When you go to a beauty place you would want to walk out feeling beautiful and not ugly to the point you start crying. I’m 9months pregnant and haven’t felt the most confident so my mom took me to go get my eyebrows tinted. We walked in and told the lady what I wanted and she started questioning my acne ( maybe I’m just hormonal but it’s kinda rude). Then she practically dyed my eyebrows black when my hair is a light brown nothing dark at all. She rushes my eyebrows not taking her time at all which made me a bit concerned. On top of that made my eyebrows way bigger than they really are. Had dye on places that didn’t have any hair. Luckily I scrubbed off the extremely dark tint and made them look a little bit better.

I naturally have bushy eyebrows so I was worried that throwing will be a little painful so I had concern going in but was totally surprised at the result I got. Shoutout to Janait who did my brows for me. I absolutely loved the result more than anything I like the fact that it didn’t take long was less painful.

If I could give this place a 0/5 I would. I never give reviews but I felt this definitely needed to be addressed. My mom & I happened to just come in for a quick brow & upper lip threading . When we walked in the lady was not very welcoming & I mentioned that to my mom. Then that same lady did my threading. She kept yanking my head around and talking to me rudely. When I was done, my mom was just starting . My mom told her I’ll pay and she heard her say that. Then she rudely asks me, WHO IS GOING TO PAY?! I told my mom we should have went to our normal place out in Overland Park because this lady is rude . And then, that lady changed her whole demeanor . She then asked if I was okay, I’m always a 20% tipper but today it was 10%. I don’t recommend going to this place .

I am happy to walk in here everytime and I like the way you do chitra and it was whole new look when I come to you and today I just want to suggest all people to come to the brow threading and I will give 5/5 for you everytime. There was always an awesome experience everytime and would always come back.

So happy that Janet is back from her vocation because she’s amazing i don’t trust anyone with my eyebrows except her she is also so welcoming person 😊

I have been coming to the Zona Rosa location for years and Janet is absolutely AMAZING! She threads my eyebrows perfectly every time! She is personable and very skilled at threading eyebrow shapes that compliments the client’s facial shape. If you come, ask for Janet! She really is amazing and consistent!!

Me and my mom have been coming here for years to Shindi (hope I spelt that correctly!) and she’s always been nothing but kind. She always asks about my mom and my grandparents. I read some of the other reviews and I’m honestly confused because Ive never had a negative experience coming to her or anyone here. My brows always come out beautiful and I’m always in and out!

The young lady that threaded my eyebrows took half of one of my eyebrows off and then tried to convince me that my eyebrows are just naturally uneven. She also cut me a few times. I wouldn't go back
