Mike at the front desk doesn't have many customer service skills. But does tell everyone he's been there since 1994. Was rude to my mother and sister, who were just dropping off a tire they had replaced. They didn't bother to replace 40 year old valve stem from antique car that original owner did at same time as new tires. John, the original owner, would never have allowed Mike customer contact or allowed him to schedule what needs to be done to a car. Poor customer service at front desk will hurt this business just like everywhere else. I will not bother this business again.

This was possibly one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I was treated like I was a huge nuisance to (M) and he just didn't have time . I had to call to see if vehicle was done there was never any updates at all. I was told that my vehicle drove like garbage and there must be something wrong in the front end. They needed to keep it to see what was wrong. I needed vehicle so came to pick up and asked to reschedule that. (M) was not kind and refused to wright up my bill said there is just no time you will have to come back later to pay. When I asked how much the bill was he told me he couldn't even give me an idea. He was to busy. What kind of business dose this? And guess what my vehicle drives totally fine!! Nothing wrong with the front end. now I have to take more time to go back to pay my bill. Needless to say 100% rude, extremely poor customer service and would not recommend to an enemy.

Alright, so I am not usually one to get on anywhere and write reviews, negative or positive because most of my experiences locally have been garbage. Tecumseh Tire Exchange and their team fit me in today when I had unexpected tire failure when I also had an appointment to be at by very short notice, they still fit me in. They were kind, fairly priced and accommodated me and my families needs. 10/10 recommend and will be coming back. Thanks guys!

I'm currently the store manager at Dollar General in Clinton and I have 20+ years of customer service under my belt. I needed a tire and a customer brought me here because I'm not from the area. I could tell in the first few minutes talking to the boss this place was excellent. I will be using them for me and anyone I know from now on. I highly recommend them; affordable and excellent service.
