I have figured out this location. If you tip well, even when you carryout, you get amazing food. When you don't tip well, you get bad food. This picture should be a hand tossed crust. It is thin, overcooked, and tough. It might as well be a thin and crispy. I order from this location at least 3-4 times a month, always carryout. I normally tip 7-10$. This time I tipped $3 because their website was charging me an extra 3$ for my $10 one topping carryout because my other pizza was a stuffed crust. So I took it off the tip. My son is 6 and has no top teeth, he can barely eat this pizza. I cut off the crust and cut it into pieces. But know I know if I can't tip enough, I'm going to Domino's.

Pizza was great. The lobby however, was a mess. There was an open glass bottle of beer balancing on the bench right next to where kids get prizes/toys. I asked if they sold beer. They do not. I asked if they knew it was open sitting there. They did. Their response " Yeah some guy came in with it and we assumed he was coming back." I told them that is not ok, and not allowed. He said "Well I don't know " Unacceptable and disturbing that they didn't care

Completely missed my 2 liter. All they have to do is look at top of receipt to see I should have left the store with 5 items. I only left with 4, but still was charged $5 for a 2 liter that I never received.

*update* 07/12/2023 Now they not only did not give me my food, now they are refusing a refund. This place is nothing but low life thieves. Do not go here for anything!!! Sat there for over 20 minutes waiting for my order and the clown at the counter proceeds to give my order to a woman that walked who realized it wasn't her order and he instead of helping me with my order that was obviously placed first and proceeded to take care of the other customer taking my entire lunch break and offered no apology or refund. Do not shop here go to spanaway or any other location.

would give it zero if i could. ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sets of wings for delivery waited 20 mins past expected delivery time and then called, was left on hold for 23mins the first time and second time was on hold for 7 more mins and finally went in to see what was going on. when arrived pizza was just sitting in the hotcase. tlked to the man up front told him i was there for my food and he ade me sign a reciept then procceded to look at my reciept and made a scarky comment "oh thank you for the tip" which i tipped over $10. so paid for my food to be delivered with a delivery tip just to have to go get it myself. great management.

Open till 12 but in reality closed at 10? What sort of business does that? When I entered it was empty, ovens were on full, and no one appeared until i had to call out, they refused me any service. Nothing but lazy bums.

I would literally give this store 0 stars if I could. I ordered a pizza for delivery about a month ago and it never got it. I called and the hotline would transfer me and nobody would pick up, I called 5 times & was just on hold for 20+ minutes. When i got to the store, no one knew where the pizza was, they claimed a door dasher delivered it, even though i didn’t order through door dash. To make up for it they gave me a voucher. I gave my mom the voucher she tried to use it today and they said it wasn’t valid because she didn’t know my Pizza Hut account info? They weren’t accepting credit card payments so my mom drove all the way down there for nothing. I came to another Pizza Hut on 52nd & they took the voucher without me having to confirm my account info. Therefore, the employees there were lying or I’m not sure what this stores problem is, but all the employees there are unprofessional and so unhelpful.

Although their app is a bit buggy, to this day Pizza Hut still provides good service and hot pizza. The New York large pepperoni is definitely worthwhile.
