    Tonight I and my friend went to LV store Collin Street to buy a handbag. I spent 5000$ for a bag and what I received from the store? Bad service 😡😡😡. What I have experienced here was unbelievable!! The old lady who served us kept asking are you sure to look at this bag? -She asked if my friend who older than me 5 years was my mother and saddened her. -She looked at my cheap handbag and made a joke with a satirical implication??? -When I decided to buy a bag and she continued to ask me so many times that are you sure you can buy it??? Unbelievable!!! I just finished work and went straight to the store to buy the handbag I wanted, I looked a bit messy but it didn’t mean I didn’t have money my dear lady. I tried to ask someone to help but nothing. So disappointed about the service today!!!

    Lousy customer service. Not necessarily this store but Louis Vuitton as whole. I had a belt for about a year, worn less than 20 times and the pin broke. Incredibly surprised given the price of the belt… Took it into store and they expected me to pay $250 for a replacement. I said no because for a $600 belt how is this not covered under warranty?!! They then told me they don’t do warranties, which is actually illegal 🤦‍♀️😫 Eventually they did order me a new belt buckle but it’s been about 2 months now and I haven’t heard anything. Went into the store to follow up and they said I need to contact online, who I called and now they are contacting the store. Nobody seems to know what is happening. Literally so over Louis Vuitton. More than happy to take your money, but won’t give you any service after they’ve taken it. An absolute joke. I’ve bought many LV items over the years and this will be the last.

    Rude door staff no customer service skills at all. Needed to pick up an urgent click and collect and was told to line up for hours or have an appointment. No where does it say on the website that I would have to wait or book to collect my order. Would have just sent it to my house instead. Couldn’t redeliver to me house either. Only takes 1min to give me my already paid for items. Everywhere else on collins street has amazing service not this place. Door person says they only have 8 staff which is actually a lot more staff than the rest of collins street stores.

    Extremely unwelcoming, rude staff. Shocking, untrustworthy customer service I would not expect to see in such a store. Staff took our names down as we entered and left the store and when we looked around to see if they had done this to any other customer, everybody else was able to walk in and out without this belittling experience. We were browsing the store and 2 security guards followed us closely and stared us down angrily the whole time. We were dressed appropriately and nicely too!

    So much better service than the one at Crown. I was there yesterday and was all but ignored. Then attendant disappeared for 20min at a time while looking for a shoe size (each time). This store was flawless from entry greeting, purchase, payment and farewell at exit door

    We visited this store today and was greeted by the best customer service I have ever experienced, we are down from Adelaide for an event and just thought we had to have a look in the store as we have never been in a Luise store. We didn't actually think we would buy something but after being greeted by Troy our sales specialist and also guru in all things Luis. We decided that the effort put in by Troy deserved us to make a purchase. He showed us around the whole store and took time to explain the history of different products, different styles etc etc, I was blown away by his knowledge and professionalism. We are just average people and wouldn't normally buy anything high end. I can't recommend troy and the team enough, an experience that I will remember for the rest of my life.

    Went there on a weekend morning just after it's opened. The atmosphere in the shop is completely OFF - one staff dealing with customers showing ZERO interest and willingness and some other staff are just killing their time upstairs when you were told no staff was available to serve you. Some customers in the store had shocking attitude and behaviour as well. What a shame.

    I made my first purchase in August and I was served by Devi, who provided me with absolutely wonderful service. Booked a few phone appointments with her during the lockdown and she was super patient and helpful. In store, Phillip assisted me, who is friendly and professional. Will definitely come back 😌

    We really appreciate everything that Eliza and Massimo did help make our daughter's 21st birthday a really beautiful surprise for her at the Collins St store. In fact, everyone at Louis Vuitton, include Jemieka in Head Office who helped us plan out the surprise, was really great. Our daughter will always remember her 21st now, exactly how we had hoped. Thanks to LV for making it such a special occasion for her.

    As a consumer, I am really disappointed with LV company in Melbourne. I have found at least four or five salesmen and made seven or eight customer service calls. No matter in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane, they can't help me complete the refund. I paid, I can't get my shoes, I can't get a refund, and I really don't know what I'm going to do next. Compared with lv from other state, whether it is Sydney,Brisbane. I think Australian Melbourne LV in Collins street is the worst. Trash Collins Street LV:)Go to another LV store in Melbourne, don't go to this one, you'll just be treated differently. I'm ready to call my lawyer.

    Horrible store with arrogant store manager and staff. Multiple visits to this store but still haven't had my issue resolved. One of the male staff (euro looking) needs to learn that don't promise customer anything if you can't be bothered spending time following up. Feel like I cannot trust anything the staff says in this store as you don't know if it is truth or lie.

    I came in with a friend and wasn’t planning to buy any good products,but ended up purchasing a new bag for my sweet heart.I was served by Eliza and I felt very welcome as she was very lovely and helpful. She was very informative and provided recommendations for the engraving, which was done very prompt, especially since I was in a rush. She provided exceptional customer service as I felt cared for throughout the entire process, and even a few days after, she sent a text message to check up on me.

    ***I purchased a bag worth over $4,000, but they packed an empty box!!!!! If you receive a paper bag wrapped out of sight, check the item again before leaving the store.*** I visited the Louis Vuitton store located on Collins Street in Melbourne a few days ago. I chose a bag and paid, and a staff went upstairs with the bag to pack it. She didn't come down for a while. Finally she gave me a paper bag with a box in it. When I arrived at the hotel and opened it, it was an empty box. It was truly shocking. I immediately went back to the store and looked for the woman, but she had left work. Another staff went upstairs, checked something, and brought me a new bag, saying it was true that she didn't put the bag in the box. I was very upset, and I didn't want to carry that bag. So I canceled the payment right away. They said they were sorry and gave me champagne, but I didn't want to take even that. Because of this, my family and I missed dinner and wasted more than an hour on the road. I still feel angry at the thought that she deceived me. Even thinking about it again, she is so absurd, and I can't understand what she was thinking when she did such a thing. It was my first experience purchasing a Louis Vuitton bag... I think it will remain as my worst memory for the rest of my life.

    The first time I went in here, I explained my situation and asked about a repair of my bag by a male worker. Since I did not bring the bag, he nicely asked to come in next time and have another appointment. However, they served extremely rude customer service the second time I went there!! I came in with an appointment made online and was assigned with a female sales associate. I went in to ask for a repair on my LV bag where its problem is on the canvas. She immediately said that they can’t fix the problem. I told her the other day you said I can, but now you can’t?! She did not even bother to give a solution or give advice to keep it in a good condition. Kept repeating the same words as if I do not understand what she meant saying “You know what I mean?” a few times. I asked on how the problem happened but she did not even bother to answer my question !! Such bad attitude and think us so lowly!

    Happy with my purchase. The staff their are chilled out and friendly, giving recommendations for different items. This store has more stock than the Chadstone store. Came back and saw Benjamin and he was wonderful, he was the best at helping us find another scarf, had great banter with him.

    Luxury tag without the experiences these days. I’m not a person that needs my hand held, and usually arrive knowing what I want to purchase already, but for the experience to now be as basic as standing in the middle of the store in amongst crowds selecting a 5k bag from a staff members phone to be brought out from out back eventually. Nope. I could do that online faster and more efficiently if I really wanted an item that badly, OR I could walk to another brand easily, have an equal quality luxury item, with the added bonus of customer service that somewhat aligns with the brand values and experience expected - which is what we did.

    The salesperson was telling us his preference and pressuring my partner to buy something he wasn't totally into. You're not buying it champ! When we decided to exchange it for the one he really wanted after he'd rung up the transaction, the floor manager's attitude and body language were less than pleasant. We're not rich so when we buy something from LV, we'd like to treated like everyone else.

    I used to love this branch since all sale assistants were so approachable and customer focused. From now on I will never visit this branch. Totally regretting that I did not get a refund despite todays experience. The sale assistant (M…) was so rude and condescending. She didn’t even bother to check whether the store had any new products. She said that was all when I clearly saw there was exactly the same wallet I wanted just behind the drawers. Even to make it worse, she put wrong name on the receipt. When I asked for the name to be removed or edited she said she cannot do that. When I said I never had this experience only at that time she called her manager. The manager said all her staff checks with everyone about the name that should be on the receipt for tax purposes. I said the sale assistant did not ask and presumed that it should be under my name when it was clearly my partner who paid for it. When asked for the name to be changed, she said she need to do a refund and create everything from the start. The manager was so defensive and didn’t even check with that assistant if she actually followed the process. It’s such a worst customer service and everyone is better off to buy somewhere else or online. If they are selling luxury items, at least hire someone who actually follows the company’s protocol and manager who can provide customer service. The staffs are tainting the brand and I feel validated that it is not only me feeling like this. To the owner, before you lose all your loyal customers, change your manager and hire people who actually care about the brand and customer focused just like before

    Would come here to the collins st store a thousand times just to be served by Dom! He has to be the best sales assistant with the greatest customer service I’ve ever experienced! I’ve bought a bag, scarf, sunglasses and shoes from Dom and I’ll keep coming back just to see his friendly face and high professionalism! Keep up the great work Dom! Definitely recommend!!

    Majorly disappointed. Upon entering I was requested immediately by security/doorman if I had made an appointment, my daughter and I advise yes. We were then directed to wait and the security/doorman would have someone assist us. We went in specifically for a certain item (hence appointment) and after waiting 5-10 mins while 2 customer service assistants stood in front of us folding scarves, we asked one of them to check for the item - the guy went ahead and found the item but when we queried embossing (hence appointment) the guy told us it takes 48 hours to do this? What’s the point of making an appointment when we already advised (whoever answers their phones) of the: 1: Item we wanted/in stock 2: We wanted it embossed (same day) if we have to: 1: Wait to be served 2: Wait 48 hours for embossing Then while the guy was packaging our items another customer service assistant came over rushing him. Just disappointed overall.

    Welcomed into the shop with smiles and all, quickly offered us to wait for the next available assistant. We browsed for a bit then Ben came to help us. Ben’s attitude and service were second to none, so friendly and willing to go the extra mile, nothing is too much work for Ben. He patiently showed us all the possible options and background information on the makings of each of the bags. Excellent customer service, highly recommended!

    I was greeted by CA May and quickly shown what I was looking for. She offered a lot of advice and information on the products and when she heard I was also interested in purchasing a watch, a watch expert named Troy came to assist. Troy offered a lot of technical information and helped me make a decision. I spent around $10,000 and overall enjoyed my experience at this particular LV store. I purchased a bag and a Tambour watch. Excellent customer service from May and Troy 👌

    Wonderful experience at Louis Vuitton. I visited there and was immediately served by Parisa. I showed her what I wanted and purchased it immediately. That is the service I wanted. She gift wrapped my item and gave me two free samples of perfume. Her approach was direct and to the point. Unlike Chanel, I was not told nonsense with no definitive answer. A tip for future shoppers, go there knowing exactly what you want. It will prevent the sales assistant wasting your time and theirs. Sales assistants can be very helpful and efficient if you don't waste their time. Just let them do their job. The store was clean and presented well. For first timers, it can be intimidating. They are there to help you though. I signed up for an account in-store and my receipt was emailed to me instantly. Parisa printed my receipt and placed it neatly in a folder. Definitely a future customer!

    I had the best experience. Saw Melissa, went in on my birthday not really knowing what I was after. She was lovely and helpful. Walked out with a zippy wallet and new perfume, she was lovely and gave myself and my husband 2 perfume samples each. My first LV experience, I’ll definitely be back.
