I love the clearance area (but they are usually small and hidden). This location stepped it up. Let's just say, I stayed till closing. Also, the workers were very friendly and upbeat even though it was almost time to go home. You can really tell when people like their job. And these workers do.

We took my maltipoo to the groomers today and ever since he was a puppy he has always been coming here. Not only did they cancel his appointment last minute but two days later when his appointment was rescheduled Amy the groomer and two of the other girls just looked at my dog and said no he’s too matted he needs to go to a vet be sedated and cut. This really made me so upset and when I asked to talk to the manager the girl smirked made a quick call and said the manager said she just clocked out! What kind of service is this??! So I took my dog down the street to “Dogs day out” spoke to Cindy and she said there was nothing wrong with my dog and she gladly made an appointment to bring him in Saturday. I have never had this encounter before but those girls at petco in the groomers need to have a better attitude instead of just turning away dogs especially if they have been cutting the same dog for the last four years!

Brought my sisters dog Stella in for grooming. She needed a nail clipping, wash and a good brushing. She’s a German Shepherd long hair so she sheds bad. Can’t tell you how happy she is and great she looks. Thank you so much 😊

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The store itself, from a retail point of view, seems a little disorganized in its layout, but aside from that, it is one of my first stops when looking for items for the pets.

Watch out for Petco store policies. Bought something for my dog and it wasn’t the right item. Went to return and they only have a 30-day return policy. Would not make any exceptions for a new item, never used, and they still carry it in the store. Guess I’ll just shop at PetSmart and other stores with more flexible options.

Amazing customer service. Most people who did bad reviews weren't able to break Petco policies (which are reasonable and exist for a reason), boohoo. Clean store. They don't have Friskies products just FYI for new patrons.

I love petco for it convenience of allowing us to book a grooming appointment and allowing us to shop for what we need. The staff here is always friendly and assist us no matter what are pet need are. It is also perfectly located near a Starbucks and restaurants if your looking to kill time while you loyal companion is getting his hair done.

Best customer service mikayla especially helped me so much in providing so much knowledge and friendly customer service she is honestly the best! She helped me so much in making sure when I started my fish hobby that I was all set up for success

My dog wont go anywhere else. Literally. Shes snapped at other people and was blacklisted at one place. I am not going to mention her groomer cause they are literally the best & I don’t want them to be too booked that I can never get an appointment. They do such an amazing job & we are happy yo tip well every time.

I took my sweet 4yr old 5lb male Maltese who couldn’t hurt a fly and has NEVER acted out for a groom and cut at this location. The groomer ended up cutting him and drew blood and called me right away, she said I can pick him up and she would not charge me for the cut and service Later I came to find out that she marked on my account that the dog bit her and she let the owner know and the owner did not pay for the service. The note is permanently on my account for any petco I go to now and my account is blocked because of her lie

Had to wait 5 minutes for check out. No other customers were in line. Instead employees were at fish tanks talking and laughing. I kindly asked if someone could assist me in checkout.

Update: to the owners that replied to my review. We received a refund but was threaten to never come back, which was fine with us. This was horrible customer service, nobody took accountability for what they did. Maybe you should have a policy to call dog owners and ask before doing something drastic to their pets! This was the absolute worst experience we have ever had experienced. I called to confirm pricing due to me having a goldendoodle and I was quoted $66 for large dogs, I get there and the price is $90. They check my dogs fur saying he was matted at the top of his ears all she did was move his fur around refused to show me with a comb because I just brushed him so I know he didn’t have any. I show them a pic of the cut I want and when I pick him up he looked like a sheep. His ears were completely shaved off, there is hair that was missed, a square spot that they cut to short my his nose and two spots that they cut him. The person that handled the entire thing before and after was 100% rude and not at all understand or even nice. I do NOT recommend Petco for grooming needs!!

Nice works. Asked me if I needed any help with anything. But it took awhile for the cashier to say anything to help me (since they was more into talking/helping the customer)
