I
recently
placed
an
order
for
specific
cards
that
I
was
really
looking
forward
to.
Unfortunately,
my
experience
with
them
left
a
lot
to
be
desired.
The
primary
issue
was
that
the
cards
I
ordered
were
not
available
in
their
inventory,
even
though
their
website
indicated
otherwise.
This
was
quite
disappointing
as
I
had
set
my
heart
on
these
particular
cards.
To
make
matters
worse,
when
I
contacted
their
customer
service
to
inquire
about
the
issue,
the
response
was
not
very
helpful.
They
informed
me
that
the
cards
were
out
of
stock
and
offered
a
refund
as
a
solution.
While
a
refund
is
appreciated,
it
doesn't
change
the
fact
that
my
expectations
were
not
met
and
I
was
left
without
the
cards
I
wanted.
I
believe
it's
essential
for
a
card
store
to
have
accurate
and
up-to-date
inventory
information
on
their
website.
This
not
only
saves
customers
from
disappointment
but
also
helps
manage
expectations.
Additionally,
it
would
be
better
if
they
could
have
offered
an
alternative
solution,
like
notifying
me
when
the
cards
are
back
in
stock
or
providing
a
discount
on
a
future
purchase.
In
the
end,
I
expected
a
more
reliable
and
customer-friendly
experience
and
it's
unfortunate
that
I
didn't
receive
it.
I
hope
they
take
this
feedback
to
heart
and
improve
their
inventory
management
and
customer
service
for
the
benefit
of
their
customers
in
the
future.
