Delight and the Kung Pao Tofu. I also get the Thai yellow curry; it's good but does taste like it's made by a Chinese restaurant (rather than a Thai restaurant). Spring rolls are like a fried egg roll with veg only.

Great service and sushi! We tried the First Kiss Roll, Tiger’s Roll, and Spicy Crunch Roll. The Spicy Crunch Roll wasn’t our favorite, but we enjoyed the First Kiss and Tiger’s Roll. The fish itself wasn’t very fresh which is why there was a small turnoff. We were impressed with the service at the restaurant though. Everyone was kind and the service was extremely quick. They even give you wonton chips with duck sauce for free. Overall a good restaurant that’s worth trying a few times! Also, it’s a bonus that it’s opened on Sundays.
