Original Mattress is the only store that still sells 2 sided mattresses. If a store tries to convince you that 1 sided is better, they are being dishonest. There is no negotiation. You just try out the mattresses and choose. The delivery team was on time and graciously moved our bed and frame to another room at no additional charge. So far, we have enjoyed our new mattress.

Excellent advice but high prices. Use this store to decide on type and softness of mattress but then consider buying elsewhere. $5000 was way more than we wanted to spend. Elsewhere, Bought a different mattress for under $1000. Not quite as firm but much more affordable foam mattress. Be sure to read reviews on mattresses online. Some online stores allow trials for up to a whole year. Some firm mattresses are actually soft, depending on manufacturer. When I purchased a mattress a few years ago I used a tactic of telling them how much I actually could spend, on my way out, and they came down to that price as I slowly walked out. That probably only works at owner operated stores, but I still own my $350 mattress and love it.

The sales woman was professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Our new bed was delivered in just two days. This is our second orthopedic pillow top queen size bed from OMF, the first purchase was in Chagrin Falls. Still in good shape after eight years, it now serves as our guest bed. OMF bedding has a good rating in Consumer Reports, which we always check. Their prices are reasonable. We've slept on the bed two nights and find it quite comfortable. Happy consumers!!

There are mattresses selling for thousands of dollars and if I could have afforded one I might have looked at them. But as I cannot, my choice had to be made for simple reasons. First, a proper support for my individual need and secondly a mattress made of natural materials with "foam" being the least amount. The Original Mattress Factory supplied the mattress I needed and at a price which is realistic and fair. The comfort that I hoped has been a reality. I could not be more pleased. The service at their Mayfield Road location is first-rate. Not only are they friendly and helpful. They know their merchandise. Having both of these qualities is a rarity today.

Shopping was easy with no pressure to up sell. We got our new king set as promised, in fact, it was delivered early freeing up the entire afternoon. Highly recommend The Original Mattress Factory, you can even order custom sets to work in those hard to fit locations .

Salesperson was helpful with information and suggestions but was never pushy or overbearing. I appreciated that. Delivery people were efficient and neat. Mattress is comfortable and feels like it should last for a long time.

We walked into the Mayfield store. Greeted by the kind sales woman. We are repeat customers...but usually another location. She was able to look up our last order for reference. Didn't pressure us at all. Very please with the sale. Deliver guys were great too. Quick and easy. This is our 4th mattress set from them. Will continue to keep shopping there as needed.
