I would never in my life shop here again. I would also advise everyone of “color” not patronize this establishment as well I walked in to return a game controller that didn’t work and was automatically racially profiled I was greeted with a poor attitude, the lady did not want to help me whatsoever she advised that my card number was wrong after I tried to prove to her and the store manager more than once the correct card they continued to both argue and yell at me instead of providing the great customer service they advertise. I told them my goal is to get the issue resolved not have a screaming match with the store manager and his employee he processed my return and it went through as I advised him it would had he tried it in the first place instead of yelling I’m going to make this experience known to the BBB because this is highly unacceptable.

They should rent a dumpster and bulldoze and put vintage stock of Grandview in there. Went up there and bought Tony Hawk 3. It didn't work. I went up there 2 weeks after I returned it and saw it again thinking it was a different game. Nope, same one I returned 2 weeks ago. Went up there yesterday and got another game that doesn't work. Keep up the good work!

Me and others im close with have had bad experiences here, earlier i came in and i went it with an item that was missing something in it, item was marked as new, so i came in very calmly and understanding, when i told the employee my situation she sighed and walked towards a computer later afterwards i told her i wanted a refund as stated on the receipt she then proceeded to say in a rude way “so you want a refund because one small thing is missing” and i said yes please and when i gave her my id for the refund she rudely tapped the screen with my id to tell me to put in my phone number. it was very unprofessional for someone at a work place.

Every time I call up looking for a product they tell me they don't have it and no other store has it with out actually taking the time to look only to call the other store and be told grandview has it 🤦‍♂️ this has happened to me multiple times with this location if the employees would stop thinking they know everything and take the 2 seconds it takes they would get a lot more happy customers.

Love this location. The kids that work here are so nice, lovely to converse with and are great subject matter experts in manga, consoles, & video games. My autistic son that puts video games obsession on a new level loves going here and discussing things with the workers. Always a pleasant experience.

Great Customer Service. Very friendly staff. I ordered a dvd to ship to my house. Crystal helped me set up an account and took the order. Very easy. I went in a week later to pick up some more DVDs they had on hold for me; and I was met with the same great customer service as on the phone. A+ employees

I was asked by Google to leave a review I've not got much to say except vintage stock is generally always good no matter which one. This location is a few years old at this point but it's the newest one in the area in Truman corners. they have an excellent selection of movies, vinyl, cd's and games for sure as well as older systems if you happen to be in luck.

I really like the staff at this particular store. Very social. They know their products and they help each other. But man, why so many beanie babies on display? I can't believe they still make those. I never would've guessed a store that sells mostly video games and systems and movies would also sell tons of ty. But hey, I guess the market is there. I really like the comic subscription service. Being a member is also worth it so you learn about all the sales.
