    The front office staff are great! Ms. Ashlie Godfrey has made my experience great when it comes just explaining terms of the lease, paying rent, having events so wonderful. They’re so patient and detailed! I’m so glad we’ve had a change of scenery in the front office because now, it’s worth the while being comfortable knowing who you’re dealing with on the monthly basis when comes to things about the property and the area.

    I love my new apartment it is definitely my style. The office staff has been excellent in helping me get the right place. The grounds are immaculate and I can’t wait to meet my new neighbors. Looking forwards too many memories here 🥰

    As soon as I arrived at Chateau Riviera I was warmly greeted by Ashlie she was very informative , patient and thorough during our tour. The Chateau had very clean spacious rooms and we were greeted by current tenants who seemed very nice as well !

    I am giving this apartment a 5 stars because my experience was A+ & pleasurable from the time I walked in the door and met Ashley I was greeted with a smile and total professionalism! I like the apartments but love the staff... Thank You Ashley

    I went to visit in search of a 3 bed room apartment and the staff were very personable and helpful to me.Even though the apartment wasn’t available at the time, Laurence and Ashley made my experience very comfortable with how patient they were with me.

    As soon as I opened the door to the leasing office, I was greeted with the warmest & genuine welcome home feeling from the assistant property manager Paulette. Lawrence the property manager came out of his office just as infectious & welcoming. I'm the Xfinity Community Account Representative for Chateau Riveria; this being my first interaction with the property I can already anticipate a great partnership.
