On hold for 42 minutes. Drive there and wait in line for 10 minutes. Guy at the counter ask why I would wait on hold that long. Then says he doesn't know how to work new phone system. Front brake pads I need are nearly 5 times as much as anywhere else ($37 a piece). Wish there was another place closer. Ordered online from Moose, $25 for both sides. Thanks for the help.☆☆☆☆Harding's sends an email that says call us, did the first sentence not sum up how that works? TWO sets of new pads from MOOSE that still totalled less than hardings.

Called Steven Kaser. He’s been our loyal salesman for 30 years. I refer all my friends and family to him. This is my latest purchase from Steven because he knows these machines better than anyone. He knew the Can-Am Maverick X3RR would be right for me. My buddy also purchased the exact same one and is very happy. Everything with the entire process was great. Would highly recommend Steven for anyone looking for any kind of Motorsports. My brother is an active army soldier and drove 8 hours to this dealership to purchase a motorcycle from this location. Jason called my brother at least 5 times trying to get the sale. Jason sold the bike to him as well as “supposedly secured” the bike to my brothers truck. Within less than 24 hours the bike fell and cracked. After attempting to contact the shop and being hung up on by Jason twice we are now attempting to pursue the company through litigation. The company failed to properly secure the motorcycle and then refused to assist with any of the repairs. All Jason kept saying was “contact you insurance company”. Jason also refused to provide us with the contact information for his supervisor or the owners of the dealership. My brother is in the process of retiring from the military after multiple tours overseas and the way he has been treated is vile. Jason does not know what it means to provide service and should not be working with people at all. I would never recommend anyone to this dealership. No one should be treated this way.

I bought a can-am spider from Steve K. And absolutely love the bike. It was the easiest buying experience I ever had, everyone was so nice and really worked for me to make sure it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend and have recommended park cycle and Steve to everyone I know.

Bought a 2015 Yamaha Bolt R Spec from Harding's Park Cycle today. Used inventory, 5000 miles. With the Virus had to do most of the negotiating by phone beforehand with pictures being sent both ways of my trade in and the Unit to be purchased. My salesman was Andrew who was very nice and not pushy at all. The Dealership is very easy to get to being off a main route. My trade in price was several hundred dollars more than their competitor's and they were willing to deal on the Unit I purchased to boot which sealed the deal. Overall a very good experience.

They weren’t pleased with us using our own financing, yet the rates from our credit union were WAY better than what they offered through their options. We had to hound the shop to complete the build of our newly purchased ATV so we could pick it up. Got there to pick it up and it was missing bolts. We were told it would need serviced after the break-in period and when we called to schedule they couldn’t get us in for 3 months. Won’t do business here again.

Absolutely amazing people I love this place extremely helpful never given me one single issue always on time, I was told that my part would be here on Friday and they would message me then and it ended up being there a day early and still messaged me when it arrived from the time I walked in the door I was treated like a king, I will 110% be back absolutely amazing place!

Do not buy from them. They are a complete scam . I order doors for my side by side and told I had to be at a minimum of $2000 to avoid shipping. Charges of $210. The sales rep told me they would be here in a week if I did. I called in two weeks later due to no call and they haven't even ordered them yet. I tried to return my sale and was told no returns. This place is a total scam!

Honestly glad these guys wouldn't come to a deal with me trading in my cruiser for a klx230. Ended up going to state 8 and getting a better deal and service. Harding's is decent if you are local, but if you can make the drive, skip them and go to state 8, you won't be disappointed!

Had a wonderful experience at Harding's! Steve (sales), Wendy (bookkeeping), and Kelly (parts) were all very pleasant and professional. They were equally as welcoming to my grand dog for the 3 hours I was there. Many thanks!

Wonderful staff and quality products. People were available when I had questions but also left me alone to try on different styles of things to see what I like. 100% would recommend

First of all my name is John Ramey and I drove to Canton Ohio from Maryville Tennessee to buy a 1994 Goldwing from Steve Kaser at Harding’s Park Cycle. He held the bike for me just on my word that I would come buy it. Even after he was offered cash he said no and held it. That!!! Is integrity!! The buying experience was so smooth because Steve had it all laid out, so when we got there it was just a great buying experience. I rode the Gold wing back to Tennessee and it is an awesome motorcycle. Thank you Steve and Harding’s Park Cycle.

Just wanted to thank Steve Kaser again for the awesome experience buying my motorcycle and Wendi for taking care of the paperwork. . Called Steve on Tuesday morning. He gave me an out the door on the motorcycle I was looking at. Went and saw it that day and took it home this morning. Great customer service. Answered all my questions at delivery and even helped me load it on my trailer. Recommend everyone go see Steve and Wendi. Thanks again, Mike

Went in on on Saturday ( my mistake ) to check out the CanAm Spyder, coming from Stow, Oh. Couldn't get anyone to even acknowledge me, must less help with questions about the Spyder. Not a great impression considering I was looking at a motorcycle costing almost $30,000.

I've bought numerous bikes off of Steve Kaser over the years. Hes a top notch guy and I'm proud to call him my friend. You want to be treated like family, see Steve. And, not to mention, you can't beat the prices their either. Good place! Thanks guys

Parts guys are great, Kelly thanks for everything you’ve done! Service department not so great! 1st )Took my bike in for fork seal replacement, and two new tires, Service department dropped my bike off the rack, broke the windshield, rear tail, scratched control arm, broke fork slider, broke frame slider cap, and install fork with logo and adjustment upside down. They never made it fully right , took care of the bill but was still left with broken and scratched parts. (2nd) I decided to give them another chance and get two more tires replaced this time they damaged the rear rim and insist it was like that when I brought it in. No more business from this guy, Lehman’s in Dover from now on!
