Have been attending the Carlton clinic for years, about time I did a review!. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They make the whole process a comfortable one. The checks give me piece of mind. Celine is great and made my 2 hour appointment fly with great conversation and laughs.

Fantastic. Celine is extremely thorough and makes you feel comfortable throughout. I'd drive a long way to do a skin check appointment at this clinic. Update: At my recent check, Celine found a tiny new mole and thank goodness we caught it early. It's now removed and I am, as always, grateful for her caring expertise and eagle eye.

Celine and her training assistant were beyond amazing. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, and understood my anxiety. They even adjusted their approach to make the session more light hearted, but also kept me in the loop the whole time.

I am fair skinned and from the generation where getting sunburnt as kid was 'pretty normal'. (read: high risk). So I've been visiting this clinic every year for the past seven or so for peace of mind (and very valuable check ups!). The process is very clear and Celine (nurse) is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Files are kept on a brilliant system that compares and marks you have from year(s) prior. Celine has a sixth sense and seems to answer any questions before you ask them. Makes the process very comfortable. Very highly recommended as a service and vital health check!

I was really nervous going to my appointment, but Celine made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Plus she is really professional and it is a modern and welcoming clinic.

Went in for a full body scan and map. Camilla took care of the task and was polite, knowledgeable and helpful and conducted the session in a relaxing and comforting way. Certainly an asset to the firm. Appointment was on time with no waiting.

Carly was just fantastic. She may have just saved my life, along with their dermatologist. She noted everything that made her suspicious of a lesion by my collarbone, which has now been diagnosed as Melanoma by a biopsy, and is only in situ because of quick action. Wide excision should cure it at this stage, Thanks so much Carly!!! She was very thorough and did her job in a very compassionate and understanding way. Because I was from another state, she even rang me personally to let me know before I left about the dermatologist's concerns so I didn't just learn about my serious cancer concern from the report. Celine, her colleague, was equally helpful when I had trouble accessing my reports etc. These people are amazing, just the right people to take care of this vital health monitoring.

Just wanted to do a special shout out to Leyla and Dr Eunice Chin at the Carlton branch. I recently had to have a lesion removed and was quite nervous about it but they both made me feel so comfortable and at ease through the whole process, we even shared some laughs together while I getting the procedure done. I cannot recommend them both highly enough. Also the new branch location is great.
