staff
was
SO
kind.
They
always
are.
The
pizza
quality
was
off
that
day,
maybe
that’s
why
the
crust
seemed
off??
The
quality
just
was
not
usually
what
we
get.
I
guess
quality,
taste,
and
smell
can
be
reviewed
by
camera
idk??
The
pizza
is
usually
outstanding.
Apparently
it’s
frowned
upon
to
misspeak
about
the
order.
A
male
jumped
on
the
phone,
because
the
male
“manager”
wasn’t
very
friendly
and
not
understanding.
If
it
were
my
establishment.
I
may
have
offered
money
back
for
the
2
liter
the
customer
never
got.
Just
me,
maybe
that’s
how
they
make
a
profit
🤣

they’re

can
see
in
previous
“bad”
reviews,
he
has

answer
for
everything.

food
is
typically

enjoyed
Simple
Simons
until
last
night.
We
even
drive
a
total
of
40
minutes
for
it.
Last
night
I
placed
an
online
order
for
a
Large
pizza,
light
sauce,
pizzeria
crust
and
pineapple.
A
calzone
and
a
2
liter.
The
pizza
had
more
than
light
sauce,
and
pineapple
only
on
half
of
the
pizza.
Our
crust
was
also
wrong.
Our
calzone
was
just
meh.
Not
like
the
usual
we
get.
We
also
forgot
to
grab
our
2
liter.
Our
fault.
Anyway,
that
was
all
fine.
Mistakes
happen.
I
call
today,
explain
to
the
manager
the
quality
of
our
food.
She
states
she
will
call
back.
We
then
get
a
call
back
from
Matt/Matthew
(The
owner).
He
immediately
jumps
to
“I
watched
the
cameras
the
pizza
was
made
exactly
to
order,
you
ordered
the
pizza
with
only
half
pineapple,
I
see
from
the
camera
you
didn’t
grab
your
2
liter.
What’s
the
problem”
it
was
very
accusatory,
tone
and
all.
Like
we
were
trying
to
get
a
free
pizza
out
of
him?
I
said
the
half
pineapple
must
have
been
my
mistake
when
ordering
online,
I
did
not
realize.
He
said
“you
told
the
manager
you
had
NO
pineapple”
another
very
accusatory
statement.
Just
weird.
The
overall
quality
was
poor.
He
continued
to
say
the
pizza
was
made
correctly
from
the
cameras..
offered
no
solution.
He
didn’t
care
we
drive
40
minutes
&
back
often
to
get
pizza
from
his
store.
We
won’t
be
back.
