    I honestly enjoy the doctors and the service I usually get, but I'm sorry, but their phone service is just awful: truly the worst. I'll call, get put on hold, and then it hangs up after 15 minutes of being on hold. I'll opt to get a callback and it never happens. There will be zero people ahead of me and yet no one answers. The clinic will be opened but I'll get transferred to the after hours number anyways. How can it possibly be this bad??? This was before the pandemic too and it only got worse once the pandemic came.

    I've been trying to make an appointment for the last 2 weeks. I have asthma and am now completely out of all medications. Only reaching the over flow receptionist with promises of getting a call back and still have yet to receive one. Such poor patient care not returning phone calls to patients needing to be seen!

    I've coming to this clinic for the past 5 years, the sevice used to be ok, but now its definitely horrible the wait time just to get registered is awful, the people in the front of the office don't have any customer skills, definitely need to get some training. My appt was @ 8:30am I got here at 8,, still haven't got registered and its 8:45. Horrible service

    Had rated them better before, but after a very negative experience am changing to lowest rating. Dr. Fernandez and Dr. Galindo are AWESOME, however their front desk people won’t answer phones and turned my son and I away. I believe Dr. Fernandez and Dr. Galindo are out of the office today, so maybe that’s why staff aren’t worried about their service to patients, the bosses aren’t there to see......

    My mom sees Dr Rubio. He is a good dr but the front office has a few issues. We arrived at 845 for 9am appt. It took 30 min or more to get registered and it is 949 am and still sitting in lobby. If reception is behind why not back it up in order to get everyone registered. I have seen patients arrive late and get registeted and seen right away. This is not fair.office procedures should be looked at.. Should not have to wait 45min to hour to be seen.

    It really sucks as this is the only local provider my insurance covers. I waited over an hour to be told my fractured back only hurts due to me being a tobacco user. Given alive for pain and sent on my way after having wasted most of my day. When I call I sit on hold for 10-15 minutes just for the call to be dropped. I express concerned for symptoms that are detrimental to my daily living and was told it was in my head or probably anxiety, which is a typical diagnosis given to women. Why did these doctors spend years in school just to seem like they hate their job and neglect the patients. Did these providers lose sight of why they began medical? Is the goal not to help?

    I would rate less than one star if I could. This place is an absolute joke and their inability or complete refusal to do their job is going to get someone killed. You'll wait hours to get through to someone to make an appointment, and, for some reason, requesting a call back in lieu of waiting on hold takes even longer, if you express even a miniscule amount of displeasure at the wait time the receptionist will simply hang up on you. Veronica, specifically, should be fired. Her inconsiderate, rude, and immature reaction to doing her job is a clear example of what to expect here. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctors office. This place is awful in every way. **The copyPasta response they give is insulting. They can't even be bothered to scroll up and see which office I'm talking about. Just as they can't be bothered to correct an issue patients have been complaining about for YEARS. We get it Adventist Health, you don't really care.

    Took my daughter in to get checked because she had a fever and I was told she couldn’t get seen in office. All they could do was do a “phone visit”. A fever can come from a number of things, NOT just covid. How am I supposed to know what’s wrong if they aren’t willing to physically check her. Such negligence

    No stars. I’ve never left a doctors office feeling worse. I felt like dr Pamela did not hear me out with my concerns and sadly she just gave me a blank look like if I was stupid. My apt was at 2:45pm I arrived early and was not seen till almost 4:00pm. Never going back to this place.

    The only thing I can complain about is when leaving a message for your doctor to get back to you I have found that either he doesn’t get the message or he takes a couple days to respond to them !! Besides that it is overall a great doctors office and staff!!!

    I just transferred from Tulare county to Fresno county and took a chance with Adventist Health in reedley California. I was very impressed with the office staff, the nursing staff, and the nurse practitioner, I believe his name was Manjeet. I have very little waiting time and the consideration that was given to me as well as very good examination, was absolutely fantastic. I have a copy of everything that was done and one of the things that was done was a referral as urgent from my broken wrist. A week later I called the office and they checked that the referral had been immediately sent and it had been and it was marked urgent. As of one week later referral was never done by whoever does referrals. They are trying to take care of it in the reedley office today and we're extremely apologetic. I am glad that I was able to get into this Adventist health center as soon as I was

    My one star is being extremely generous. The last two times I have been here, I have had excessively long wait times. So long, that my appointment time came and went and then some. I had a 1:15 appointment. I arrived at 12:52. I was taken back to a room and have been here a total of two hours, now, and still haven't been seen. Honestly, what is the point in scheduling appointments, if they cannot be reasonably kept to?

    Would definitely recommend you go somewhere else. I waited about half a year to see a specialist. At first it was 2 months, then wait another 2 months and an additional 2 months, each time they would cancel my appointment and reschedule to a later date. Finally, after waiting 6 months, they proceeded to let me know that I no longer had an appointment on record with them. Understandably, this would make anyone frustrated, myself included. So I strongly urge you to go to another clinic if possible.

    Been trying to make an appointment all week and can not get through. I leave a call back number still get nothing. I go through the operator they send a fax an still nothing. Laziest workers you go in their and there talking an on their phone and don’t notice your there. Disappointed in this place .

    Worst experience I've had with a clinic. My employer gave me a form to be filled out by the doctor for my sick leave and it was never done. A week later, after numerous phone callcalls trying to have them complete the form, I went to the clinic to pick up the document and at that moment I was informed at the front office that they had lost the document.

    I've been calling since yesterday. One foot has been warm and cant feel much with it. Not even the ansnwering machine picks up and if it does they dont call back. Appointments take forever and the anseer to your questions are just not helpful.

    If there were zero stars...I would rate that. I came for an appt at 815 am. Appt was fine, generally speaking, although the dr who saw me kept questioning my diagnosis for a condition i have had since the age of 16. Like I dont know myself and like im a medication seeking junkie. But whatever. So I get my visit done and my refills were supposedly called into walgreens...but walgreens can't fill it so I need to switch to Cvs. 4 calls later and just drove back to the office and the switch is still not done. Ridiculous

    WORST ANSWERING SYSTEM!! I could NEVER get a call in or out. I have tried to get a prescription for months and I have not received anything not even a call. On top of that when I go into the clinic there are employees standing around on their phones or talking. Also I have to wait more than an hour for answer, if I even get one. Honestly if I could rate this place zero stars I would.

    I was able to get through. But, someone would pick up the phone and hang up on me before they even answered. This happened twice. The only reason I stick with Adventist is because of Dr. Fernandez otherwise, I wouldn't even bother going to this place.

    "I have had nothing but possitive experience with Doctor Fernandez and all of his staff specially Eloy, Rocio, Mayra are very courteous, they go above and beyond with customer service. Fernandez has been are family physician for several years now and always provided the absolute best care for the entire family. his advice and treatment during every visit for every issue are the best. Honestly what a wonderful thing to have a doctor who actually cares about the wellbeing of his patients and take the time to explain every thing. we are truly grateful with the care that we received from Adventist. Thank you Doctor Fernandez".
