Friendly people when I picked up my order. Cute place, and most importantly clean!

This is my favorite morning and lunch stop. Leaders and staff are professionals, friendly, way more caring than a lot of places, I ve dined at. The food is great, and the bakery section is out of this world.

Love Panera & visit quite often, also use consistently for office catering. But the Brunswick location is hands down the rudest staff there is! Wonderful treatment at every location but that one. Drive the extra mile & visit Medina or Strongsville instead!

My wife and an elderly friend stopped in and to their surprise they "made them" use those order kiosks. The elderly friend is partially blind and my wife is older too. Thus technology is more difficult for her. The rude worker declined to offer assistance to them so they left! What ever happened to good customer service! Panera Bread is shooting themselves in the foot because the baby boomers are the biggest group of adults. And negative word of mouth advertising can prevail among them and their friends. Oh they went to "The Tangled Vine" across the street for real family customer service and a good meal!

After receiving an incorrect to go order, I called the store and told them. They said the next time I was in to ask for a manager and give my name, and I would receive what I was supposed to have received for no charge. I was back there today, gave my name, and was told they did not have my name on file and could not give me the credit I was owed. Terrible customer service and constantly messing up orders. I won't be back.

I was at the Brunswick Panera yesterday. When we were done eating and our dishes were still on the table, a lovely lady with dark hair in a low ponytail and ball cap asked if she could take them away for us. She's so sweet. She's done that before. I have never seen this done at the Strongsville Panera! Thanks to her for her sweet demeanor and a great "ambassador " for Panera!

Good options for warm lunch sandwiches and coffee. Clean and has cosy dining area setting. Sandwich bread is fresh. The meaty fillings are now less than used to be and not proportional to the bread size.

The store was empty when I walked in with my wife. I ordered a chai tea at the self serve kiosk. Maybe 2 minutes later it was ready for me at the counter. Super fast service. It felt a little chilly in the seating area so I asked if they could turn on the fireplace we were sitting. They immediately flipped the switch and turned it on. What a really nice visit we both had. Thanks Brunswick Panera !

I placed a delivery order which included a large soup & 2 orders of "group sized soup". Which in the description says it serves 4 people. The group soup was almost $50 alone. My order was over $100 for the 3 soups, 2sandwhices and Mac & cheese. The order fit in 1 bag. The $23 group soups consisted of 1qt of soup. A large soup is 12oz. An order to serve 4 is 32oz. So 8oz per person, a cup. No where does it say it is only a quart or 32oz. I called to inquire and was told by the manager it serves "up to 4.". No. The description says serves 4. I also asked if this was true then why would they only give you 2 tiny ramekins of cheese for the French onion soup - it "serves" 4. The bored manager could care less about customer satisfaction. I have contacted corporate hoping they will be more helpful. Also, on the receipt is a "checklist" stating that packed are 10 spoons & napkins. We didn't receive 1 napkin or 1 spoon. Definitely no value for the money spent. Next time we will go elsewhere for full meals.

A rock hard grill cheese sandwich that you have let sit for however long is what you serve to your customers?? And our other sandwich was supposed to be a BLT roasted turkey and avocado sandwich and we got TUNA! Huge difference!! Such a HUGE disappointment!

They forgot my bear claw and honestly for the money spent in disappointed with the fact that it's basically a bread sandwich and nothing else like if that's what I wanted I would have just got bread at Meijer down the street and ate itb
