This is not Robyn. This is Debra Marshall. I've been blocked because my review is not welcome because it's not what they want to hear or for you to see. Gus took my $1.450 for my top denture & won't do the adjustments so I can eat with them. My chronic pain & depression were bad already, but this situation with unusable denture has gotten so bad that I'm getting into dangerous territory with my mental & physical health that I'm having to be at the doctors a lot. I can't help feeling discarded like a dirty rag. Is this how people get treated who borrow or save for years to fix their mouth. I'm disgusted. SHAME ON YOU GUS. I had to put one star to post. Didn't want to. But This name will be blocked when this is posted. So THANKS FOR NOTHING GUS.

We are so thankful to have been referred to Gus by a very happy relative who had her dentures done recently. Gus was fantastic in handling an elderly, non English speaking woman and still able to provide her with a functional set of dentures (the best she has ever owned). He was patient, gentle, careful & extremely professional (wish there were more people like him) during the whole consultation. We are so happy with Gus for putting our mother at ease and most importantly, for giving back her freedom to eat what she wants without suffering from ill fitting dentures. Well this is an update of my Gus Pitto denture failure to provide me with a wearable denture. It has now been 6 months since I got my new top denture from Gus which cost me $1.450. Then he wouldn't do any adjustments, so I can't eat with them at all & I can only wear them for my vanity for about 2 hours before I have to take them out. I'm so depressed and haven't left the house for the last 6 months. He promised me the best dentures I'll ever have & instead I have unusable dentures. I'm so disappointed that this is how he treats his patients .I'm on a disability pension & we don't need to be ripped off & thrown away like garbage. He recommended pulling out my own teeth to make the perfect denture. At least I could eat with my own teeth. Why do we have dental associations when they have no power to do anything. I'm waiting for a response from ACA to see if I can get my story on air to make people aware there is no one to make dentists accountable for their failures to the public.

I can’t give enough stars, Gus is very professional kind and understanding to my situation. I went to see him with tears in my eyes I felt so deflated as my upper implants failed but Gus reassured me that he will make me an amazing top denture and he came through for me 100% I can’t recommend him and his work enough, I love my upper and lower dentures, lower is a click in implant denture fits like a glove he is an absolute legend I feel like my confidence is back thanks to Gus!!

During COVID-19, the denture refused to wear N95 mask during his service and very angry with patient. Even we accepted without N95 mask, he still refused to provide service.

I took my mother recently to see Gus because she has had issues with her dentures for a long time. We were very impressed with the was he treated mum. He booked in all appointments required, he explained every stage of the treatment, and he was able to answer all our questions. He made the dentures in less than 2 weeks. My mum is now able to eat without pain. We are very thankful for Gus's help and highly recommend him.

Gus is a Professional Specialist with a friendly and knowledgeable manner. His attention to detail is "Spot On". I walked away with a great set of dentures even to the requested gap between the 2 front teeth, which does create the image of "real teeth". I highly recommend him.

Gus is an awesome person! He really cares and that is what a lot of professionals are lacking. He took the time to explain the procedure, the potential problems, and the timeline to get the job done. He even saved Christmas when "All I wanted for Xmas was my two front teef" - and he handled me like a trooper when I was in tears because I didn't realise I might have had to hide away at Xmas. If you want the truth, warts and all, delivered gently and caringly - this is where I would recommend you go. He made a bad start (elsewhere) turn into a good end (@Denture Health) and now I am eating whatever I want. Except bricks - he suggested it but I don't have to act on all his ideas - ripping through an overly well done lamb chop and an apple was test enough :) - Thanks Gus for your personality and amazing work!
