Had a deep tissue massage. Hanna's hands were soft but her elbows were strong! 😀 The place is new and clean. Only thing is you can hear the people next door and upstairs. They also give you complimentary Madeleine, bottled water and mint candies 😊

After trying and erring at several massage and spa centers in the tri-valley, I ended up at New Holiday Spa and boy I wasn't disappointed. In the past 6 months, I must've been there atleast 4-5 times before posting a review. Usually, issues with consistency and continuity with a particular masseuse is an issue at other spas, but not here. AMY is the one who gave me a deep tissue massage and also walks on me(optional). That made me a regular here. I workout twice a week and play a sport on the weekends which leads to muscle and tissue flare ups. I need my joints and muscles well oiled and working smooth. Quite often I fall asleep 30 mins or so into the massage. In the end I walk out a new healthy person feeling younger and refreshed. Anyone who's been on the trial and error run, can make one final stop here. It'll be worth their time and money. I'm more than relieved in the literal sense to have found this Spa

I called to make a appointment, and the lady was so rude. It's a shame because past time i was there, the masseur did a great job.

Giving one star because 0 stars are not allowed. There was a board that says foot massage is $19.99 . When I went in, they said, it is $25 and it is 30minute foot massage. The reception lady was asking for a tip even before the massage. I said I would do it after the service is done. She charged me $26 saying minimum tip needs to be added. They put me on wait for 15mins. The lady finished the massage in 15-20mins. Once out, she asked for a tip. I gave her $3 and she is not at all happy with it. I had to give her $5. The tip would be given if you liked the service. You cannot force the tip from the customer. Will not go again.
