Very clean, very quiet and safe place. We stayed here for 6 weeks in the area for work. Loved the staff! Everyone was so nice and quick to accommodate. They have a nice pool/hot tub area. They also have a nice fenced in patio area out back behind the pool. You can stay in a room with a balcony if you ask them! Cons: you have to pay for breakfast if you want it. The rooms don’t have microwaves, but you can usually ask for one in your room and they will bring it to you! And I asked for a late checkout the last day, the manager approved it but when I went to check out Beth had charged me for an extra night without even telling me. :/ When I noticed, I went back inside and Beth was busy so I went to Taylor and she explained to me that when they are printing invoices, you can go in and add another night before printing and they shouldn’t have done that, so she fixed it for me and checked all the previous weeks to make sure they were correct too. Taylor was so awesome to us our whole stay! We would definitely stay here again if in the area! You all were great thank you!!

Absolutely awful will never stay there again, very rude nasty staff including management, after driving for 4hrs with two small kids wanting to go swimming which is why we picked that hotel only to find out that after a certain hr no kids are aloud only adults,I have NEVER heard of such a thing mind you the pool was empty! Room was obviously not cleaned well ,we opened the fridge to find moldy food and milk! No microwave in the room either ,no vending machines I can go on and on !! If I wouldn't of booked and paid 430 threw a third party we would of left immediately just by the ignorance from the staff as soon as we walked in! It was so bad that I'm gonna try to track down higher management

Very nice visit. My room was really good with the king size bed. One of the things that the courtyards do is have great mattresses and this time was no exception. The room was clean and quiet. The desk made a great space to work. The lobby / bar area served as a nice gathering spot for myself and my work teammates. This was just all around a pleasant visit made even more special by the staff that manned the bar area and the front desk.

BE AWARE OF BED BUGS IN THS HOTEL. I stayed one night on 8.16.23 at room #229. In 2 days I notice my whole back in zigzag painful bite. I contacted the hotel and the front desk was very relaxed about this matter. I asked for amanager or a supervisor to make sure they take this matter and disinfect hotel. However both were not at the hotel at the time. I emailed the manager who did not respond for a week. Richard Somsak, the manager emailed back, just to say "oh, by the way there were no bugs in our hotel". Stay away from this hotel, they do not care for their guests or their well being!

I stayed here while in town for work. There was a horrible storm and I didn't get much sleep the first night because the fire alarm kept going off. It was completely out of their control. In spite of that unfortunate situation, the entire staff and the rest of my stay was AMAZING! I travel weekly and it's very rare I feel I have a FAMILY away from home😍 Angie, Erica and Krissy, you all were AWESOME! Your professionalism and welcoming attitude transcends. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH! If/when I make it back to Cleveland, hands down, THIS is where I will stay!

The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on a brick of cement. A couple got into a slapping match in the elevator I was on. It was scary. I got off as soon as I could. Everything else was good there. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff was great. Just beware of who you get on the elevator with.

I could’ve forgiven paying almost 200 dollars for a night without breakfast included if the water pressure on the shower would’ve been good. I’m totally disappointed. I stayed one night because of working in the area so I don’t get too picky but I do like a good shower pressure. Not returning to this one for sure.

This should be two star hotel. While the staff were friendly and attentive, the place charges an arm and a leg for anything and the accommodations were disgusting. Our bathroom was filthy and decrepit. When I sent a complaint I was brushed off with a generic response and zero follow up. We used to stay at the old hotel at this location 2-3x a year. Will not be going back. I stay at Marriott in many other locations and have never had this type of issue of a run down space and no follow up on a complaint. I am rethinking Marriott as a whole. Very disappointed to feel ignored.

The front desk clerk was kind and welcoming. However, I could barely hear the speakers in the conference room because of all the lobby noise being made by staff They're weren't any room amenities, like pens or paper, which I've never seen in a conference space.

Beautiful! I was there for a Cleveland Clinic sleep study on the 5th floor. The room felt like Vegas! The bed was super comfortable. The big screen tv swiveled around the room. There is a charger built right into the nightstand. There was a small curved couch by the TV and even a desk! I was very impressed with how clean it was. There are vending machines on the main floor and a "snack" bar. It was very enjoyable!

My first and hopefully only negative experience at a Marriott. Traveling in Ohio. Booked this hotel from the road got in just after midnight and the front desk guy told me they were fully booked. They had another guy with the same issue as me when I was there. Felt bad for the front desk guy but something was off with their app last night because it was letting you book a room when they were full. Was able to go to a different hotel close by. Hopefully they get the issue fixed soon.

Will literally NEVER stay at this hotel again, the only 2 good things about this hotel was the balcony room & location. Front desk was horrible after the pool became closed out of nowhere due to a "film" on top of the water 1 hour after we checked in, after many complaints they had it was magically open & "safe" with tons of chemicals I'm assuming they poured in which irritated my sons skin from swimming in the water. Front desk lady got loud with me when I was requesting a refund to leave for another hotel. I would personally recommend choosing another hotel in the area. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had in long time unfortunately..

My husband (Titanium) and I (Gold) recently visited for an extended weekend. From the time we arrived Pree and Ramona gave excellent customer service. Both were welcoming, friendly, and quick to respond to questions or assistance. They made our stay enjoyable. Marriott managers...understand both of these ladies made our stay, their smiles and welcoming posture made it easy to ask questions. Value and appreciate both ladies because they are making your customers return. Thank you, Pree and Ramona! The Jacksons

This location is past its prime and well beyond due for a full renovation. Mgmt tried to help by putting me into a suite after voicing my concerns however it was the same outdated room just a little bigger. I should've left and stayed elsewhere the remainder of my stay. If you have any sort of standards for Marriott hotels, this place will not meet them. Stay across the street at the new Marriott for a small amount more. $179/night is obsurd. Not upset but I do wish I had read more reviews. Hopefully this helps someone.

Customer service needs work, but the best experience was TJ in the restaurant, his customer service, Manurism, and all over respect was the best part of my stay… and the grilled chicken sandwich was amazing ! Thank you TJ your mother raised a great one ❤️🙏🏽…. Also, shout out to Marcus (Front desk) amazing customer service as well

My initial room had water rapidly dripping from the A/C and it saturated the floor. The reservation was slated for 4 weeks, then it was cancelled after two weeks and immediately sold out to an incoming group. I reached out to management and never received any remedy for the confusion. I had to depart from work early as I was forced to checkout. This location is poorly managed.

Yeah, they allow hotel staff to hand out key cards to non-guests. Would not say if they beefed up security or even if they trained their staff to not do this. Not safe. Would not recommend.

Worst. We booked for king bed, but got two queen beds. Room temperature was set 72, but it was burning hot in the middle of the night & couldn’t sleep properly. Its hard to locate the thermostat as they have a AC in the room that is disconnected & I was thinking whole time that AC was not working properly. (Didn’t call helpdesk in the middle of the night because I didn’t want to get up from the bed too call.)

Me and my family stayed for one night. It was a nice hotel/room. We had fun in the pool and hot tub. The staff around and at the front desk were friendly.

Great place. Very nice staff. Pool and hot tub clean, although hot tub features not working during our visit. Very quiet, clean and spacious rooms. Beds very firm. Shower area could use a few more hooks or a stand for towels but sink is separate from shower and toilet so that's nice for two of us getting ready. Food at bar pretty good. Overall we really enjoyed the hotel and will stay again.

Checked in on Sunday, October 16, evening and checkout Wednesday morning. Requested accessable room. Got one on the first floor, but some problem in the ceiling of the hallway required a mop bucket and warning signs in the center of the hallway. Wheelchair could not pass through without moving the bucket. I could not get to ice machine, pool, fitness center, bistro, lobby or elevator. I moved the bucket once but a "Do not move" sign was soon posted. They might as well threw me out! It did not look as if any work was done while we were there. I can pay a lot less and get better treatment a lot of other places!!

We had a terrible experience with our room block for our wedding in September. We had 2 families (4 adults & 5 children) from out of town who booked 2 rooms for 2 nights through our room block in advance. They go to check into the hotel just before the rehearsal dinner to be told that they didn’t have any rooms available for them and that they needed to go to a different hotel. Thankfully there was a hotel very close because they had to WALK. They traveled from Chicago and booked their rooms in advance to ever avoid this happening. Once I found out this happened, I contacted the person who was responsible for the room block and they did absolutely nothing about it. And actually 2 months later still no email back. Also, this wasn’t a huge deal but this is how unorganized the staff was for our special occasion. We dropped off guest bags for each room that was booked and when they checked in they would receive them. Half of my block of rooms got someone else’s wedding guest bags. All the time, money, and effort we put into making the bags out guests didn’t even get them.

Restaurant being closed was a deal breaker especially when I was not told untill I checked in. Housekeeping did not show up and I was not warned about it. Well located property. Nicely kept.

Nice and clean hotel with renovated rooms. Marriott Bonvoy app lets mobile check-in but the mobile keys did not work and I had to use regular access cards to unlock doors.

I’ve been here twice and loved the location and cleanliness of the rooms! I started coming here more than others since it’s away from street noise and I can relax peacefully. Ms. Indya at the front desk had amazing attitude with the check in process. Kudos to you for working while expecting! It’s a hard thing to do❤️

Went there for a business meeting. Upon arriving everyone was friendly and welcoming. The interior of the hotel was magnificent and very roomy with plenty of sitting space. I liked that I observed patios attached to each hotel room.

The front desk customer service was very friendly and helpful. The guy running the bistro was awesome and very efficient. The rooms were very clean. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the showers had horrible water pressure. The bathtub was stained and kind of gross. There was no fan in the bathroom either.

Upon arrival the hotel property looked clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The lobby was clean as well. The room was a little dated, as well as the bathroom. However, it seemed like it was clean if a little worn. Our room had a small balcony which was nice as the evening was warm. The bed was comfortable. Ample parking.

I think a big draw to this hotel is it's very quiet. It's in a quiet area, the rooms are newer and very quiet, and the hallways are very quiet at night. We did go during the weekend. The room-sized seems a bit more spacious as well. This year I stayed in about 20 different hotels, and I feel that this room size was on the bigger end for a double queen. Really like that the room had a desk that was a pull out into a table. It also had a small wraparound couch area which added extra seating. Made tons of extra space, since we got in late and ordered pizza as dinner. Liked that the toilet and shower were separate from the sink, which allowed more people to get ready at a time. Win. Hotel had a pool and hot tub, which we used. Kids got a kick out of the lights that changed in the pool. The hot tub was in use, however the jets were broken at the time. All the staff we encountered were very friendly, and helpful. Hotel itself was very clean, and there was ample parking. I would recommend this hotel to people who are traveling in the area and family and friends. My husband has stayed in the area numerous times, and he said he found this hotel to be one of the best in the area. We felt very comfortable here, which is great for traveling!

Found a half consume coke from a fast food chain on the kitchen counter. Shower curtain has mold from one side to the other. Bathroom sink does not drain, has standing water. Returned hoping things would be different, this place has a big name and low value. Yes, I took pictures.

Short but sweet! Impeccably clean, welcoming and courteous staff (special thanks to Ryan), quiet, comfy beds, and easy to access. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff there was excellent! They were very accommodating and put up with our big loud hockey family! They didn’t even seem annoyed by us like we run into at most hotels. I would stay again in a heartbeat.
