The doctor and clinical staff are doing excellent and exceptional job. We do appreciate it. However clerical office Keep trying to charge extra for no reason and financially haras us. All paperwork are showing that insurance and we paid off our bills. But Mayfield office keeps calling and accusing us for not paying our bill in spite of we already paid.

Always a 5 star Experience. Susanna does my cleanings and Maddie works on my braces. Everyone here is kind and professional. Definitely recommend

10/10 What a good experience l had today at my cleaning. The hygienist, and support staff did everything to meet my needs. The hygienist was helpful by giving positive feedback and giving clear instructions in using my WaterPik.

The oral surgeon I had was wonderful. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. The procedure was completed within 15 minutes and my recovery so far has been uneventful. The staff that assisted him were very accommodating and easy to talk to.

They are polite and professional. You are seen promptly. The dentist listens to you and is the best I have ever gone to!!!

The staff at this office was excellent and very comforting for the procedure I had. I felt comfortable the whole time and they made sure I was ok the whole way through. From the front desk, to the dentist, to the surgeon all members there made me feel at home and I will definitely do my future dental needs there. A+ 12/10 service.

In the years of having Dr. Tabachnik as my dentist I have found that she and all the people around her truly care about the patient. The work is of the best quality and they are willing to work with you and your budget to give you the very best dental care.

The staff were kind and accommodating! I was able to be seen same day, as, due to unforseen circumstances, another located had to reschedule my appt for the second time and they didnt have any openings for a while. I appreciated Mayfield for being able to squeeze me in and have my appt happen as scheduled!

I fear the dentist since childhood. I actually got my family banned from my childhood dentist office. The staff at this office from the office are the best most friendly people. I love it there, as much as I fear the Dentist.

If you need to find a doctor that actually listens to you, takes times to explain things thoroughly, and doesn’t push a procedure for his own financial gain, you need to see Dr. Krajekian! I have had tmj pain for over three years and he is the first doctor that has made me feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you!

Make sure you check with your insurance company before paying your copay. This company does not look at the most recent fee schedule and you will be overcharged. I am still waiting on a refund for services that took place in August and it is now November, unacceptable

They canceled my appointment because i didn’t answer the phone when they called to confirm. An appointment I made four months ago and specifically chose that date because I’m an out of state college student and cannot go in any other date. very inconvenient experience

They took care of my needs with excellent care as always I've been a customer for over 25 years
