I ordered my pizza first off without my address, so I called the store to verify. I also verified delivery, she said there was an additional charge , I said fine. I assumed she redid my credit card to add on the delivery charge. After waiting close to an hour, I called the store to see what happened. The woman I first talked to never changed my order to delivery. I told the gentleman on the phone what had happened. He told me they would get it to me and recharge my card to include the delivery charge. They also recoooked ed my order and delivered it hot. I appreciated the second gentleman s care. It would have been 5 stars except for the mixup.

Had been many years since I ordered from Pizza Hut. I didn't like the crust. It was like spongy cardboard. I took a chance it would be better now and I'm glad I did. They followed order instructions perfectly and it was delicious. The hand tossed crust was really good.

Ordered my pizza online. Was delivered in a reasonable time. But what I got was not what I ordered. I ordered a pizza with several extra toppings and what I got was something ung that looked like a frozen pizza. The toppings were minimal. When I pay $40 for a pizza I WANT a real $40 pizza !!! That's why I pay the EXTRA !! Talk about about getting taking advantage of a customer. I, like most other people work hard for my money. I want to get what I pay for not taken advantage of by a corporate chain !!! I'm just really disappointed and angry about this !! Shame on you Pizza Hut for doing stuff like this. Quality control is s must.

Fast delivery. Food was hot and so delicious. Perfect amount of sauce on the wings. Everyone was happy and full. Even better we didn't have a huge mess of dinner dishes to clean after.

Placed an online order for pickup. Pizza looked good and it was delicious! Customer service was excellent!

I can't believe it's like pulling teeth just to have pizza delivered. Nobody communicates, and nobody is on the same page. Delivery drivers say they came to the door when they never showed. I don't know what's going on, but this issue needs to be corrected IMMEDIATELY. This is TERRIBLE customer service!

I just received this pizza which looks like it was put back together like a puzzle. Called to inform the supervisor - Some guy, got on the phone- didn't identify himself or confirm that he was the supervisor. I didn't ask for anything and he says.."if you show up with the pizza, I'll give you a refund." I find this highly unprofessional, it's dinner time buster- you didn't even say that you sympathize, and i could hear your sigh of frustration. I know it's not easy but show a little bit more compassion on a product that was delivered by your driver. If this was not the supervisor, then people have explaining to do. I'm also ashamed that pizza hut calls this NY pizza
