I have pretty good natural teeth and I don’t have braces/caps/false. I visited this clinic and spent over $4000 worth of treatment on myself and my husband. Dr Nick did his job, I had a few treatments and his advice was to get them all at once including having two wisdom teeth pulled, I went home with a pounding headache. He’s actually undercover rude and spoke rudely to his assistant which is also a turn off to me as a customer. Over priced

Nick is a great dentist very methodical and detail oriented. Likewise his team are fantastic and reception very is helpful. Highly recommend.

My first visit. This is a great dentistry. Reception are welcoming and kind. I don’t like going to the dentist but they made the experience so easy and relaxing. I had Dr Melissa Shum. Along with her technician, they were very patient, gentle and thorough and the whole experience was the best I’ve ever had. I don’t feel scared going to my next appointment. When I contacted the Ascot vale smile, I was very appreciated that I could still make an appointment when the the clinic was so busy. And I have to say everything here is perfect. My experience here is also the most comfortable dental experience in my life. The enviroment of clinic is very peaceful and I love it. I had a great service with dentists doing a great and quick job on filling my broken and decayed tooth. They are quite friendly as well, made me feel quite comfortable. I will be going there regularly for sure after I get my insurance all good to go.

If I could give Dr Nick and his team 6 stars, believe me I would. I recently completed my braces journey with Dr Nick and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. The amount of attention to detail and care for his craft is second to none. He was incredibly friendly and kept me well informed with every step of the way. It’s a bit bittersweet coming to the end of my braces journey because I really enjoyed coming into the clinic and interacting to the friendly team. He always greets you with a smile and has time to listen and explain the treatment required. Dr Nick performs within your budget and completes the work to your satisfaction.
