You can watch your bike while servicing. All royal enfield showrooms are like this.they give information of Every bike very clearly. You can buy every part of bike from here. Most of every new released bike is available here.area of showroom is very large.

got thunderbird 350 delivered on 1/10/2017. And got the formalities of RTO done on 4/10/2017. But as informed by u haven't paid road tax yet causing delay in registration number to be generated. Worst service experience ever.

I purchased my bike on 21st sept 2020 from shiva motors. Till today, no number plate, no RC book, no RTO passing tax receipts received to me. RTO passing was done in mid December, after much follow up with executives of showroom. Now, nobody is responding the call. I had already paid the total amount whatever was given in the quotation. Now, they were demanding extra money for vehicle passing at RTO and number plate. I am ready to give extra money for number plate, but I had already paid RTO fees to showroom (more than required fees). This kind of service is not expected.

My bike RE Desert storm is facing starting trouble. I have informed showroom regarding this and they have no idea how to mend it. It's been 4 to 5 days now since my bike is at home. I have called showroom multiple times however no one has come yet.
