Taken my truck here for several years now for various things, and every time I'm impressed with their willingness to do the cost-effective troubleshooting first before just jumping into replacing everything and charging for it like most dealerships would. They really know their stuff, and will go out of their way to help you out if needed, which is why I've been returning. Plus, the arcade inside is pretty sweet.

Really great people here, I live in Solvang and drove over. Great pricing, you can tell they know what they're doing. I randomly found them since they had good reviews and found out my dad had been going there. He was a mechanic himself so I had good expectations. Was not disappointed. Will be referring friends and family here.

The best place to get maintenance period. took a 2006 bmw over there and the fixed issues vie had for over a year in 1 visit. They showed me personally, what exactly was wrong with my vehicle. They also charged me the lowest charges ive seen. The receptionist is very nice and as knowledgeable as a mechanic as well. Overall a great business they have my full support.... go here.

I phoned in to check prices and availability, I mentioned to the person on the phone that Google showed a 2 of 3 good rating and I wanted to bring my car in for a smog. She immanently went off about that third negative comment. She seemed pretty upset. To which I refocused her attention back to task that I was calling about a smog check... The price was reasonable but she let me know that there has to be a one to two days notice for smog. I detected a hint of '...I have been doing this too long.' in the air. But I don't think its a customer service issue as much as its a personality thing. Some people do not respond well to others. I am sure the work is most likely excellent and the price is right, but I needed it done today or tomorrow at the latest... My second call got me an appointment this afternoon for a little more and the man said it should only take a about 10-15 mins. DEAL!

I don't understand the reviews about customer service at this place. They were wonderful! We were a walk-in and they were very quick, efficient, and no BS about our car. She was super busy but still kept her wits about her while juggling between us, the phone, and her mechanics. I love this place! Will recommend to our friends.

Very fast service. Took less than 20 minutes to get my smog checked. Very friendly people. Quoted amount was exactly what I paid. Had to schedule 4 days in advance but it was worth it. Same service was $20+ less than dealership down the street

I had my transmission replaced. They treated me like family. Joey explained everything to me and worked with my work schedule. I’ve also had some unusual noises coming from my card and they got me in quickly and again treated me like family. Mechanic (don’t remember the name) also super friendly and professional. Never feel like they are just trying to sell some nonsense I don’t need. Highly recommended!

My go to place for all my automotive needs. Never had a issue. The only time there was a issue it was a part delay, but it wasn't their fault. I was told there was a specific problem by the dealer with my car and the mechanic there found the real problem and saved me a huge headache! Will be going back for sure! Fast smogs as well! Thanks!
