They had nowhere near the 31 advertised ice-cream flavors (only 12). The hot fudge was not-so-hot sludge... they gave up and asked if chocolate sauce would do. They were out of many toppings too. The ice-cream we did have was good though. We were the only customers inside and not all the tables were clean.

We ordered through the drive thur. That ice cream was nothing special. The service was decent and they were accommodating. The menu did suck because it didn’t list all the ice cream flavors. I will say that I am very sad. I asked for rainbow sprinkles in a cup and received it, but the rainbow sprinkles were clearly very old. They tasted expired… we did get the waffle cones. I would say, I will probably never come here again just because the ice cream wasn’t really special or good.

Every time I come here between 8:30 pm and 9pm the dining room is closed but the hours online say they're open. Why?

Went through the drive through and ordered a one scoop hot fudge sundae…. Was handed a very small scoop of ice cream with one squirt of chocolate syrup and told that was their hot fudge ???? Very low quality.

31 flavors but they never have their Dairy Free Ice Cream out.

My experience was bad the milkshakes was very watery for $25 for me and my family I was expecting better had to come home to refreeze them will not be back

Good icecream. Took the kids and they loved it at least. They dnt have very many flavors to pick from really (31 flavors my butt!!) and dnt have their version of a blizzard even anymore! I could have gotten a McFlurry from McDonald's and been happier honestly! Would have been cheaper too! But like I said, the kids were happy and that was the point of the trip.

I visited here with 3 children (ages 4,8 &9). I tasted a flavor and one child ordered and the girl made the one ice cream and walked away. There were people paying that had already been helped and served and there were three people working. The girl who walked away started talking to some boys that weren't ordering, another stood by the drive thru window (but nobody was there) and the third was stocking or staring, I couldn't tell which. We stood there waiting to order the rest of our ice cream... Minutes went by before the girl who was staring came over, apologized and finished our order. Then I ordered a small sherbet in a cup for my 4 year old and she gave me a bowl that didn't even have one full scoop in the cup. I looked at it and said, "uh, do you think you could put at least one whole scoop in here" 🙄🤔. She did. The whole visit was a pathetic cry from what Baskin Robbins used to be. Stop putting ice cream and donuts together and go back to 31 flavors of ice cream. Will not return.
