    Last week we had a reservation for a standard car for the Yosemite trip and everything went smoothly. Mr. James Lee helped us with the check-in/ checkout process and it was very quick. He didn't hold us long and everything went fine. He had the car for three days and dropped it off without having any problems. Also, we got a free upgrade for a full-size car in good condition, which is a real surprise. Overall, we had good experience working with Enterprise.

    Love renting from Enterprise is Brentwood. Staff are great and friendly. There is no wait time when I came in this time. Also got picked up from home that’s definitely a plus. No hassle return too. There were a few folks waiting to get a car but Lance just helped me out with the return.

    I had the best experience at this place. James Lee gave me such me the best customer service I could ever ask for. If I ever rent a car again, 10/10 would definitely go back to this place!

    The rental car was great; had no issues. The person who checked out the car to me at Enterprise in Brentwood and checked it back in was great -- very efficient and quick. I appreciated his attention to details.

    My last experience with enterprise was horrible. I was in a crash and needed a car to get back and forth to work. I made a reservation for the Brentwood ca office. They called me 20 min before my reservation to tell me they had no cars. That is all. No help with another location or anything. So I called the Walnut Creek office, no cars. Concord no cars. Enterprise truck rental. No trucks. I called the Vacaville office and was told they had cars. And gave me a new reservation. I had to get a ride there (an hour away). I got there they told me no cars and they didn’t have my reservation. I used my free day on my reservation and that is now lost as I never got a rental.And my points were not returned . I reached out to customer support for help. And got no response. The service people this company hires are no help at all.

    We needed an SUV for our trip to Oregon a few months ago. While the customer service was great, every vehicle that was available to us absolutely stank from cigarette smoke. Even though you aren't supposed to smoke in the rentals, apparently Enterprise doesn't do anything about if you do, unlike Hertz. (That's what the guy who was helping us said) We took the one that smelled the less, but I ended up getting sick because of it. It was just disgusting.

    Be prepared to wait on hold for an hour or more if you need to be picked up. The automated answering system kept me on hold for about 10 minutes, then told me that it couldn't get through to the branch and that I should call back later. Rinse/repeat for over an hour. The first time this happened, I ended up having to cancel my reservation because the branch closed while I was on hold. The second time, I started calling 3 hours before my scheduled reservation. It took an hour for someone at the branch to answer. When I finally got through, I was assured that someone would pick me up at my scheduled reservation time, but they didn't actually arrive until about 20 minutes before the branch closed. This was very frustrating and stressful.
