Amazing venue in the heart of Collingwood. Ty makes some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had and is pretty cute too! 9/10 dentists would recommend the Thirsty Little Piggy.

Visited in the early evening to try some gins! So not that many other people around. Huge selection of gins. Lewis who was working was very knowledgeable about every one of them it seemed. Also very tasty ‘meat pie’ jaffle!

We love having delicious toasties and cocktails on Thursday nights after our event. Ty is always so accommodating and provides the best service! It's the main reason we keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, refreshing cocktails featuring Australian native ingredients. Also had the shroom jaffle - a tasty snack. Music not too loud so you can have a chat with mates on the comfy seats.

I love this little place. Their jaffles are the best and their alcohol range is great. They support local producers which is important. I thought about taking off a star for not having a permanent dessert jaffle on the menue but that would be spiteful 😅 Small venue and it gets pretty packed.

Wow had amazing service by the guy with glasses. We told him the kind of spirit we were after and he sorted the perfect drinks for us. So friendly and fair priced !!

So, that jaffle (lasagne) was absolutely amazing. The way the cheese oozed out was an absolute dream. Just delicious! The Thirsty Little Piggy was lovely too, nice and lemony without being too sweet or sour. The interior makes for a really nice cozy atmosphere! 10/10, would visit again!

Great Place for a drink. We had a few cocktails, a Jaffle and the gin tasting. Was an absolutely great way to start the night. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and really friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Had really good chicken jaffles here. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable but cocktails were a bit of a hit or miss. I will still go in again to try the all Aussie spirit collection.

Mushriom and cheese toasties, red wine and brilliant staff. Heaven. Friends had lasagne jaffles... wow. Best place around for late night snacks and chats.

Amazing place to have post dinner drinks, we went there after dinner on Thursday and tried a few spirits. They have a huge variety of Australian spirits, the bartender is keen to chat about it too and made me a special gin sour. The classic jaffle with chutney was delicious as well. Also that's the image of special absinthe shot the bartender made for us.

Love the atmosphere, the experience and knowledge staff shared with me in relation to each of the ingredients. It felt like I was getting a tour of each of Australia's distilleries from Shim shortly after preparing one masterful cocktail after another. Thanks for being a terrific host and see you all soon!

I’ve visited this place a few times and they always surprise me with their selection of local spirits. It is such a good place to chill and enjoy the company of friends. I love this bar 🥰

It is a good place to have drinks with friends. It's not a very big venue but cosy . Price is not bad too.

I love this place... cool vibe and great array of Aussie spirits. The house spiced rum is da bomb, just wish you could by it by the bottle to take home!

I love this place - excellent service, great selection of drinks and staff who really know their stuff. Everyone I've brought here has been impressed. Other big pluses are that the music is good but not too loud, so you can have a conversation easily, and that the bar staff are happy to split a bill (how easy they make it has absolutely influenced my decision to spend time and money here!)

Lovely, cosy place with tasty jaffles and a well curated drinks list. The boilermakers for GBW '21 are wonderful.
