Placed an order for a game in early November, payed in full. Order was missed with no communication on their behalf. Finally get a resolution after having to call multiple times that the game is out of stock and they could not source one. No compensation, just that they would refund my money after sitting on it for 2 months. Communication is everything and Guf dropped the ball hard.

Greta store for your varied hobby needs. They have done well to stock the go to things you want in your hobby workspace. Decent room for tabletop games, and the CCG crowd. Staff are well knowledge and easy to talk to, always happy to assist with product inquires or information on the products they sell. super happy to have this store nearby.

Good amount of Warhammer stuff as well as other miniatures and random kits. Also modelling tools, paints & scenery bits. The late trading hours on some days make it a great source for emergency late night supplies.

Great staff, looks like a good crowd hangs out there. Lots of the necessities, as well as fun extras you might not come across. Their prices on Games Workshop things are the best. I'd say the worst thing about Guf Werribee is that there are people who think the fish and chip shop is a cool place to hang out. Guf rocks! Edit: Regarding the sensory experience: I'm yet to venture down to the end of the store where the games are being played, but at the front, the lighting and colour scheme is quite dark. The store front is all glass, so sometimes the brightness can make it a little hard to see. Doesn't have a distinct smell, which is great. I don't recall music? There are games being played, so there's chatter, but that's about it!

It's a pretty nice LGS, I enjoy shopping here because of the friendly staff and good atmosphere and environment. Would recommend to anyone looking for an LGS in Werribee!

Some hidden gems here for good prices

I recently placed an order for specific cards that I was really looking forward to. Unfortunately, my experience with them left a lot to be desired. The primary issue was that the cards I ordered were not available in their inventory, even though their website indicated otherwise. This was quite disappointing as I had set my heart on these particular cards. To make matters worse, when I contacted their customer service to inquire about the issue, the response was not very helpful. They informed me that the cards were out of stock and offered a refund as a solution. While a refund is appreciated, it doesn't change the fact that my expectations were not met and I was left without the cards I wanted. I believe it's essential for a card store to have accurate and up-to-date inventory information on their website. This not only saves customers from disappointment but also helps manage expectations. Additionally, it would be better if they could have offered an alternative solution, like notifying me when the cards are back in stock or providing a discount on a future purchase. In the end, I expected a more reliable and customer-friendly experience and it's unfortunate that I didn't receive it. I hope they take this feedback to heart and improve their inventory management and customer service for the benefit of their customers in the future.

I ordered cards needed for an event this weekend and ordered for the first time due to my local area not having the cards I needed and Guf happened to have them all (Woo) Due to my own error and not correctly reading how they collate their orders before sending I put myself in a very real chance of not receiving the cards before the weekend. I called and spoke with Jack who was quick to help and assist me where possible. Jack offered a great alternative solution for my dilemma, again, it will be up to the post if I get them in time but I greatly appreciate Jack and the management team for all their help! Fingers crossed.

Awesome vibe as soon as you walk in. Play area towards the back with heaps of games, models, cards, and more waiting for you up front. Will definitely be back for all my nerd needs.

Very friendly staff and a welcoming community of gamers with events held regularly. Card games, board games, role playing games and hobby models with loads of stock. Very reasonable prices. They also quite often sign up to Kickstarter projects and can order more specialist products on request.

One of the nicest gaming stores I've been too. A solid range of stock for heaps of table top needs, even saw some brands I was unfamiliar with, but happy to see. With magic the gathering events running, you don't feel like your intruding walking in the store, the customers are just as friendly as the staff and it's very heart warming to see

Order some TCG card singles, they ended up sending a different TCG booster box & sleeves by mistake. They responded quickly after I asked how to return the stock and adamantly asked me to keep it instead! They then express sent out the original order the next day! Excellent customer service, very generous and care about the customer experience. 10/10 experience, will shop again.

Probably the best gaming and hobby store in Melbourne. Great range, competitive prices and free to use spaces for gaming in. You can pop in almost anytime to play or do hobby. The Manager and staff always take care of me and my needs. They are all very patient and accommodating to my requests, and have been able to peoved almost everything I have ever requested! Every staff member is great for a chat and really knows thier stuff, and always take the time to help out. They are a fantastic addition to the werribee community and I would have a much more boring life without them. Parking can be an issue at busy hours but what can ya do XD.

Firstly, great range and prices. Went in on a Thursday night to buy some RPG supplies and the place was bustling. Plenty of tables going with tabletops and TCGs, and though staff were under the pump, found time to help me and a friend find everything we needed. Probably the best dedicated game shop west of the CBD.
