We are feeling blessed to visit Takhat Sachkhand Shri Hazur Abchalnagar Sahib. This is an important place of pilgrimage as the 10th Guru of Sikhs Guru Gobind Singh ji breathed his last here in 1708. The Gurudwara is situated in Nanded Town (Maharashtra), and is one of the five Takhats for the sikhs. The Gurudwara was built by the great Maharaja Ranjit Singh Ji around 18.30. We are blessed to visit 11 nearby historical and holy Gurdawara. Generally, large number of pilgrims from all over the world visits Gurudawara, and this is our true, highly recommended and must visit place!

The gurudwara is so clean! The whole atmosphere is serene and quiet, and quite devotional. Everyone is courteous, and everyone is welcome - as long as you're respectful and not being rowdy. Two points to remember for the visitors: 1. They don't allow you in with shorts /bermudas. Full, respectable clothing is required, with a covered head. 2. They don't allow masks inside. That was a little concerning, but it's a question of religion, so okay. Nevertheless, ample social distancing was maintained, and top notch cleanliness was seen, so on the whole, we were not very worried about coronavirus, inside. Good parking space is available, and a whole line of shops for random, spur of the moment shopping. Absolutely worth visiting, if you're in Nanded.

My latest visit to this Gurudwara was on 2Jun2022 with my family. A nice and peaceful place. An evening visit is always a memorable one. I am attached to this place since my college days at SGGS Nanded. Traffic congestion around this place is a problem. Try to take public transport like auto-rickshaw etc.

Takhat Sachkhand Shri Hazur Abchal Nagar Sahib is a magnificent Sikh pilgrimage site located in the heart of Nanded, Maharashtra. The site is one of the five takhts (thrones) of the Sikh religion, and is considered to be one of the most sacred places for Sikhs around the world. As soon as I entered the premises, I was struck by the incredible beauty of the architecture and the peaceful atmosphere that surrounded me. The glistening gold and white exterior of the Takhat was absolutely breathtaking, and the intricate carvings and design details were a testament to the skill and craftsmanship of the artisans who created it. The site is steeped in history and spirituality, and I was moved by the powerful sense of reverence and devotion that permeated the air. The highlight of my visit was the darshan of the holy Guru Granth Sahib, the religious text of the Sikhs, which is housed within the premises. The staff at Takhat Sachkhand Shri Hazur Abchal Nagar Sahib were friendly and welcoming, and were always available to answer any questions I had about the site and its significance. The site also offers various amenities, such as a langar hall where visitors can enjoy a free meal, and a guest house for those who wish to stay overnight. Overall, my experience at Takhat Sachkhand Shri Hazur Abchal Nagar Sahib was truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend this site to anyone who is interested in Sikhism, history, or spirituality. Whether you are a devout Sikh or simply a curious traveler, a visit to Takhat Sachkhand Shri Hazur Abchal Nagar Sahib is an absolute must.

Both non-Sikh men and women follow Sikh culture of covering your head/hair with a kripan/kerchief/cloth/goonghat strictly once you enter gurudwara. Wearing mask isn't allowed. Taking selfies & fashion shoots are not allowed. Free food is available 24 hours. Though most of the south Indians may not like it, you can give a try once.

The best Gurudwara I have ever visited . Well maintained and disciplined. No doubt about anyone getting any difficulties once reached the Gurudwara. 24 hrs Langar available within premises. Auto will cost you 60 rs max to reach Gurudwara gate number 1 from Railway station. There is locker room available only at gate number 1. Avoid using bermuda or any kind of shorts dress while visiting as per Gurudwara laws.

Place is wonderful. I liked it very much. But there are few things which they should improve. 1. We are wearing mask as a safety precaution. But unfortunately, people of this place are forcing us to remove mask. 2. We went to Lunger very 1st time. Thank you for the food they offered. But in the end , women's feeding is roti and daal are forcing us to finish some chutney type daal . We told them that we are not able to finish at the moment but then they are cursing use and using bad words towards us. They literally calling us that we are eating someones part. This kind of behaviour is surprising to us.

Divinely Devine.. You are blessed if you have been to Sachkhand Hazoor Sahib ji in Nanded, if you have not Do Come at least once in your lifetime. The Aura and the energy is completely different from all other Gurudwaras. You need to experience it as it cannot be told. Not only Sikhs but people of other religions too visit this holy place to seek the blessings and pay respect. There are good numbers of rooms for sangat to stay. Its a huge open area all around the Gurudwara with lots of greeny adorning it and even a couple of fountain in the premises. The sevadars are very polite and helpful. Must visit.

Title: A Memorable Visit to Gurudwara Nanded I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gurudwara Nanded, and I must say it was an incredibly enlightening and spiritually fulfilling experience. From the moment I entered the premises, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel at home. The architectural beauty of the Gurudwara is awe-inspiring. The magnificent golden domes and intricate designs showcase the rich heritage and cultural significance of the Sikh community. The serene atmosphere inside the Gurudwara instantly put me at ease and prepared me for a soulful journey. The main prayer hall, or the Darbar Sahib, exuded a sense of tranquility. As I sat among the devotees, the melodious hymns and the resonating sound of prayers created a captivating aura. It was a humbling experience to witness the devotion and unity of people from different walks of life coming together to offer their prayers. The langar, the community kitchen where free meals are served to all visitors, was truly remarkable. The selfless volunteers worked tirelessly to prepare and serve the food with utmost love and care. Sitting down with fellow devotees and sharing a meal together was not only nourishing for the body but also nourishing for the soul. The spirit of equality and inclusivity that permeates through the langar is truly inspiring. The Sikh philosophy of seva, or selfless service, was evident throughout my visit. The dedicated volunteers were always ready to assist and guide visitors, ensuring that everyone felt welcomed and comfortable. Their kindness and generosity left a lasting impression on me. Furthermore, the Gurudwara complex was well-maintained and clean, reflecting the respect and reverence held by the Sikh community towards their sacred space. The organized system for managing the crowd and maintaining order was commendable, especially considering the large number of visitors. Visiting Gurudwara Nanded was not just a religious journey but an enriching cultural experience. It provided me with an opportunity to learn about Sikhism, its teachings, and its commitment to selflessness, equality, and compassion. I highly recommend anyone visiting Nanded to make a trip to Gurudwara Nanded. It is a place of spirituality, peace, and unity, where one can immerse themselves in the profound teachings of Sikhism and experience the profound sense of community and devotion. My visit to Gurudwara Nanded will forever remain etched in my heart as a truly memorable and transformative experience.

Takhat Sachkhand Gurudwara in Nanded is a truly remarkable and sacred place. The gurudwara holds immense significance for the Sikh community, as it is the place where the tenth Sikh guru, Guru Gobind Singh Ji, breathed his last breath. The architecture and design of the gurudwara are stunning, and the intricate carvings and artwork are a testament to the rich cultural and religious heritage of the Sikh community. The gurudwara is also very well-maintained and clean, making it a peaceful and serene place to visit and pray. The atmosphere inside the gurudwara is truly divine, and the devotion and faith of the visitors are palpable. The langar, or community kitchen, serves delicious and nourishing food to all visitors, regardless of their religion or caste, and this truly reflects the spirit of Sikhism, which promotes equality and selfless service. Overall, Takhat Sachkhand Gurudwara in Nanded is a must-visit for anyone interested in exploring the rich cultural and religious heritage of the Sikh community. The gurudwara is a symbol of peace, harmony, and unity, and it is a humbling and awe-inspiring experience to be in the presence of such immense spirituality and devotion.

Serenity, divinity, grandeur combined! Loved visiting this Gurudwara. I'm not the religious kind, nor do I visit religious places. But a student of ours took us here when we were at Nanded recently. And it was lovely. It is truly beautiful. The Sachkhand Gurudwara is so huge, so clean and so well managed, it was a treat to the eyes and the heart. This Gurdwara is not just a place of worship, but is also a gigantic museum that stores historical artefacts of the Sikh Warriors and Gurus. The keepers are happy to share the stories of valour and courage that go along with these. It's a place where you get to learn so many amazing things about the rich Sikh culture and tradition. A must-see place for every lover of culture and history.

One of the historical places to visit. Make sure you have room's booked in advance to avoid last time rush. However now many buildings have been constructed and they do have toll free number for room booking. You cannot miss early hour darshan to be precise at 2.30. This place has aura which attracts many people. One visit to this historical place & make memories for life time. If you gonna arrive by train and specially SACHKHAND express than their is free of cost transport available till near room booking office.

One of the Panj Takht', a hallowed sanctuary of the Sikh, Hazur Sahib Nanded, is the place where the Guru Gobind Singhji, the 10th of the 11 Sikh Gurus, held his last gathering. If we consider the History of Hazur Sahib, it was founded as early as 1609 by Guru Hargobind. Like Harmandir Sahib of Amritsar, Hazur Sahib is also covered with a golden plate. Inside the Gurudwara is an Angitha Sahib room dependent on comparable spot where Guru Gobind Singh was burned in 1708. Numerous assets of Guru Gobind Singh like a brilliant blade, a matchlock rifle, a bow with 35 bolts, two retirements, safeguard studded with valuable stones and five brilliant swords are all around saved here.

Takhat Sachkhand Sri Hazur Sahib, located in Nanded, India, is a spiritual haven that captivated my senses as a travel blogger. To reach Takhat Sachkhand Sri Hazur Sahib from Mumbai, you have a few transportation options. Board a train from Mumbai to Nanded, which is the nearest railway station to Hazur Sahib. The Hazur Sahib Nanded Railway Station is well-connected to major cities. Trains from Mumbai to Nanded include Sachkhand Express, Devagiri Express, and more. The journey takes approximately 12-14 hours, depending on the train. Once you reach Nanded by train, you can hire local transportation, such as auto-rickshaws or taxis, to reach Takhat Sachkhand Sri Hazur Sahib. The vibrant colors of the gurdwara's architecture and the soothing sounds of hymns echoing in the air created a mesmerizing atmosphere. The historical significance of this sacred place, where Guru Gobind Singh Ji once resided, left me awe-inspired. Navigating through the bustling bazaars surrounding the gurdwara, I discovered the rich culture and traditions that define the Sikh community brothers. The Langar, a communal kitchen serving free meals to all, was a heartwarming experience that showcased the spirit of selfless service. Takhat Sachkhand Sri Hazur Sahib became a narrative of spiritual exploration, cultural immersion, and the profound impact on us. Highly recommended to all of you if visit nanded then also visit this place.

I don't think anybody is capable enough to rating such a holy place. Google being google asking us to give rating. Takhat Sachkhand Sri Hazur Sahib Gurudwara is one of the five Takhat in sikhism. Nanded has got internationally recognised due to presence of such holy place. It was built back in 1830's. It is built at place where Guru Gobind Singh Ji left his earthly life. If you are ever planning to visit nanded this should be the first place you should go.

It was indeed a blissful stay there, cleaning utensils, serving in Langar was the one thing I wished to do. Deepest respect to the Holy place. I would love to visit again and devote myself to work and worship.

Rooms are sold smartly from the back door and administration is unware of the facts because of no transparency. My advise is that cash payment should be stopped immediately. And unexpected checks for vacant rooms should be made and change over of staff is must

One of the beautiful place literally I can say. One keeps getting positive vibes at this place. 24*7 people are available for support and care. Specially, when I was went there for first time for darshan i feel special and enthusiastic, spiritualistic environment also good there ......the way of they believe in karma and chanth i feel very delighted There are thousands of people are visit to this Shrine every day. Every one should be visited here. Nanded is one of the most popular destinations for Sikh pilgrims from across the country. But people are very rude and not allow to take photos 🤷🏻🤷🏻 All India are independent and do anything but this place like mestry of history

Pure bliss to visit one of the holiest shrines in India. Visiting during holi is a must although it has maximum pilgrims during that time, the festive celebrations cannot be missed.

The best place in nanded...there is food available free for peoples... called langar...but if u want good food then go to the gurudwara which is near the nagina ghat...go between 6am to 10pm sometimes upto 11pm...wear something on head...like rumal or pagadi etc..is compulsory....

Divine experience of the evening prayers with the warm Kada Prasad! The life story of Shri Guru Govind Singh ji is so inspiring, we can only ask for an ounce of his courage! 🙏🙏

Rooms are good not best, if you are going try to book in baba budha ji NRI yatri niwas, or new NRI niwas by langar sahib gurudwara. Sachkhand is on walking distance from these two. Other sachkhand sran are nearby the sachkahand main gate but costlier than langar sahib.
