For the new moms get a real OBGYN office or you will be seen by a NP not the same i have a risky pregnancy and everything i was feeling week after week and turns out they never knew anything because it was not on their records!! This whole time just waisting my time gave me 7 medication and turns out they weren't doing me good.!!! Oh and unless you break your hip theeeeeen they will make an appointment with OBGYN other than that youll be seen my Nurse Practitioner Do not get checked by Andrea Zimmerman (NP) Nurse practitioner And Octavia Hyacinth (NP) NOT OBGYN

So a few months ago I took my cousin there on a Saturday. The staff was great and my cousin was in and out within an hour. Today I went in for myself. Due to the latest flu running around, it was a packed house, so wait was a little longer. However, I was in and out with an hour and a half. Staff was friendly and wonderful. Waiting area, halls and rooms impeccably clean. The doctor was caring, knowledgeable and personable. I will be recommending them to everyone.

I am a cancer patient with a compromized immune system. I get a slight infection in my body and I spend a week or more here at Mercy Over the last 4 yrs I've spent close two 2 mnths here. This care is always professional. The staff goes beyond any expectation of kindness. The treatment follows through to the aftercare of my release. My time spent at this hospital each time gives me encouragement to know when I need help , it is waiting here for me....

I visited the GVHC off Sandpiper and Mercy, near Dignity Health -Mercy Hospital. Clinic building is newer and clean. The staff in front office are friendly. Medical Assistants in back were friendly. Doctors are friendly. Only complaint is the wait time. I showed up early/on time, it was an hour before I was called back. Once in and vitals were taken, it was another 15-20 mins waiting for doctor. There were other people who had been waiting that long too. One women showed up 20 mins late- doc wouldn’t see her. REALLY, does it matter that she’s 20 mins late if you are running 1 hour late yourself??

Love my Doctor. Doctor Jaideep Misra is the best, he listens to everything I say, he is very kind and understanding. I never leave having any questions unanswered because he explains everything i dont understand to me. The receptionist are very kind as are the medical assistants.

I'm always on the fence about going to any GVHC because the wait time is usually somewhere between 3-4 hours and the Dr. usually just brushes you off. I recently went to the urgent care by the hospital nd woah.! I was in and out in less than 45 mins the nurse Jamie was super nice and Dr. Huber was awesome and made me feel like he actually cared. This will for sure be my new urgent care.

Don’t waste your time do your own research if it’s really major or emergency go to the Emergency Room. The Doctors there do the bare minimum and give miss information to clear the busy lobby and make the job easier for themselves.

They don't call patients in order of arrival, be prepared to see multiple people that show up after you get called before you do. Will have you wait hours even if your in pain or in need of urgent (not emergency) medical assistance. Nearly empty at the time as well.
