I scheduled the first slot in the morning, and was seen promptly, even though there were others in the waiting area. I was treated with kindness and professionalism throughout, and even with a pneumonia diagnosis was in and out quickly having had a Covid test, breathing treatment and with two prescriptions to pick up. Exceeded my expectations! Thank you to everyone!

I made an appointment and was there for 3 hours and was seen by the doctor for maybe a total of 1 min, which is not ideal when you don’t feel well. The time with the doctor felt rushed and they were visibly frustrated and rude when I apparently didn’t say “ahh” correctly. They diagnosed me with a virus and said I’d need to ride it out, but after 3 days I went downhill (I had already been sick for 4 at the time of my visit). I went to an independent urgent care in Streetsboro for a second opinion and sure enough, it wasn’t just a virus… it was pneumonia and I am now on antibiotics and feeling much better. I’m only giving this review a second star because the medical assistant was so sweet!

I was able to make an appointment online and fill out all the intake documents ahead of time. There waiting area is a bit small considering most of us were probably actually sick, but the receptionists and the medical aid were very friendly and kind. The doctor was very rushed, but she was professional. Overall, I was able to get the answers I needed in under 2 hours which wasn't bad considering my PCP wasn't available. I will definitely dinner here again if I need an urgent care.

I could not be happier with the care I received. It was a busy rainy Saturday but the staff was sunny, professional, and genuinely compassionate. Everyone from the person manning the front desk, to the Xray team, to the nurse and doctor could not have been kinder or more attentive. This will now be my go-to quick-clinic every time. Thanks to all for the great care!

The staff was amazing! Not only were they kind and caring to me, but also to each other. Offering assistance to me and I heard them to talking to each other in very kind ways. They were fast and efficient! Called me with my follow-up information same day!! Though my out come wasn't favorable I still have a smile in my heart because of them!! Oh, I can't forget the lady leaving work but came to assist. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she was truly an angel in my time of need, while off the clock!! I've been here before and never wrote a review but this time was so special I had to write about you all. Keep up the good work ladies! Don't let this staff go!!

My Primary Care Provider had no availability when I called for an immediate appointment. He recommended that I go to Urgent Care. Boy, am I happy that I did! Friendly front desk staff, short wait time, personable back-of-house staff, and I couldn't have asked for a better Nurse Practitioner than Eliza! She was fabulous! She was knowledgeable, attentive, compassionate, and has a great "bedside manner." Thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of me during a very uncomfortable situation.

I scheduled an appointment online for an illness I needed help with sooner than my PCP could see me for. I had never been to this location before, but it was recommended by a friend. It was an easy process. I arrived for my appt and was seen within 15 minutes. The front office staff, the medical assistants, other medical services (like radiology), and attending physician were all very kind and helpful. The offices and rooms were clean, bright and well maintained. I left with the treatment I needed with no problems. It was probably one of the best urgent care experiences I've ever had.

Super long wait, had a wait since 915 and it's 1230 now and I still have not been seen waiting for X-ray and still have not gotten any type of pain meds. I just said screw it. Edit review. Had a awfal experience getting my X-ray. Whomever is at the front desk needs a new job she not only ignored my please but she exposed someone's health issues trying to cover her face from a photo. I hope Mr. W told his family he has cancer. I told that lady multiple times i will expose her for her violation but she doesn't care. I also called the number listed below, and it disconnected

My recent visit to Urgent Care was a remarkably positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. The receptionist handled my paperwork swiftly, and the waiting time was surprisingly short. Once in the examination room, the nurse and doctor were both thorough and compassionate. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained the diagnosis clearly, and outlined the recommended course of action. I felt genuinely cared for and valued as a patient. The facility itself was clean and well-organized, creating a comfortable environment despite the nature of urgent care visits. The staff's professionalism and the overall cleanliness of the facility reassured me about the quality of care I was receiving. One thing was strange, the prescription was sent to wrong pharmacy.

The receptionist was friendly and kind and I was seen by her quickly. The nurse assistant was probably having a bad day but did her job well enough. The physician who saw me was wonderful; thorough and engaged and most importantly, did a real hands on assessment for my respiratory illness. We came up with a plan I was comfortable with and I left feeling relieved and reassured. Nice job team!!

Was able to make an appt for urgent care- was a weekend- very efficient- seen, X-ray and treated within a short period. Staff so polite and helpful. Offered hydration and genuine concern for his well being. Thank you !

The service today was great! When I first arrived there were 14 people ahead of me. However, once I completed my registration online and went to my car to wait my turn, I only had to wait about 35 minutes before they called me back in. Compared to previous visits and other urgent care centers I have been to, the wait time today was nothing! I received my care, prescriptions called in and handed my return to work note in under 2 hours. I really appreciated that because I was in a lot of pain. Thank you UH Urgent care!

When we arrived there was no one in the waiting room, approximately 3:00pm. I had cut two fingers pretty badly with a circular saw and was bleeding pretty bad. Obviously they were throbbing pretty bad, and the 25 minutes we waited to get in, seemed unreasonable for no one in the waiting room. After that, everything was very good, Latoya, the medical assistant was outstanding, and Dr. Chheda was equally outstanding. I needed 12 stitches total with Dr Chheda and Latoya always concerned about the pain. They were very thorough and Dr. Chheda was very instructive in follow up issues. Aside from the initial wait, they did a great job.

Registering early online for my appointment was EXCELLENT. There was no waiting for a long time, to be seen.The front desk ladies took care of the I'd & med. Card for me. The nurse and doctor were VERY understanding about my problem. This was an excellent and fast appointment. Thanks to the ENTIRE staff.

The staff was friendly, caring, and very professional. The nurse who saw me was diligent and kind. The physicians assistant, who saw me explained my symptoms and made suggestions to help me manage them. She spoke about follow-up care if my symptoms should become worse. Thank you everyone at this urgent care!

Wait in the waiting room wasn't long. I had scheduled my appointment a head of time. 1 other person was in the waiting room. Got taken into the back room. Nurse checked my vitals. And I waited an hour and half to see the doctor. Thanks what sucked. That's the reason for the 3 stars was the wait in the backroom to see a doctor. Other wise everything else was good.
