Had a great experience here. Ordered online and picked up in the store. Easy to find and was impressed. The veggies (which normally i don't care for) were amazing. So fresh and very good. Shrimp was good size and very tasty. Liked the sauce and the chicken was unbelievable tender. Had a amazing lunch Also not pictured was a soup that i got with it. I will be going back. Can't wait to try other things they have there.

We lost all motivation to cook tonight, so we thought we would try Sam's Express since we live close by. We will definitely be coming here again. The woman working up front was very friendly and gave some good suggestions for what to order. We ended up getting the steak and salmon hibachi meal, volcano roll, and eel avocado roll. We sat inside while waiting for our to-go order. Everything was very clean. The order only took about 10 minutes to prepare. The food was delicious! 🤤 The hibachi meal came with a lot of food, enough for both of us, and was very hot and fresh. The rolls were so good and had just the right amount of rice. Again, we will be back. Everything was great!

Update: it's been a few months since I've been here due to my WFH situation. But was able to come back and the cashier was still just as friendly. The prices are only $0.50 higher, which is super reasonable considering most other places price went up alot more. Hopefully I can keep coming here more often now. It's my favorite sushi place that offers lunch specials. Old review: The cashier was super friendly and have me a free bottle of water while I waited. The quality of the food was also amazing. I'm usually a big critic of sushi, especially when it comes to price to value. The price vs what you get and to how tasty this was is incredible. $10.99. For 3 rolls is such a good deal. I think I found my go to lunch sushi spot.

We ordered shrimp hibachi lunch and steak hibachi lunch. Both meals were delicious! There is a lot of black pepper in the rice, so if you aren't a black pepper fan, be warned. The crab Rangoon was spectacular! The salad and dressing were perfect! We will definitely be back to try other menu items!

Got an advertisement for this place not long ago, and my husband and I decided to give it a shot. We were not disappointed!!!! We got the 3 roll lunch special and the hibachi steak. The hibachi steak came with a soup or salad. Both the sushi rolls and steak tasted great and fresh! They freshly cooked my steak in the kitchen right after I ordered. Together with tip we spent a little over $20. The staff were really nice and got our food out to us pretty quickly. Overall, we definitely plan to come again!

Having traveled the world most of my adult life, I’ve been to Japan over 50 times, and this is one of the BEST meals I’ve EVER HAD! Don’t miss the Spicy Tuna Boat!! Out of this world!! A true Hidden Gem! DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE

We’ve eaten here twice in the past 3 weeks. The food is delicious, everything is fresh. I typically don’t like ginger dressing; theirs is very good. My husband has the tempura; again not a favorite of mine, I gave it a shot and found it quite tasty. The first time we went, I had the veggie meal, it was amazing, no concerns about holding the mushrooms. My husband had the beef meal, he said it was better that he’s had in other Japanese restaurants. The portions are quite large, prices are in line with portion size. It’s clean there is plenty of parking and family run. I encourage supporting small local businesses. The only downside, all the drinks are bottled or canned (even water). This one is a gem.

For such an American name, they had some of the best Japanese cuisine. They were very clean. The staff was very friendly and were willing to give us time to order. By the end of the meal, I wish that I had a second stomach because it was just that good. My husband and I ended up sharing the seaweed salad, and the shrimp and steak hibachi with fried rice. We had six sushi rolls, Sweet Potato, Spicy Scallop, Angel Roll, Eel Cucumber, Mountain Roll, and Chicken Tempura; we each also had a miso soup. I also ordered the Sweet Donuts, they were so good, not overly sweet, they were also served with honey! Everything was superb, I literally can't tell you enough. If you are in the area, please go to this restaurant!

素晴らしい! I can see why this place gets such great reviews. Nice atmosphere on the inside and easily the most affordable sushi I've ever had. $11 to choose 3 rolls is an absolute steal. If I lived in this area I could see myself eating here weekly, at least.

Recently introduced my girlfriend to sushi and is now a sushi fiend. This place is great and very friendly endearing restaurant, the sushi is fresh, and the atmosphere is calm with nice murals to look at. We found this place after a couple bad restaurants and consider this place a hidden gem.

What a gem! Sometimes the best food experiences come from the tucked-away locations,and this was one of them. Our lunch was served hot and fresh with excellent customer service. This sushi in a strip mall is a must do.

Enjoyable sushi experience from what looks like a hole in the wall from outside. The place was nicely done and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be heading there again.

We showed up 10 minutes after lunch special times were over. They allowed us to order from the lunch menu anyway. I’m so glad they did because the sushi was excellent! We also had spring rolls and edamame and everything was great! Great price for a “pick 3” sushi lunch. Will return soon!

Hot and fresh! Worth the money and the flavors and portions especially the steak (they do not skimp) are just perfect! I hope more people try this place! I will definitely be back.

My Wife and I visited for the first time yesterday. Wonderful Staff, clean, cozy. Food was great. I had the Lunch steak Hibatchi with a salad and my Wife had the Shrimp Hibatchi w/salad. Both were very good. We also order a side of Crab Rangoon , very good as well. The lunch portion was large and plenty to eat.

Amazing sushi. Kind and considerate staff. Great value. We ordered takeout. We spent about $50 for 3 adults and had a little bit of leftovers. Although we took it home to eat, the restaurant has seating. Plenty of parking. We'll definitely be making this a regular stop!
