The girl that was working on the 28th at 230 (pink tips) does not know what shes talking about... do not take advice from her i ended up with green low lights instead of brown. I will be going up there in the morning and will be getting the right color for free if they know whats good for them!

The store was clean, organized, well lit and well stocked. We were greeted immediately upon entering and offered assistance by an associate named Dominick (sp?) He was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He even made sure I got the free product from a B2G1 sale I hadn't realized I qualified for. Don't trust the bad reviews, this is a store NOT a salon, if a customer messes up doing their own hair that's their fault not the salesperson's. I 100% recommend this store and will be doing all of my beauty shopping here.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would!! I went in to buy a specific hair color and 2 associates told me I didn't need developer with it. Now my hair is ruined. If you sell beauty products, your employees should be educated on the correct way to use them. Absolutely horrible!!

This facility is too small to allow customers without mask. Regardless of state rules. The aisles are very tight. The owner should be more discerning. Also the cashier has no plexiglass support. They were not prepared to reopen.

I went there for the first time last week and then went back today. I wish I would have gotten the name of the woman that helped me because she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I’m happy with the hair color she helped me pick out. I will definitely continue to go back!

Always helpful when needed. Jst great customer service. That's hard to find these days. I visit here frequently, I'm just now posting their great service. I have visited almost every Sally's in Northern Ohio...lol

Typically I shop at the Sally Beauty Supply store in Brunswick since it's a little closer to my house but going forward Strongsville Sally's is going to be the only store to go to. I had a little haircoloring mishap and the girl who was working (not sure of her name but she's worked there for like 8 years) told me how to correct my haircolor. Which I am soooo greatful she did because it was such a simple fix and it worked beautifully. I now have a nice even all-over haircolor instead of my front half of hair being blonde and my back being a dark auburn. So thank you lady who works at Sally's in Strongsville, I really really appreciate your advice... YOU'RE AWESOME!

I waited 2 hours for the store to open and the girl when she showed up said she over slept. Very unprofessional and rude and didn't even apologize! Then decided to take a personal phone call in the middle of ringing me out. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst service I've ever had.
