I am enjoying learning a city I grew up loving. Kansas City has so much history to be proud of and I'm proud to be back home. ♥️🖤

Nice to get some history in you travels and the story of Lewis and Clark is always nice. The statue is impressive and the park is nice. The view down over the river is great but unfortunately the view itself is of an airport, grain elevators and factories. A nice place for a quick stop while touring in Kansas City

I really am a history buff of sorts, and I came here for more local history. The views ARE amazing. The river, west, and north especially. We have statues all over KC worth noting. This is one of them. Park service, city - whomever, please keep the area kept up a little better. There was an accumulation of trash that makes it depressing. Once a week would make a huge difference. Help keep KC clean! Go on a very clear day for that view.

Took my daughter to the point in the city for the first time tonight! She loved it so much. Great memories that will last a life time. She is studying Lewis and Clark now in the 8th grade. Fun times.

This is a great little State Park with views of the West bottoms, the Missouri River and some of the bridges, the executive airport and a portion of downtown KCMO! If you just get to see the Lewis and Clark statue, the trip is well worth it! It's spectacular!

Great Historic Stop in Kansas City. Awesome views of the downtown airport, west bottoms, and lots of highways and bridges. So bring a camera. This is where Lewis and Clark, plus Sacagawea and York viewed on September 15, 1806.
