We were passing through and looking for a breakfast spot. We found this place and took a chance based on the reviews. So glad we did! The food was great and the service was better. The couple behind us said they've been coming there to eat for 30 years, and it's been consistently good. I had the veggie omelet with spinach. My husband had Bryan's special. Everything was perfectly prepared, and the coffee was delicious.

Bryan's is the first thing that I think of on a Saturday morning, and you are not sure what to do for food. It is the default selection and that is something special. There are a multitude of different dining options, and you can get anything at any time. Feel like chili cheese fries (which are delicious I might add) at 9am? Sure, Bryan's has you covered. While all the food is good, nothing truly stands out as a Bryan's signature dish, that "one thing" you must have. The atmosphere is vibrant although a little dated. I don't think any of the staff know how to frown. They are always smiling truly happy making chit chat and serving the many new patrons and regulars that they see over a weekend. Make sure to get there early or in the mid-afternoon. This place is standing room only during peak breakfast times. I have been to several 'greasy spoon' diners in the Waterford area and Bryan's ranks on top for a reason - You always know what you are getting there is comfort in consistency and Bryan's delivers that in spades.

What can I say….Don’t pass them up. Wait staff is friendly, efficient, kind,amazing……Some have worked there 30+ years. My partner has been dining here over 20 years. We see some of the same faces every time we dine. Simple food made right! Chefs perform their magic in a small visual corner. Food is consistent! I prefer a Monte Cristo between French toast and this is how it’s done here. Just good yummy picture perfect thick French Toast! Coneys are great. Loaded tater tots a must try. Soups are very tasty! Sometimes specials include Sloppy Joes, Meat Loaf or Turkey Slop(pieces of home cooked turkey in gravy smothering mashed potatoes). It’s like cooking at home. Sometimes you add some salt and pepper, other times not. It’s just always good!! Salads are good, fresh cut lettuce, not stinky bagged lettuce other establishments use. If they can’t get quality lettuce they will not serve salads. Quality control is just that good! Ranch is freshly made in house. When you dine at Brian’s you become part of a family. Old school, down home little diner.A Waterford Gem!

These guys are known for their omelets and they do not disappoint! Small little greasy spoon joint so there may be a wait but it's well worth it. Everything I have ever had here is awesome!

Me and a buddy of mine used to go there for breakfast before we went to work so I took my girlfriend the other day to show her how good the food and service was there and she loved it and I love it too highly recommend

Love these guys. I dropped off the face of the planet for a hot 5 minutes and came back. Not only do they remember me but we picked up where we left off and caught up for a minute. The food is inexpensive and always tasty!

Hits all the required criteria; 1. Amazing food 2. Service is hospitable, nice, and fast! 3. Price is fair and not outrageous like the 10+ "trendy" diners youve gone to in Ferndale, Bham, Detroit, etc with higher quality food. It's just the perfect brunch spot if youre in the midwest.

Just came because they were the only coney island that answered the phone and had what I wanted. But when they say God works in mysterious ways this is what they meant. I had a breakfast sandwich and two sliders and if I would've knew what I know now I would've definitely ordered more than two sliders and the breakfast sandwich was perfect just what I wanted. My only problem with this business is that they close at 2:00 and I'm not able to let my family experience what I experience earlier yall have just gained a new regular customer

Everyone is Friendly, food is made with respect an catered to your liking ...yes very nostalgic to the diner's I went to with my Mom and Dad, will be a frequent customer.

Seen the review on YouTube by the Coney Bros so I had to come try this place out. The Coney bros didn't give the Coney itself a high score but did say that the loaded tator tots were delicious so that's what I had to try first and man was it a good choice to try these. The staff is super friendly and service is fast. Small parking lot but will definitely be back once I'm in the area.

Amazing food and customer service! I've Never had a bad experience here. I've been goin here for years and I can say this is one of my top go to places! And I've never had something I ordered here that I didn't like. 100/10 highly recommend.
