This is my third time here! And would love to recommend this place to my friends. First of all, they do provide good service and it’s an amazing apartment! The apartment is very clean and stylish with very nice view, stunning I must say. Secondly, the location are superb, public transport, market and attractions are all within walking distance. Big thumbs up. 👍🏻 Most importantly, the host was responsive and nice! Would definitely stay here again!

The living space was even better than the images led us to believe! Great value for money and you'd struggle to find a better location for easy access to the whole of Melbourne's CBD as well as food delivery.

Gwen was very helpful with assisting my way round MEL. She even listed a few places of interest that i could explore.Apartment was cosy.View was awesome, manage to catch the sunset. Location is ideal in the CBD areas with free tram rides available nearby.Also a walking distance to nearby shopping malls for a quick stop.There’s a few halal eating places that I manage to spot so afraid not especially for the muslim travellers. Overall, worth it!

We had a lovely stay in Gwen's apartment. It was located within the Free Tram Zone so travelling around was easy. Both Melbourne Central Station and Queen Victoria's Market was within walking distance, and food was easy to find within the area. The apartment also had a good view, which was an added bonus to our stay. Those travelling with kids will be happy to know that there were potty seats in the closet if your children need them. With 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets, and a fully working kitchen with condiments provided, it was enough to make my family feel at home.

Great place to stay at! It is exactly what was described on their listing and you get what you paid for. It’s right at the edge of the free tram zone hence travelling into the city is super convenient. The place is decently clean which is most important to me and the host is responsive.

And the best part – being able to walk to the Yarra River like locals gave us a sense of belonging in this beautiful city. The host's thoughtful tips and excellent communication made us feel like they were our personal tour guides, revealing all the hidden gems Melbourne had to offer. We couldn't thank them enough for the insider knowledge and personal touch. If you're looking for a place to stay in Melbourne, this hidden gem is the way to go! Location was amazing. Tram stop right at the front and you can basically walk to all the places. The apartment view was great too since it is on the very top 60th floor. The host was very quick to reply and was very accommodating. The place is clean and has everything you would need. Recommend!

Gwyneth's place is one of my top Melbourne stays so far. The location is very ideal if you're in Melbourne for a vacation or a short business trip. It's a few minutes away from the tram, and is surrounded by a lot of cafes and restaurants. And the fact that it's a short walk away from Queen Victoria Market is a definite plus! The place itself is very cozy and is EXACTLY how it is in the photos. The balcony view is mesmerizing and is the perfect sight to go home to after exploring the city. The unit has everything you need -- from pans to laundry soap to extra linens and covers. I was very satisfied with my stay at Gwyneth's place and would highly recommend it to everyone!

This apartment is just the right size for two people. And the location of the apartment is very good. There is a tram stop near the apartment. Supermarkets, shopping malls, department stores, and major tourist attractions are all located nearby. Delicious restaurants and famous cafes are also nearby. There is a GYM in the apartment, so it's good for exercising. But the bathroom is a little uncomfortable. It's hard to wash my face because the position of the cupboard and sink don't match. For the rest, everything is satisfactory. Gwyneth's response was very quick and friendly.

This lovely apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Melbourne which is brimming with local attractions accessible by foot or free tram ride. It was super clean and tidy, boasts truly spectacular views of the CBD and contains much appreciated conveniences and amenities such as Wi-fi, a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Collecting and returning the keys was easy and communication with the hosts was always prompt and clear. We really appreciated that Gwyneth was flexible with our check-in time, as we had flown in from another state. I’d definitely stay again in the future. Thanks again for a great stay.

This is such a great place to live! Clean and close to almost everywhere. The even the view is wonderful! Will definitely come back again to this! The host is also very accomodating. We had some issues and need to check in early on and the host is very helpful and gave us alternatives to accommodate our need(s)

I had an excellent 2 week stay at this ABNB. The view is everything ... located on the 60th floor ... smack in the middle of the CBD ... with an amazing view of the city's skyscrapers. This is specially amazing when watching the city's fireworks on NYE. The place also had all the necessary amenities for cooking and laundry.

We truly enjoyed our stay and that host’s apartment was clean, comfortable and everything we needed. The public transportation near the house is pretty convenient and there are lots of all kinds of restaurants there. We felt very quiet during the night.

It was a lovely Easter break staying at Gwyneth's lovely apartment. Host is responsive and helpful. The place looks exactly like the photo, beautifully decorated and very cozy. This apartment is suitable for solo travellers. Best thing about it is that there is a free tram station located close to the apartment, which makes it super easy to travel around. A neat and clean apartment that welcomed us upon our arrival. A big enough space for 2 pax. Gwyneth was responsive when we reached out for additional info on how to move around Melbourne, and also when we had questions about the apartment. Location of the apartment is very convenient and most attractions/malls can be reached by foot. There’s also a convenience store just below the building. Highly recommended!

Gwyneth was a great host that is very responsive with excellent communication. The apartment was small and cosy that is in a very convenient location, just a block away from all the food and shopping. No complaints about the cleanliness with a good unobstructed view of the city in some areas. It was slightly noisy with the windows opened but there was always the air conditioner as a replacement. Overall would recommend!
