Very friendly staff and food was great. Will be back to visit again more often now I know where it is.

Actually i don’t want to give even a star. Today ordered Ice latte. They use “instant ice coffee” from Coles by pour from the bottle to mix with milk not even put an ice in a cup. Sale up price! Not even get a coffee from the machine! Worst than i expect. Really?? Are you gonna run business like this.. Everyone pls avoid!

The pastries are excellent and the Ham & Cheese Croissant was delicious = AUD 9,60 The people are very friendly

I would give 3.5/5. The service can be inconsistent, I got greeted by a blonde lady once and she was so lovely but later on got served by a brunette who did not seem happy to be there and to help :/ The flourless cakes are very nice and these are good cakes for a reasonable price compared to some other bakeries around this area. However, the cakes could have had more flavour and I found the sticky date quite dense and basic. Nonetheless, their packaging was perfect for gifting.

A busy little city cafe, hot coffee and a great cake selection. The vanilla slice custard was awesome 👍

Great service and friendly staff. I had their cappuccino and a berry muffin warmed up which were both delicious. Clean area and lots of seating. Overall I had a great experience but it was nothing spectacular therefore I gave it only 4 stars. I will be going again.

Highly recommended for coffee and savoury items. I’ve been to this clean and inviting place a handful of times since moving close by for work. They have good flat whites and gorgeous free brownie bites in the morning. Their pies and sausage rolls do the job and can’t wait to try their sweets and desserts. The customer service is very warm and wonderful. Sitting down for lunch was actually pretty relaxing. Kudos!

Bought a sponge cake. But honestly speaking, it was very dry. I feel like i have wasted my money as i bought the largest black forest cake. The sponge was extremely dry that i had to chew it in order to swallow, it not self dissolving like a cake should ideally be. Vibe of the place is good though but I wouldn’t recommend for a sponge based cakes.

That was the worst Birthday cake in my life… Old one and dry. I think that was for show purposes but again they sold it to me …50$ in the bin :(

The coffee is amazing but the stand out is their dairy/gf hazelnut slice! It would have to be the best gf dessert I have ever had. I am going back to try the peanut butter slice next.

I had a coffee - good. I also had an apple and cinnamon muffin warmed up a bit. It was virtually inedible, being all pasty and undercooked inside, not fluffy as you would expect a muffin to be. I took it home and half an hour in my oven at 180° made little difference to the inside. You need seriously to look at your muffin making.

Amazing brownie slice. I got it warmed up it was delicious. Comfortable seating and good atmosphere. Friendly staff.

If you're after the most rudest obnoxious service then this is the place to come! If I could leave zero stars I would, its not even worth a star!! The young lady that served us, had no manners, was extremely rude and then dropped my sausage roll and tried to serve it too me! Please rethink your staff members as this young girl is not the front of house staff you want representing your company or business, she's only going to drive your customers away!

i am giving honest review based on recent bad experience with michel's pastry. i order between 5pm to 6pm on 9th june 2023. do not buy birthday cake from this outlet. i bought black forest cake for birthday. its was old and so hard. there was no date on cake box. so thing twice before buy cakes from this outlet. every customer deserve fresh cake with date of expiry. so again, please see freshness of the cake before you buy and also check expiry date.

Lovely staff, the sweetest people ever - always happy to have a chat with you. Remembers my order, and the chai latte is perfect everytime, sweet but not overbearing!

I felt like they wanted me to leave soon actually haha They put my plates and cups away. And croissant they gave me is not toasted.

I usually come here for breakfast when I’m in the city. One of the highlights of my trip, such a nice atmosphere and the staff makes me feel welcomed everytime I go here.
