University of Melbourne - what a beautiful campus! The Old Quad. The hallowed hallways. UniMel boasts of having the world's most diverse student communities. Magnificent iconic buildings flaunting Victorian style architecture alongside modern state of the art energy-efficient buildings. Wide open spaces to read or have coffee or just hangout with friends. Quiet little coffee nooks are such a delight and comfort especially during the cold weather. πŸ‘Œ The campus has a variety of flora as well which is an added bonus πŸ™‚ Well connected by road and trams. A must see tourist destination 🌟🌟🌟

My favorite outdoor places in Unimelb with green grass, blue sky and ultra fresh air. Better go here with a book or a friend

It's a lawn. A big, well maintained lawn. Plenty of lawn here. The occasional seagulls and university student will come here to bask in the sunlight. A definite must-see in Melbourne Uni, mainly because it's hard to get anywhere without passing by. 10/10 will lawn again.

Perfect place for afternoon sunbath in August (remember you must go early cause the last sunray you can have here at around 4.45pm at this season). The environment is so love, young and happening 😊

The food was good, but not spectacular. Nothing really amazed me. Had a la carte, and the highlight was probably the Wagyu which was cooked on a heated salt rock. I'll also say the service was less than ideal. Service lacked the professionalism and friendliness I'd expect from a restaurant in this price bracket

Beautiful at dusk for a picnic. Take some insect repellent. The trees are beautiful. We saw mum and dad magpies feeding bubs. xx

It's a lawn, near the southern end of the parkville campus. Good for walking, sitting. You know, lawn things. Gets wet when it rains but you can hardly fault it for that. Of all the lawns on campus, this is definitely one of them.

South lawn is a great spot to have lunch or enjoy the sun in the afternoon. There is limited seating nearby, but the grass is always well maintained so you can sit on the grass or take a picnic blanket.

Very picturesque, come and take wedding photos here! Too much grass though. Add more concrete and I will upgrade to 5 stars.

This is a great spot just south of the oldest building in Melbourne University (the old quad). There are trees for shade and pleasant grass to rest on. There is a shallow water pond. Steps lead down toward the Universities southern entrance. Can get quite crowded during term time but very quiet now. On the west side is the library which is open to the public and has some great exhibitions if you are interested in old books.

Unimelb central hub, complete with lights, trees, benches, and a slightly annoying - too wide to comfortably jump - pond.
