I’m so happy with how well the customer service is ! We were inline for bath and body works and I got my ring cleaned as I was waiting I saw a few new rings lol my husband and I were looking to upgrade my ring. They were all soo incredibly nice and so sweet ! I found my new ring also they gave me a beautiful early birthday gift ! I really recommend this store for anyone buying jewelry!

Don Roberto Jewelers inside the Sierra Vista mall is my favorite jewelry store. I highly recommend to shop for jewelry here. Liz always provides me with the best customer service. This place is crazy as hell went in to look at jewelry I was a customer 9 years ago just wanted to see if my account was closed and the damn manager ran my credit without my consent when I had just said I was looking around checking prices and said to her I had a account before not to run my credit and still did crazy never had that happen before so be carful with them!!!! Tried getting a hold of them left Several messages for the manager to contact me which she never did to take that hard inquiry off my credit it shouldn’t have been on there in the first place

I've bought multiple pieces of jewelry here and have never had any issue. The products are wonderful as is the customer service. The associates are always friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend!

I only give one star because you can not get less. My opinion .... Stay away. Took a ring to be sized, first they say $35 first size and $15 every size after. After I agreed, it became $35 each until I protested. Then after 5 days they finally call and state that they can not do it. Even after my calling on Friday (day three) they said that it would be done on Saturday. Horrible service!!!!

You won’t find better customer service and satisfaction; at any other location in the central valley. I have been shopping around for diamond studs as a birthday gift for my niece. I happened to have stumbled across this location in the Sierra Vista Mall after having lunch. I was quickly greeted and welcomed with a smile from Teri the lovely lady behind the counter. She introduced her self and I told her my situation. She quickly replied with “I have plenty to show you” and pulled out 4 options for me to look at! I asked the other ladies behind the counter for their option Crystal showed me her favorite and told my about princess cut diamonds which was what I ended up picking. I was rung up by the store manager Liz who explained financing if I was interested, but ended up paying in full. The process was quick and painless, and as I was paying Cindy and Xiomara even did a little gift wrapping for me. As I walked out they all wished my niece a happy birthday and it made my day! If you are looking for quality jewelry and exceptional customer service. This location is the place to go, I will be back!

I got caught cheating on my girl so I had to take her shopping to make “everything right”. She wanted a diamond piece but wasn’t sure what exactly she was looking for. Teri and Crystal helped us pick the perfect ring for her. Also, Cindy was nice enough to explain their in-house finance option which was reasonable for me. Now we’re both happy 💎
