If I could give a 0 I would! I have now been to this office twice for my kids to get teeth removed for braces to be put on. The medical staff was great, but the billing department is deplorable. I never write reviews but after the 2nd time of experiencing a litany of errors and lack of professionalism I decided to write one. My daughter had 4 teeth removed about 1 year ago, after multiple incorrect billing statements and about 3-4 hours worth of phone calls it was understood that instead of me owning them $346 more they owed me $46 refund. I asked this to be applied as a credit to my son's account because he was having the same procedure done shortly after this credit was figured out. When we went in for my son's procedure the lady came out to show me the expected bill and take my payment for our portion, I asked why the price had increased about $350 in a year (since my son was having the exact same procedure as my daughter). She told me that it was due to a new long acting medication fee. I then asked why there was not credit on the bill from my daughter's account. She said they couldn't find the credit but would look for it - and asked me to sign the full amount and they would refund me the $46 later if they could find it (which they did). After speaking with the Dr who was removing my son's teeth, he shared that there was no new meds being given since last year. I then went out to speak with the billing person again and came to find out they had not billed my secondary insurance. They then refused to do a re-eval based on both insurances- even though they just scanned my card like 20 minutes ago. So what I was told is that I will now have to wait until the whole insurance process goes through before I get my money back. They also had the audacity to blame me and say I told them the insurance was different. NOT 1 person ever even brought up my insurance until I asked. No one confirmed anything with me about insurance at all. So now its been 1 year and I still have not received the $46 from my daughter's procedure and they will likely owe my about $350 back from this- which I will now have to wait at least 4-5 months for and continue to call them to get my money back. $400 is a lot of money to have to wait 4-5 months for. Not one person took ownership or even tried to help me and there is no one besides those that work in the office who can talk to me to help me resolve this.

I have been going to Dr. Solookis and associates for years. 20 plus years and my family as well. The compassion, attention to detail and quality of service keeps us coming back. They always thoroughly explain everything from your bill to follow up care. He still has some of staff from Rolling Acres Mall days. They still remember me. Anyways, keep up the good work and I highly recommend. Top-notch dentistry!!

👩🏼‍⚕️- If you’re booking any appointments ask for Sarah. 🫧- No one likes going to the dentist. However Sarah made the entire experience fun,painless and easy. 🦷- I recently changed dentist after 10 years. This is my second time at Dental Works and thee entire process from onboarding to actually sitting in the chair was flawless. 🦷- I highly recommend Dental Works. Very professional staff,they offer a variety of services,they accept insurance. 🔵🔵🔵🔵🔵🔵🔵 ⚪️- My previous dentist never did a deep cleaning on my teeth. I never knew it was even a thing until Sarah told me about it. ⚪️- Sarah was my tech both times today I actually saw her on what was suppose to be her lunch break. I only knew it was her lunch break because the receptionist told me while I was checking out. That is was prompted me to write this review. Even though it was Sarah’s lunch and I bet she was hungry. Sarah was still very friendly, personable,didn’t seem like she was rushing and just as informative as she was on my first experience. Sarah really explained to me how to maintain and keep up with my teeth. Just as simple as flossing and brushing everyday☺️ Imagine that….. 👩🏼‍⚕️- I do have a few cavities and do need further dental work done. I will be using Dental Works in the future. A perfect smile can say a million words😁

UPDATE: I’ve been going here for almost a year now and today I got my wisdom teeth removed. The doctor was so professional and knew exactly what he was doing, so it didn’t take long at all. So happy with the service here. Original: Two coworkers recommended this place to me as I was looking for a new dentist and I’m very glad I took their advice. The technician was very informative and explained everything in detail from billing to the X-rays to the dental work. I’ve never left a dentist feeling so informed about my own dental health. I will going here from now on.

Always a great office. Top notch dental care. Great people. Dr. Solooki does a great job. All of his staff are great. Sarah Misley, my hygienist is outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about this dental practice.

Great staff and Doctor. I was super nervous and they were very reassuring, helping to calm my anxiety. Answered all my questions, no pressure with options discussed, and the procedure with the Surgeon took literally only 2 minutes. Thank you!

The staff is friendly. The location is clean. They were able to get me an appointment soon. The doctor is excellent. The procedure was relatively quick compared to other dentists. He had me feeling better in no time.

Dr Solooki is an excellent skilled dentist and is kind and very compassionate. The staff is also very nice and take the time to ensure the patient’s comfort and understanding of details before and after.
