Superior Wi culvers. Normally Culver's has excellent service. The Superior store did not. Employees were not attentive, 2 errors on our order, and store was very dirty. While the food tasted good, service was no where near what we expect from Culver's.

Paid $13 for a bacon deluxe meal and basically received a double cheeseburger with onions. I went up to the cash register and one of the employees said they could give me the toppings and I can put it on the burger. I then got a container with a slice of tomato and some lettuce. No bacon.

Sometimes getting your food can be a little slow at Culvers but not today. Satisfied with our food and workers were friendly. The one thing that bothered me was the garbage can. It has that lid that swings inward from the front when you push your tray into it. It was so tight that there was no way to open it without pushing it with your hand and holding it while you tried to shake your tray with the other. Gross.

Stopped in with our track athletes after a long meet. We were greeted with excellent customer service and a speedy fast crew cooking up our food. We were so thankful they stayed open past close for us. Truly awesome staff. We especially appreciate Logan’s positivity and how fast the custard crew was. We were amazed by how fast they were going. We definitely will be back. Culver’s you have a good crew!

The food was lacking this time. Not the best Culver's I've been to. The two double deluxe burgers had the wrong toppings and were seriously overcooked and the fries were cooked to the point where they were brittle. This is the 3rd time I've been here and the other experiences have been similar.

I'm so glade to see a fast place work environment to be hiring children that want to start there work experience as soon as possible in most case 10 year Olds. It brought a smile to my face when I saw them working in highly dangerous deep fries and incredible hot grills and delivering food next to a highway.

I had a double cheese berger. It was too greasy for me. Their buns seem to be getting cheaper also, doughy and did not hold together as it should. Still beats the other fast food burger joints however.

This Culver's is a nice place to stop when entering or leaving town, located not too far from the highway. It sits along one of the main drags in town and isn't too hard to get into. Much like many other Culver's, the food is wonderful. It is a burger-and-fries-based fast food option, though it stands well above the competition. My main criticism is that the location is almost always filled with customers, something that isn't the fault of the location, and is something they have definitely earned. Despite the heavy flow of customers, this Culver's always has provided wonderful and fest service as well as great food. Culver's is, however, a place you stop every once in a while as it can get pricy very quickly, costing as much if not a bit more than your average sit-down diner.

This converse was a little bit different. It was right along the main road in Duluth. Parking was really tough. Two narrow spots on too many tilted surfaces.

Normally Culver's gets all 5 stars. This trip through the drive thru wasn't up to Culver's normal standard. Something was wrong with the drinks out of the soda fountain, they tasted wrong, funny, way too sweet. After receiving our order we headed to the lighthouse to eat and found that one of our meals was missing. Not good! We were too far from the restaurant to go back. It was frustrating. I shouldn't have to make sure all the meals ordered are in the bag.

They had troubles figuring out how to apply or even hear that I had an allergy for my order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but nearly every table was not cleaned properly. Normally they do a lot better at that. The food however, was amazing. Besides the custard, I believe it was heated improperly, as it had a chalky texture, and after bringing that up to others, that's a result of to high of heat while cooking, making it curdle slightly.

Ordered a large strawberry malt. The largest size is a medium, the malt was alright. I ended up stopping by A&W and got another one.

Came here at 4:00 pm on a Saturday 6.3.23. The kid who took my order made it abundantly clear that I was bothering him. When I walked to the counter, he didn't ask to take my order, no "Welcome to Culvers" nothing. He just leaned on the register and glared at me. After a long, uncomfortable silence, I began to order. He mumbled something at me while taking my order and didn't say another word after that. No, "your total is" "have a nice day" and certainly no "thank you" He placed my cup and number on the counter, turned away from me, crossed his arms and leaned against the wall. Food was excellent but this kids' attitude alone will keep me from coming back again. I can't remember the last time I felt so unwelcome somewhere I was spending money.

The butter burger was great. Fish, not so good. Waited 20 minutes for food. Just be ready for that. When we got the food, it was piping hot

The place was filthy!!! Dirty tables...food on the floor all over... very dirty bathroom...the ice cream was bumpy like it had sandpaper in it...so evidently that hasn't been cleaned in a while either!! No customer s at the counter and there was a major wait for my ice cream... what a joke!!! Would not recommend this place to anyone!!! I've been to better culver's than this.... maybe the people who run this place should rethink what they are doing!!!!

Good food. Other than that, it needs a GOOD CLEANING !

My family and I usually come here at least once a month for food and the experience is pretty good for the most part. More often than not, it's extremely busy, and the staff their is always doing their best to help everyone. The food itself is usually pretty good. It's definitely my go to fast food, but it's nothing to write home about.

Burgers and cheese curds are good. Yummy frozen custard. This one is in a busy area. Drive thru was busy at lunch time.

Culver's is a Wisconsin staple; fried fish, cheese curds and pretzel bites gives you a slight taste of a Wisconsin Fair. I'm a fan.of.the.custard and butter burger too. It's a fast food place so I'd prefer the drive through, its about as clean as a typical fast food place.

Honestly it's always been a pleasant experience visiting this Culver's. The burger, fries, and curds were awesome but that pumpkin concrete mixer was killer. I watched the guy put a scoop of real pumpkin 🎃 in, it was the best pumpkin-whatever I've had.

3rd time that I was supposed to get a chocolate mixer with Oreo and cheesecake but was only given Oreo in it. Went back through this time and said something and was told that “actually it does have cheesecake it’s probably just hard to see because it’s blended up”. Which is just weird to me because in the past times I’ve ordered it, I’ve always been able to see and taste the cheesecake in there vs. now I’ve only seen and tasted Oreo the past 3 times. (One of which I was also given a vanilla mixer rather than a chocolate too). Just feel like I was kind of gas lit. Taking a pic of how it looks today vs. how it looks on a day it ACTUALLY has cheesecake in case I’m told in the future that I “probably just can’t see it”. Going to order the cheesecake on the side from now on and will add it myself.

Nice place, tasty food, friendly staff. Quite popular on a Saturday afternoon, close to a gas station as well.

Labor Day evening around 7:30pm the restaurant was SO busy, the wait was long. That did not matter, while there I was extremely impressed with the staff’s customer service, smiles, apologies. It was clear they were working together as a team and worked very hard to satisfy each customer as best they could. I want to compliment you on the maturity of the workers keeping composed all the while. Pleas pass on to the staff working!!

I mean, it's Culver's. Excellent crispy chicken sandwich and excellent burgers. You can't really lose going here. The ice cream is really good too. They serve regular crinkle cut fries which are good but I have to use ketchup. Once again, Pepsi options though way more to choose from which is perfect. I prefer coke. Inside is clean and relatively quiet. A better place for fast food definitely.

Great fish sandwiches, although they could have used more tarter sauce. The onion rings are always delicious. Their prices are rather high for fast food. Customers at the drive up window shouldn't be confused by the employee taking other orders while paying, they should be greeting customers and paying attention to them.
