The massage was excellent along with the masseuse. The room is comfortable although every now and then I could hear a motorcycle from Johnson Drive or a train. It would have been 5 stars until the time for payment. Another worker (probably the owner) was very abrasive requesting I tip $20 for the 1 hour massage. She kept demanding that I tip higher. This was just unnecessary.

Beware, they tell how much to tip at the end.. I prepaid $100 for a 90 minute massage. They kept the change till after. The girl working on me left the room 3 times in the 1st hour. At the end of the hour she says that she has another appointment and was it ok for another girl to finish. I said ok. I almost always tip $20 for my massages. The girl tells me that I need to tip more bc of 2 girls. She wanted $20 each. I tipped $30 and i'll NEVER go back.

I took my wife to this place for a massage last night. The lady we dealt with asked me for a tip before she even started my wife's massage. I bought a 30 minute session for me wife, but the lady only massaged her for 23 minutes, and then the lady asked me for a tip again. I'm a great tipper, but it was such a turn off to have someone ask me to tip then.

The lady at the front wanted to charge us before the massage which was weird. Then she wanted us to tip before the massage. I told her that was weird too. Then she said a 20% tip wasn’t enough and that I needed to do 30% so I left and went to another place. If they want more money they should just raise prices.

I will NEVER go back here. I should have left after I first walked in and they asked if I was pregnant which I am not. I have an autoimmune immune condition that causes me to gain weight no matter what I eat along with food allergies and digestion problems. The lady did apologize after my husband explained this and then came in the room and started rubbing my legs as the other lady was working on me which was uncomfortable as I was not dressed. I did not need an audience. She was only doing it to make sure I gave a tip. Even though my husband told her several times he did not want a massage she hounded him about getting one and about giving a tip BEFORE my massage…um no. I asked my massage therapist to work on my shoulder as that was the main reason I went there. She did not. I gave a 10% tip and the first lady asked me to give more. They talked about me in Chinese. I gave $3 more and will NEVER go back. Learn some manners or learn about the culture you are living in. This is NOT acceptable behavior. YOU ARE RUDE!!!!

I've had wonderful experiences here. The lady's are friendly & know what they're doing. I don't care to pay before service but I do. I REFUSE to tip until they are completely finished & no one, I repeat NO ONE will ever tell me what or when to tip!

This places does offer a good massage. The issue is they will argue that they need more tip. If I was treated like this at a restaurant. For a one hour massage? According to a standard 15/20 present is very nice, however they will follow you to the door if you don't give them a 20% plus. Very tired of this type action.

I decided to get a massage - I found a shop with good reviews on Yelp, and they made it easy to book online, which I thought was convenient. After I asked about the price, I thought it was very reasonable. I received a warm welcome when I arrived. There were also some excellent services and a deep massage. I felt that it was worth the price. I would definitely recommend it.

Making an appointment in advance via text message was very simple, easy to check in and easy to park. I was scheduled for a 60-minute massage and I was very satisfied in the end. My therapist is a great person, she asks me what areas I need massaged, she is also very nice, the massage has nothing to say, it makes my whole body feel refreshed and renewed, I will come back often, next time I wanted to try it for 90 minutes, thanks to my therapist.

She was great at helping me with my back and shoulder and neck issues and with some treatments I got a lot of relief, if you are looking for injury prevention or physical therapy work make an appointment with one of the massage therapists here in advance.

The staff did not communicate nor responded to my suggestions of medium pressure. The mechanical high pressure and the gloves resulted in skin bruises. I did not leave a tip and the lady said the boss is in China, that they only were paid the tip hence leaving the tip is a must. Not to mention, the lack of language skills to understand and communicate my request of medium pressure seem to disappear to negotiate the tip. Clever. Yet, I didn't leave any tip and the lady started badmouthing. She started yelling, spraying the disinfect solution will-nilly on me. Another attendant apologized for this behavior. If it is true that the owner does not pay the workers, it is forced labor and needs to be reported. If the tip is must, it needed to be advertised. If the staff cannot communicate in English, there should be a way to document the specific attention to details. I would not recommend this place and perhaps ask for the city to look into possible forced labor and to check if the place is certified.

Not confident of the legitimacy of the other reviews. Many mention the ability to book online or text for an appointment. I have attempted multiple times to text for an appointment and nobody responds. I have attempted to use the online booking link and get a "page not found" ... I would very much like the reviews and the establishment to be real. I also would like the masseuses that are pictured to be the actual masseuses but given they won't respond to me I hesitate to do a walkin and find myself disappointed.

Massage was very professional and the lady I had knew what she was doing. I had no problems with tipping as others have reported. Definitely the place to go for a very good massage.

I experienced a real manual massage at the store. I felt a lot more relaxed. I will come back with my friends🫠
