This center is nice. The bathroom was clean. I did not have to wait long here to be seen for my appointment. Everyone that I spoke with was friendly. Things tended to seem a bit rushed even though there weren't many people there at that time. I was able to ask all of my questions and get things done that day. I think they need to do a better job of letting you know your results when they come in.

I was here for a breast MRI. The technician was kind and courteous and made sure I understood what was going on during the procedure. Though the procedure itself was uncomfortable, the staff was very nice. There was plenty of parking on site and the waiting room was comfortable. They locked up my belongings during the procedure and everything was secured to my satisfaction.

Great location, plenty of parking. the staff is nice and it's really easy to get In-N-Out of there quickly. it's shocking reading the reviews, some of these knucklehead awful patients that just don't understand this process of coming in and being polite .

I met with my impending Dr. I was very NERVOUS because this is a major surgery for me... My Doctor took the necessary time by explaining and asking me if I had any questions, minor or major.. She is very well experienced and knowledgeable about what's about to happen to me. I feel as though I'll be in EXCELLENT HANDS, literally....

Hot and cold ying and yang great and poor depends upon which personnel are staffed. Some play games others do not. A little fun doesn't hurt though some staff are unprofessional to a fault. Example phone call without identifying whose behalf their calling from in this case Metrohealth Surgery Center. Started phone conversation with baloney if the caller Id indicates other than the organization calling and regardless if correctly indicates call originator needs to state Metrohealth and department phoning. Ridiculous phone etiquette nincompoops. On the other hand I've hand past contacts with the same entity which were great.

This is the third time I have went to this urgent care for my children and was missed diagnosed, I went over to Fairview and the results were completely different, day and night. Please if you have little ones take them to main campus. I will never go there again, they have no compassion or understanding everything is a rush rush which resulted in wrong diagnosis. Luckily by going to main campus I was able to get antibiotics which was not provided by West Park urgent care.

Very caring nurses will tell you the real if you ask them... they will talk to you to calm you down. They don't act like they're in a hurry.

After riding all the way out there the doctor was not very helpful didn't spend that much time with me.

This was my first visit to the metro surgical center on 150th. Everyone was so nice and kind. They were all so helpful with the process. They explain everything, like what needed to be done , how there going to do it and time it may take. Very happy with this visit. Now if I could get my carpal tunnel surgery there. I wouldn't feel so skeptical, I would feel more confident. Thank you all very much.

Helpful nursing staff. Drs are very good especially pain management.

Absolutely wonderful. Saw Dr. Rosenberg for spinal injections. He is very caring and thorough. He does a fantastic exam to make sure the patient qualifies. Then, onto out patient surgery, fantastic! The first Registered Nurse I met was Nancy. She is absolutely the nicest nurse ever. So sweet and caring. All the nurses and anesthesiologists were wonderful in the operating room. The nurse in recovery was great as well. I return for another procedure in two weeks and I am sure I will be in very capable, caring, hands once again. Highly recommend Dr. Rosenberg and everyone working at this facility. This is an A+++ facility.
