This is my second time eating here and it was just as good as the first. This time I ordered the BIBI fan favorite without cheese, I can taste why it’s a favorite. My only complaint is the size of the broccoli, it was huge, I had a hard time eating it because it wasn’t cut small enough. The steak was not as tender as I like but overall the meal was fantastic. I love purple rice and I love that this place is 100% gluten-free, it means it is safe for me to eat anything I want. Also I ordered a side of kimchi which tasted a little like it had been sitting in the plastic cup for too long but when I warmed it up with some food later it tasted okay, so maybe think about not pre packaging the kimchi, I don’t know the first time I ate the kimchi it was scooped out instead of sitting in a plastic bowl on ice for who knows how long.

Used to be one of my favorite places to eat but the service keeps disappointing. Quantities are much less and you barely get any sauce anymore so I have to pay for extra now. Everytime I go it seems like they're using smaller containers for everything and it's all half filled. Ordered the coconut mango pudding and their were no mangoes. They should have let me know and just refunded for that. Unfortunately, until they can get their supply chain issues figured out I will not be returning.

Was super happy that the whole restaurant was gluten-free. Also, the food was absolutely AMAZING. We will definitely be making the almost hour drive to eat there again.

It seemed like they were going for a design your own bowl experience but the options were not great. The regular and spicy chicken were underwhelming, the steak was just okay, some of the sauces were okay. The carrots seemed out of place, the corn was good, but the broccoli was undercooked and very crunchy. Good drink options. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. It was overpriced for what we got - $10-15 per person was much closer to what I would expect to pay for a nicer sit down experience, but this was hardly that.

Quickly becoming one of my favorite lunch spots. Each bowl is quick, easy, filling, flavorful, fresh, and customized! Nice options for a vegetarian or vegan meal and meat-eaters too. Depending on your selections, one bowl could make two meals. I like that you can get a mix of both greens and starches as a base, then customize further with hot and chilled toppings and sauce. At the end of the main food line you can request added items like sesame seeds and kimchi, sometimes for an additional cost. Swing by the self-serve counter for utensils extra sauces, and miso soup (which I believe is a trial item that may be added to the menu, very salty) at no extra charge. The specially fountain drinks (iced teas, lemonade, etc.) are a nice treat. Depending on time of day it may be harder to find a comfortable seat, but it's very easy to get an order to go. The app seems to have a decent loyalty rewards program for free drinks and discounts.

I really liked this restaurant! Had a Bibi Fan Favorite bowl to go and Kimchi. The Kimchi was spicy goodness. The Bibi Fan Fav bowl was really tasty! Only thing I would change is the diced potatoes in this bowl. Might add more broccoli cause it was awesome! They had some great drinks, but we didn't try those. Great Korean food! Will definately return!

BIBIBOP! Say it with me— bee-bee-BOP! How fun is that? This is arguably the best place for a fast 💨 nourishing 🥦 and delicious meal 🍲 all for about $10! That’s a winning formula! And did I mention free miso soup?? Customize to your hearts desire to fit many palates and dietary needs. Just about everyone except for the processed fast food eaters will be happy here.

Great customer service. Catering available on site, ask for Lisbeth! We had a great experience dining the restaurant was clean and clutter free. There is an exterior patio with ample seating for up to 30 people on the balcony. They made their hours are Monday through Saturday 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM and Sunday 10:30 AM to 9 PM CST. Abundant parking and very, very family friendly environment with NO alcohol, very family friendly. Fast service and kind of a “chipotle“ business model. My husband of 11 years and myself were very impressed right off the get-go. We will definitely be dining in here again soon!!

Amazing cuisine! Select your base, the toppings, sauce, then protein. Sooo good. If you're uncertain, select from one of 4 chef options. Seating is great, which includes booth options for privacy!

Portion sizes are quite small for the price. Especially the protein, but also even very light on the rice. No brown rice option for some reason. Generic sauces. Complimentary miso soup but it has no flavor. Not bad but there are a variety of locally owned options that have greater value, better flavor, and support the local restaurant industry.

Food was pretty good for what it is. I thought it would be kind of basic but no it was actually surprisingly good. I wish they would have one of these stores up north I would go to it more often. Also the lady working the food line was very helpful and had great customer service skills.

Bibibop was incredibly clean and the atmosphere was so nice. I love that there are so many options for everybody no matter what your allergies are. The restaurant is 100% gluten free, which I appreciated a lot. Everything was delicious and the service was incredible. My husband got the sweet potato noodles and I’m going to have to get those next time because they were incredible. There’s free miso soup which was very nice and mild but the tofu in it was incredible.

Nice place for a quick healthy bowl. Interesting choice of base : both purple rice and sweet potato noodles were good! Good selection of toppings- they were all fresh. Good selection of sauces too. Docking off a point only because portion size is a tad less for the price but otherwise would recommend for a quick stop

I’m so impressed! The food is really high quality and super filling. I could only eat half as much as I normally do and the flavors were amazing.

I got done with a hard practice and found the restaurant on Google. I thought it looked really cool. To the website they offered a 2 dollar coupon. I thought that was a nice thing to do for new customers. I came in and ordered two bowls. They were out of broccoli, not a huge deal. When I got to the end, the lady made me put that in the order entire online to finalize the purchase. She would rather send me away, then honor a two dollar coupon. I don’t know if this is a regular practice or if she just made a mistake. I think it’s worth talking to the employees about this. It just doesn’t make sense. Anyway, the miso soup was pretty sub par, but it was free. I probably still would’ve gave them five stars if they would’ve just honored the coupon and didn’t make a big deal about it. It was embarrassing.

I took my family there. My wife and daughter loved it. My son and I didn't care for it. I think it was just that we were not accustomed to the taste. The girls have already gone back to is so I think it was just our taste pallets.

The food is great! Unfortunately, they've switch from the paper box style container to a super-absorbent tray with a plastic lid. All your sauce disappears in the squishy bowl and now there's unrecyclable plastic garbage on top. Pretty disappointing that they made this change which is, face it, to make the portions look bigger (they aren't).

Just like few other reviews, the portion is not as much as it should be considering the price. The one particular lady adds so many veggies as the base even if you asked for only little portion of veggies. It becomes so much that the other stuff doesn't get properly set up in the bowl. Taste is good. I have tried both tofu and chicken. One portion of protein was not enough so every time I had to ask for an extra portion of protein.

Great fresh food here. The "spicy"chicken is not very spicy but the gochujang sauce has a good slow warming burn.

The food and service was 5 star. My complaint is the pricing for the amount of food given. In all honest the price wasn't too bad for the amount of food, especially in today's market. But I'm a big guy with a big appetite and I didn't finish all my food. Next time my wife and I will order one dish to share.

Food is always amazing! Also love that as someone who can’t have wheat products or gluten I feel totally comfortable eating here! Lots of choices so you can make your meal as healthy or rich as you want.

One of my favorite places to go for a quick, fresh meal. Lots of healthy veggie options just the way you want. The service is much like your favorite build your own burrito joint. Many of the toppings are pickled and are thus served slightly chilled so if you want a piping hot meal this isn’t what you are looking for. All that said I never miss a chance for BIBIBOP and their passion fruit lemonade!

Absolutely love this place. Everything is super healthy and fresh. I never feel bad when I go here to eat. The steak has incredible flavor. The staff are great. Nice and clean restaurant. Very fast service. Highly recommend.

Portion size was not the best for the cost. Was not very filling. The meal overall was good. The vegetables tasted fresh. The kale and broccoli were very good. The spicy chicken does not have much of a kick at all but is still good. The yum yum sauce is a most and the teriyaki sauce adds good flavor. Overall I would recommend, but would really like much better portions for the cost.

First time here. Food was super fresh tasting with great flavor. I didn't think I'd like it, but was pleasantly surprised. They had the a/c really cold, so we sat outside. The patio overlooks the shopping mall parking lot and was a bit sterile. I wish places like this would put some effort into making the patio area pleasant. Regardless, I will go back for the food.

I am not a big fan of Asian food. However, this is one place I could eat at at everyday. My wife loves Asian food and she too thought it was very good. I highly recommend it, if you're healthy eater, it's great place to visit.

They forgot my vanilla pudding/mango dessert. But wouldn't deliver it after their mistake was realized even though they offer delivery. They did give me a free one for my next visit and a discount card. Their food is delicious and their purple rice is better than white. Fluffy not sticky like white rice.

I love this place so much. It is Definately one of my favorite places to eat from. I love the purple rice and the YUM YUM sauce is amazing!!! Its soooooo yummy!!!
